feat: Introduce OmniSearch Lite v1.0.0 - fast launcher, multi-AI chat, screen search & plugins

- Introduces the OmniSearch Lite application and its source code.
- Integrated Multi-AI Web Engine supporting ChatGPT, Claude AI and Grok.
- Added Circle to Search / Screen Crop feature with visual region selection.
- Added full file indexing engine with customizable folder include & exclude path rules.
- Implemented global hotkey customization and background system tray launcher.
- Added built-in launcher plugins: Calculator, Color Picker, and Text Expander.
