ADDITIONAL TERMS (GNU AGPL version 3, section 7)

1. Author attribution, under section 7(b).

   Every copy and every modified version of this program, and every work
   based on it, in source or object form, must preserve the attribution

       Josip Parlov (@parl0v)

   as the original author:

   a. in this NOTICE file, which must be distributed with it;
   b. in the copyright notices at the top of the source files; and
   c. in the Appropriate Legal Notices that the program's interactive user
      interfaces display, such as an about screen, a credits line or the
      installer.

   A modified version may add its own authors next to this attribution. It
   must not remove it, shorten it, or imply that Josip Parlov wrote or
   endorses the modifications.

2. Names, under section 7(e).

   This licence grants no rights to use the name "LudusCtrl", or the
   LudusCtrl logo, as the name or logo of a modified version. A modified
   version that is distributed must carry a different name. Saying that it is
   "based on LudusCtrl by Josip Parlov (@parl0v)" is required by term 1 and is
   always allowed.

3. Modified versions must be marked as modified, under section 7(c), so they
   are not mistaken for the original.


CONTRIBUTIONS

By submitting a contribution to this program (a pull request, patch or any
other change sent to its author or repository), you confirm that you wrote it
or otherwise have the right to submit it, and you agree that:

  a. it is licensed to everyone under the same terms as this program; and
  b. you also grant Josip Parlov a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive,
     royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, copy, modify, sub-licence and
     distribute your contribution, as part of this program or of works based
     on it, under any licence terms, including terms other than the GNU AGPL.

You keep the copyright in your contribution, and you will be credited as its
author in the project's history.


Third-party components distributed with the program keep their own licences,
reproduced in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.

The LudusCtrl Android app is a separate program. It is not covered by this
licence and its source is not published.
