DR-89 slice 1 of 5. Adds updatedAt, fromVersion, toVersion, identityKey and lastSeenAt to the operations store, seeds it from GET /containers in the Containers and Dashboard loaders, and adds the getOperationForContainer selector with a reconcile race guard and terminal-op pruning. No reader changes; the mapper still derives updateOperation and a parity test checks the two agree. Held for 1.8.1.
