Code for data extraction and analyses for Pavez-Fox et al. "Relationship quality, sex and hurricane exposure predict white blood cell counts in a free-ranging primate population". Specifically the code 1) construct Bayesian social networks, 2) merge information with blood cell data, 3) run statistical analyses, and 4) Generate tables and Figures.
The code requires: -1 csv file with details on the social interactions for all 5 group-years studied ("cayo_edgelists.csv"), used to construct social networks. -1 csv file with details on the blood cell parameters ("wbc_behav.csv").
