docs: add brew tap and trust steps to install instructions - #45

The install command needs the HMAKT99/touchbridge tap, and Homebrew 7+ refuses to load casks from untrusted third-party taps.

The README and setup docs said only
brew install --cask touchbridge, which fails without the tap. Homebrew 7+ also refuses to load casks from untrusted third-party taps (Refusing to load cask ... from untrusted tap), so addbrew trust HMAKT99/touchbridge.
