The opening paragraph described the side-by-side runtime design as an already bundled CPython installation. The v0.2.0 GitHub Release lists Python package archives, manifests and migration guides, while the checked-in runtime manifest has no runtime digest/signature and no bundled adapters.

This README-only change states the implemented manifest, handshake and install/upgrade-plan tooling separately from the complete CPython distribution and native acceptance that those artifacts do not establish. It records the inspected release asset set without claiming that a bundled runtime never existed.

Evidence:

Validation: exact README replacement checked locally; GitHub content readback matches; compare contains README.md only. Existing tooling CI at the base commit executed tests on Windows/Linux/macOS. No implementation changes, native application launch, package build, publication or release-tag changes were performed. This is a draft for review.
