[FR] Number field could use localisation mask

In Craft4 the new Money field uses jQuery input mask to format the value with correct delimiters. This functionality should be ported to the Number field for UI / UX consistency.

Good idea! Number fields do support the locale’s number format already, but it could be made a bit more foolproof with an input mask for sure.
