The Homepage Speedtest-Tracker widget is compatible with both projects I think... yours and Henry Whitaker... This make me think that for retro compatibiliity you might have to answer with Mbit/s for the API to work. Don't know which is best... API divide by 1,000,000 to answer in Mbit/s, then let the widget multiply by 1,000,000 to convert back in bit/s... Or on both side work in bit/s. Up to you! |

Hi @alexjustesen, I think all ajustment you made for showing speed result in the Dashboard and Results page are perfect now and consistent. About Homepage, looking the in the widget code, it's clear the widget is expecting values in bit/s, hence the adjustment made in the code (speedtestData.data.download * 1000 * 1000 and speedtestData.data.upload * 1000 * 1000)
Would you agree to keep the API answering in bit/s and I could ask the homepage devs to remove the conversion in the widget code?
I don't want to ask Homepage devs to remove it if you're planning modifications to values answered with the API.
