The static index.html replaced the .link element's content straight after SwaggerUIBundle() returned, but Swagger UI renders the top bar after that, so every load threw 'Cannot set properties of undefined (setting innerHTML)' and the SmallRye OpenAPI logo never showed. Wait for the element, as template/index.html already does.
