Eddy tracking codes from Ocean Training Course 2023 - Working Group 2
You first need a python interpreter with required libraries installed. The easiest way to do it is to create a new virtual environnement, for instance using venv:
python3 -m venv eddy-hist
This will create a new fresh environment in the current folder. Then, activate it and install all python modules.
source eddy-hist/bin/activate
pip install -r otc23-tracking/requirements.txt
