tiup caches a snapshot.json pointing at a versioned component manifest (e.g. 7186.tikv.json). The mirror only keeps the current manifest version and prunes old ones, so a stale cache makes 'tiup playground' request a 404'd manifest and fail with 'Playground bootstrapping failed'. The retry wrapper cannot recover because every attempt reuses the same stale cache.

Remove snapshot.json/timestamp.json (keeping root.json) before launching so tiup re-resolves the current component manifest version. Applied to both install_tikv and install_tidb.

ci: reap orphaned tiup playground processes between retries

The manifest-cache fix only covers the "Playground bootstrapping failed"
(404 manifest) case. When the playground instead crashes after PD has
bootstrapped, the timeout handler ran `kill -9 $pid` on the tiup parent
only, orphaning its pd-server/tikv-server children. Those orphans keep
holding 2379/20160, so the next `retry` attempt hits "mismatch cluster id"
and "connection refused" and never recovers.

Add kill_tiup_playground() to reap the whole process group by the ports it
holds and wipe tiup data, and call it before starting a fresh playground
and on every failure path in install_tikv/install_tidb. Also dump the full
tikv.log/tidb.log (instead of tail -50 / nothing) so real crash causes are
visible.

ci: bound tikv/tidb readiness probe so crashes fail fast with logs

Root cause of the still-failing tikv jobs: pd-server bootstraps a cluster
and then dies within ~15s (env reason, e.g. OOM). The readiness probe runs
`tcli`, whose internal PD client retries forever, so when pd-server dies
mid-probe the loop blocks inside tcli. The 60s timeout never fires, tikv.log
is never dumped, and the job hangs until it is canceled ~minutes later.

Wrap the tcli (and the analogous TiDB mysql) probe in `timeout` so a dead
pd-server can no longer hang the loop; the 60s timeout then fires and dumps
diagnostics. Add dump_playground_diagnostics() to print the full
tikv.log/tidb.log plus any kernel OOM-killer records, so the actual crash
cause is finally visible in the job log.

ci: bump tiup playground to 8.5.7 to dodge broken mirror checksums

The real cause of the tikv failures: the tiup mirror serves tikv/pd tarballs
for 8.5.3-8.5.6 whose sha256 (and byte length) no longer match their
republished manifest entries, e.g. tikv 8.5.5 manifest expects
7d092a...1938 (len 393510693) but the mirror serves 7ff04d...62ab
(len 393472013). tiup validates the download against the manifest and aborts
with "Playground bootstrapping failed: sha256 checksum mismatch", which tore
down PD right after bootstrap and produced the connection-refused loop. No
cache manipulation can fix a mirror that serves data inconsistent with its
own manifest.

Verified against the live mirror that pd/tikv/tidb 8.5.7 are self-consistent
(served sha256 == manifest sha256), so pin the playground version to 8.5.7 in
install_tikv and install_tidb.

* Build fixes after the upstream merge

- go.mod: restore upstream's lanrat/extsort => juicedata/extsort replace
  (lost in the conflict resolution; pkg/utils/extsort needs its API).
- go.mod: point go-fuse at unionai/go-fuse haytham/sync-juicedata-2026-09
  (bc1941e: juicedata's pinned line merged into union).
- cmd/slice_refs.go: ListSlices was replaced upstream by the streaming
  ScanSlices (juicedata#7387); collect slice ids through it.
