    Still reproduces on play.vuetifyjs.com (Vuetify 4.2, 2026-09-16, Chromium, macOS):

    1. Open a v-treeview with prepend-gap set and indentLines set to "default".
    2. Expand the tree to reveal nested items.
    3. The vertical indent guide lines render flush against the left boundary of the container — they do not shift right with the prepend-gap offset.

    The indent guide lines stay anchored at x=0 of the container while the tree items are offset by the prepend-gap amount, leaving the lines visually disconnected from the hierarchy.
