500 (Internal Server Error) can mean IIS or your app is not in a healthy state. Have you tried, in order, 1) restarting the IIS App Pool? 2) Restarting IIS? And then if still not fixed, 3) restart the computer.
If the problem persists, please check the Admin logs for additional clues and/or the app logs in

Initially you said, "After upgrading the DNN version to 9.13.x version to 10.0.1", then later you said it was the latest 10.1.2... just to confirm, you are on 10.1.2 with the error occurring?
Is it possible you have a modified /Default.aspx?
Also, you provided a large log file covering over 6 hours of time with hundreds of thrown exceptions. Are you able to narrow is down so its easier to correlate the error you are experiencing with something specific in that log file?

The version is 10.01.2

When i click on pencil icon in persona bar for edit a page i am getting following error :

2025-11-30 00:03:10,522 [win8056][Thread:43][FATAL] DotNetNuke.Framework.PageBase - An error has occurred while loading page.
System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Void DotNetNuke.Web.UI.Utilities.ApplySkin(System.Web.UI.Control)'.
at DotNetNuke.Web.UI.WebControls.DnnComboBox.OnPreRender(EventArgs e)

DotNetNuke.Web.UI.Utilities.ApplySkin( was marked obsolete as this was Telerik specific which is removed in DNN10).
You must have some 3rd party extensions trying to call that method which no longer exists. I would recommend updating all 3rd party extensions and checking if they have a version updated for DNN10 support. If you have any extension that is built in-house, then I would recompile them with latest v9 target (9.13.9 at this moment) to check of any other deprecated API usages.
Since there are no steps to reproduce from scratch here and this issues is more about troubleshooting help with a specific instance, I am moving this issue to a discussion.
