An observability platform I built at Sadeem to monitor exceptions, errors and logs from the solutions we deliver to clients in production.

Client solutions report through the company's SDK. Watchtower writes high-volume logs to ClickHouse, and engineers monitor and triage errors from a React interface.
I took on DevOps at Sadeem as its products grew: the servers, the deploys and the monitoring are mine to run.
- Deploy pipeline. Manual SSH/FTP releases replaced by Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines with Slack alerts, cutting deploy time from ~2 hours to minutes.
- Multi-tier architecture. Designed for two major projects: application, cache, filesystem and database on separate layers, with pre-production isolated from production.
- Monitoring. Every production Linux VPS environment watched with Beszel and Uptime Kuma.
