Adds Carbone (document generation from templates and JSON data) as a third-party plugin: the official carboneio/carbone-agent-plugin repo, whole-repo url entry, pinned to 6e8c805daf42f4583dee6e8f46271a9da8e85893 (release v2.0.0).

What the plugin contains at that sha:

• Skill skills/carbone: the Carbone template language reference (tags, loops, conditions, formatters, aggregators, aliases) for designing, validating and fixing DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, ODT, HTML, Markdown and PDF templates.
• MCP server carbone in .mcp.json: Carbone's hosted remote server https://mcp.carbone.io (Streamable HTTP). Tools render documents from a template and JSON data, convert files between formats, inspect a template's expected data, and manage stored templates.
• Auth: OAuth with dynamic client registration; users sign in with their Carbone account. No API key, client id or other credential is stored in the repo.
• Manifest: .claude-plugin/plugin.json (name: carbone, version: 2.0.0) supplies display metadata; no display metadata is added here.

One-entry change to .devin-plugin/plugin.json, in sorted position (first upstream entry, before cloudflare/skills).

Test plan

• python3 scripts/validate.py --fix passes with no rewrite (manifest already canonical)
• python3 scripts/validate.py --fetch passes (pin resolves, ok: 231 entries (227 authored, 4 upstream))
• Pinned sha matches the v2.0.0 release tag (gh api repos/carboneio/carbone-agent-plugin/commits/v2.0.0)
• Devin session test: installed from the link https://github.com/carboneio/carbone-agent-plugin, completed the MCP OAuth sign-in, designed an HTML template with the carbone skill and generated a PDF with the Carbone MCP server.
