Solana sendTransaction hangs or reports success for failed signatures #5778

Description

SolanaAdapter.sendTransaction and writeSolanaTransaction poll getSignatureStatus until status.value is truthy, with no timeout and no check of status.value.err.

Expected

• A signature that never confirms should fail after a bounded wait.
• A confirmed signature with err set should fail, not return { hash }.

Actual

• { value: null } (unknown or dropped signature) polls forever and leaks the interval.
• { value: { err: ... } } is treated as success because the object is truthy.
