README: keep only the last three versions in What's New - #500
Conversation
The highlights list carried every 0.8.x release and grew at each one. The README now shows the lead for the current version plus the two releases before it; everything older is already in CHANGELOG.md, which stays the complete history.

Reviewed changes
This review covers a README-only change that limits the What's New highlights to the three most recent versions.
- Shorter
What's Newsection — the v0.8.0 to v0.8.6 entries are removed. The v0.8.9 lead stays at the top, and v0.8.8 and v0.8.7 stay in the lower section, so exactly three versions remain. - Stated retention rule — the intro sentence now says the README keeps only the last three versions and points to
CHANGELOG.mdfor the full history. - History preserved — every removed version still has its own

The settings page test waited for networkidle and timed out after two minutes on CI when a request never settled. It now waits for the DOM and the first rendered panel, as full-test.spec.js does for the same page.

- Replaced
networkidlein the M-3 settings test —tests/security-hardening.spec.jsnow waits fordomcontentloadedand then checks thatsection[data-settings-panel="general"]is visible. This matches howtests/full-test.spec.jsloads/admin/settings. The settings page's main script runs in aDOMContentLoadedlistener (app/Views/settings/index.php:971), so errors it throws are still caught before the assertion onjsErrors.
