Update all plugins via CLI

I find myself often running all available plugin updates before running core Craft updates, and it can get a little tedious writing out

php craft update aws-s3 cp-css copy freeform image-optimize etc

It would be nice to be able to run all available plugin updates with a single CLI command, like:

php craft update plugins
