1. DEFINITIONS
"Software" means the Pulse — System Monitor application, its source code,
assets, build scripts and documentation contained in this repository.
"Author" means Pouriya Parniyan.
2. WHAT YOU MAY DO (no permission needed)
a. View, read and study the source code.
b. Audit the code for security, privacy or malware concerns and publish
your findings.
c. Build the Software from source and run it on your own machines for
personal, non-commercial use.
d. Fork the repository solely for the purpose of proposing changes back
to the original repository (pull requests).
e. Share an unmodified link to the official repository or the official
download page.
3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO (without prior written permission from the Author)
a. Redistribute the Software or any modified version of it, in source or
binary form, under your own name or any other name.
b. Publish the Software (or builds of it) on any app store, download
site, package manager or marketplace.
c. Sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the Software
or derivatives of it.
d. Remove or alter the Author's name, copyright notices, links, or
in-app attribution.
e. Use the "Pulse" name, logo or branding for a derivative product.
4. PERMISSION REQUESTS
For any use outside Section 2, contact the Author first and obtain

5. CONTRIBUTIONS
By submitting a contribution (including any pull request, patch, or code
submission), you grant the Author (Pouriya Parniyan) a perpetual, worldwide,
non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, and transferable license to use,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, merge, distribute, sublicense, and/or
create derivative works from your submission, in source or binary form,
within this Software and official releases, without any requirement for
prior notice, attribution, or compensation.
6. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

۱. تعاریف
«نرم‌افزار» یعنی برنامه‌ی Pulse — System Monitor، سورس‌کد، فایل‌های گرافیکی،
اسکریپت‌های بیلد و مستندات موجود در این مخزن.
«مؤلف» یعنی پوریا پرنیان.
۲. کارهایی که مجاز هستید (بدون نیاز به اجازه)
الف) دیدن، خواندن و مطالعه‌ی سورس‌کد.
ب) بررسی امنیتی کد (اطمینان از سالم بودن و نبود بدافزار) و انتشار نتایج بررسی.
ج) بیلد گرفتن از سورس و اجرای آن روی سیستم‌های خودتان برای استفاده‌ی
شخصی و غیرتجاری.
د) فورک کردن مخزن صرفاً برای پیشنهاد تغییر به مخزن اصلی (پول ریکوئست).
هـ) به اشتراک گذاشتن لینک مخزن رسمی یا صفحه‌ی دانلود رسمی.
۳. کارهایی که مجاز نیستید (مگر با اجازه‌ی کتبی قبلی از مؤلف)
الف) بازنشر نرم‌افزار یا هر نسخه‌ی تغییریافته از آن — چه سورس چه فایل
اجرایی — به اسم خودتان یا هر اسم دیگری.
ب) انتشار نرم‌افزار (یا بیلدهای آن) در اپ‌استور، سایت دانلود، پکیج‌منیجر
یا هر مارکت دیگری.
ج) فروش، اجاره، صدور مجوز فرعی یا هر بهره‌برداری تجاری از نرم‌افزار یا
مشتقات آن.
د) حذف یا تغییر نام مؤلف، اعلان‌های حق نشر، لینک‌ها یا اعتبار داخل برنامه.
هـ) استفاده از نام، لوگو یا برند «Pulse» برای محصول مشتق‌شده.
۴. درخواست اجازه
برای هر استفاده‌ای خارج از بند ۲، ابتدا با مؤلف تماس بگیرید و اجازه‌ی
کتبی بگیرید: https://pouriyaparniyan.ir
۵. مشارکت‌ها
با ارسال هرگونه مشارکت (از جمله پول ریکوئست، پچ یا ارسال کد)، شما یک حق امتیاز
کامل، دائمی، جهانی، غیرانحصاری، بدون حق‌الامتیاز (royalty-free)، غیرقابل‌فسخ و
قابل‌انتقال جهت استفاده، تکثیر، تغییر، تطبیق، انتشار، ادغام، توزیع، اعطای مجوز
فرعی و ایجاد آثار مشتق‌شده از کدها و مشارکت‌های ارسالی را، به صورت سورس یا باینری،
در این نرم‌افزار و نسخه‌های رسمی به مؤلف (پوریا پرنیان) اعطا می‌نمایید؛ بدون نیاز به
اطلاع قبلی، ارجاع، یا پرداخت هرگونه خسارت و پاداش.
۶. عدم ضمانت
نرم‌افزار «همان‌گونه که هست» ارائه می‌شود، بدون هیچ ضمانتی — صریح یا
ضمنی. مؤلف در قبال هیچ ادعا، خسارت یا مسئولیتی ناشی از استفاده از
نرم‌افزار پاسخگو نیست.
۷. فسخ
هرگونه نقض بند ۳، حقوق شما تحت این لایسنس را به‌طور خودکار لغو می‌کند.
