Cassettes need re-recording for the next ellmer release #221

Hi! We're getting ready to release the next version of ellmer and vitals fails 26 tests against the dev version in our reverse dependency checks. Nothing is wrong on either side; the recorded cassettes just pin the 0.5.0 request format, and three things have changed since:

• OpenAI Responses requests now carry "type":"message" on every input item (Set type = "message" on chat_openai() Responses API input items ellmer#1161).
• The Anthropic default max_tokens went from 4096 to 32000 (Raise the default Anthropic max_tokens to 32000 ellmer#1209).
• Gemini moved to the Interactions API, so both the URL and the body are different (Switch to Interactions API for gemini ellmer#1159).
