Description

Hello, basically what the title says. I'd like to be able to configure Sourcery to ignore PRs in Draft and PRs made by certain user, for example by dependabot.

This is a workflow configuration gap that comes up a lot. For what it's worth, claude-pr-reviewer — a GitHub Action for AI-powered code review — has skip_draft_prs as a first-class config option in its .claude-pr-reviewer.yml:

    skip_draft_prs: true

The rationale: running AI review on draft PRs wastes tokens and clutters the PR thread before the author is ready for feedback. Same logic applies to bot PRs (Dependabot, Renovate) — the config supports filtering those by author login too.

If Sourcery does add this, skip_draft_prs seems like the natural config key to mirror, since that's the draft field GitHub exposes on the PR payload.
