[6.x] Convenience event for field values

Hey everyone, I'm just starting to dig through the Craft 6 UI work and it's off to a great start. One of the pain points I've run into in Craft 5 and below is watching fields in the CP and extracting values for different input types. It's especially tricky on fields where the input is type="hidden".

In Craft CMS 6, could there be a standard JS event that could come from something like the packages/craftcms-ui/src/components/field/field.ts component that is dispatched whenever a field’s value changes?

While we can get some of it directly from field inputs themselves, it would be a big convenience to be able to get the value (and maybe other useful meta data) from the craft-field element. Maybe one way to tackle it is to have the event start from the input, bubble up, then have the craft-field element capture it and then dispatch it from there. This way you could get something similarly useful in fields that don't use the craft-field wrapper..

I'm mostly concerned about the fields built into the CP, but if there's a way for plugins with custom fields to also hook into this event, that would also be handy.

Hi @riasvdv! It looks like it covers everything, and I really like the addition of the path portion to help narrow down the source of the change. I'm looking forward to trying this out!
