fix(runner): extract CSP domains for -csp-probe without -efqdn - #2724
-csp-probe ("send http probes on the extracted CSP domains") does nothing unless -efqdn is also passed.
The probe in runner.process reads result.CSPData, but since de9375e (May 2024) HTTPX.Do only calls CSPGrab inside if h.Options.ExtractFqdn. -csp-probe does not set ExtractFqdn, so CSPData stays nil and no CSP domain is ever probed. The README notes and #1736 describe -csp-probe as a flag that works by itself.
This PR:
adds an ExtractCSP option to the httpx client (common/httpx/option.go)
sets it from -csp-probe in runner.New, the same way -tls-probe turns on TLSGrab
runs CSPGrab when ExtractFqdn or ExtractCSP is set; body domains (BodyDomainGrab) are still only extracted with -efqdn
With only -csp-probe, the csp field now also shows up in JSON output, the same as before de9375e.
Proof
I used a local server that returns Content-Security-Policy: default-src 'self' https://cdn.csp-probe-test.example:
(The CSP hosts don't exist, so [FAILED] is expected. The point is that they are probed now.)
Tests:
TestDoExtractCSP (common/httpx/httpx_test.go): with ExtractCSP set, CSPData holds the CSP domains and BodyDomains stays nil; with the defaults, neither is set.
TestCSPProbeExtractsCSPDomains (runner/csp_test.go): -csp-probe without -efqdn turns on ExtractCSP and leaves ExtractFqdn off.
go test ./common/httpx ./runner and go vet ./common/httpx ./runner pass locally.

Walkthrough
The HTTP client can extract domains from Content-Security-Policy headers when ExtractCSP is enabled. Runner setup enables this option when CSPProbe is configured. Body-domain extraction remains controlled by ExtractFqdn.
CSPGrab runs when ExtractCSP or ExtractFqdn is enabled. Tests check CSP domain extraction and confirm that body-domain extraction remains disabled when only ExtractCSP is enabled.
The CSP-only extraction path preserves the csp output field, and the identified regressions are addressed. No current PR-introduced merge-blocking risk remains.

Add a runner test that enables CSPProbe without ExtractFqdn and observes a probe to a CSP-derived target. The current test checks only options, so it can pass if the runner drops CSPData or stops scheduling extracted targets.

Keep CSP probing enabled for original targets.
When multiple targets use -csp-probe without -efqdn, the first CSP-bearing result disables probing for later targets. Concurrent workers can also race on CSPProbe. Keep the shared options unchanged and disable CSP probing only in the options passed to recursive probes.

Since the CSP extraction was put behind -efqdn, CSPGrab only runs when
-efqdn is set. -csp-probe reads result.CSPData to find the domains to
probe, so on its own it never probed anything.
Add an ExtractCSP option to the httpx client, set it from -csp-probe,
and run CSPGrab when either option is set. Body domains are still only
extracted with -efqdn.
