- Model: LightGBM quantile regression with conformal calibration. 11.64 RMSE on NASA C-MAPSS FD001 against an 18.45 published CNN baseline; 81% coverage of 80% prediction intervals on held-out engines.
- System: Fleet simulation reduced unscheduled removals from 72.7 to 0 per year; maintenance scheduling with OR-Tools CP-SAT; HMAC-protected audit log.
