VPN Port Forward Manager

Updates the listen port for the supported applications to the port forward by the VPN provider.

Description

VPN containers like Gluetun can forward ports from a VPN provider and writes that forwarded port to a file. This application monitors and reads the file and will keep the forwarded port up to date in the application when it changes.
