• docs/guides/task-handover-early-access.mdx: new short Why now section above Who it is for, citing OpenAI's 6 January 2027 self-serve fine-tuning cutoff (notice, returns 200).
• docs/guides/run-fully-offline.mdx: Quick Start step 2 now shows pip install praisonai first (its pyproject already depends on litellm), with praisonaiagents[llm] as the core-only fallback.
• Skipped optional §3: introduction.mdx already has the regulated-teams / everyone framing.
• The accordion wording about pip install praisonai is still correct, so I left it unchanged. No docs.praison.ai links remain in either page. docs.json, docs/concepts/ and the frontmatter are unchanged. check_nav.py passes.
