Dropdown field Empty Option Label not translatable

What happened?

When using a dropdown field and choose Elements as a source, there is a Field called "Empty Option Label".
This field vanishes when changing language and is thus not translatable.

The field should stay present when changing the language and allow for a translated value for each site/language.

How can we reproduce this?

1. Add a dropdown Field
2. Set Source to Elements and choose an existing category or similar
3. Set Empty Option Label value
4. Change language
5. Input is vanished

Environment

• Freeform Pro 5.10.13
• Craft 5.7.5

It's currently listed as a limitation:

However, now that Freeform 5.11 has been released, we're working on 5.12, which will expand the capabilities of the builder's Site translation feature, including the Empty Option Label value. 🙂
