Impact
A client that can create or update an object but cannot read it receives a save response that marks fields as deleted. Whether a field is marked depends on stored values that the client cannot read, so the response reveals limited information about them, for example whether a field is set. Deployments are affected where clients have write access to objects that the ACL or class-level permissions do not let them read.
Patches
For a client that cannot read the object, the save response no longer contains these markers. It contains no stored field values, and for a dot notation key of the request it contains only values computed from the request itself, so the response no longer depends on stored values.
Workarounds
Do not grant clients write access to objects or classes that they cannot read. Alternatively, perform such writes in Cloud Code with the master key and return only values that the client may see.
