誤ってforkしていたレポジトリを削除してしまったことにより #17392 がcloseされてしまったため、同じ内容で再作成したものです

変更内容:
MkUrlPreview.vueで、summalyがレスポンスするthumbnailStyleがsummary_large_imageである場合、サムネイルカードを上部全幅(1.91:1)に表示する大きいものへ表示を切り替えるようにthumbnail=1(1280x720のwebpに縮小, GIFアニメ停止)で取得thumbnailに対応していない外部プロキシ向けにstatic=1も併せて付与するようにWhy
現在の実装はリンク先の種類に関係なく同じ小さいカードで表示するため、リンク先ごとの性質を表示に反映できない。
twitter:card = summary_large_imageを判定に使えば、OGPを設定済みのサイトに追加の対応を求めずに大きいカードで表示できる。Close #17391
