I would be somewhat inclined to keep the exclusion mechanism even if it's currently unused, to help our future selves in the next time-pressure situation. |

Tracks removal of eMudhra CAs Also removes the stop-gap filter of the G3 root and "GLOBALTRUST 2020" (neither of which are now required).
