Use host networking in compose so the robot's real IP is recorded

With port mapping, wire-pod records the Docker gateway as the robot's IP
(taken from the gRPC peer address), so the SDK app dials wire-pod itself
and fails with 'unknown service ExternalInterface'. Host networking also
lets mDNS (escapepod.local) reach the LAN.
