How does ArchiveTune to skip the beginning of a song?

When playing this song on AT, the first part of the song is skipped and it goes strait to beginning of the song. It noticed it does this with multiple songs. I havent figured out why and when it is doing this. Does anybody know?

Turn off the sponsorblock feature in player settings.

I want this on more songs. This is a good thing. It jumps to the song Instead of 30 seconds of talk. Is this something I can set on a video.
