Julia wrapper for the f3d library
Warning, this is a experimental package.
To install do:
] add https://github.com/joa-quim/F3D.jl
This also installs the F3D nightly binaries. See the F3D.update() function online help
(type ? F3D.update()) on howto install other F3D versions but be aware that currently only the
nightly binaries on Windows give a full working GMTF3D
package.
The tests run fine locally (all pass on Windows and two fail on Linux) but the CI runs crash???.
The test/test_mesh.jl example shows how to display a cow (the cow.vtp lives in the tests directory too).
To run it do:
using F3D
include(joinpath(pkgdir(F3D), "test", "test_mesh.jl"))
test_mesh()
A high-level viewer turns GMT grids, point-cloud datasets and Faces–Vertices
solids into an interactive VTK window (or an off-screen image) — view_grid,
view_points, view_fv — with vertical exaggeration, image draping, cube axes,
coordinate readout and point selection. These viewers live in the companion
GMTF3D package; see its
3-D viewer guide.
