UpSpec is a knowledge platform for engineering, product and operations teams. It combines a collaborative wiki, task management and AI assistance under a single permission model, operated from data centres in Germany or on the customer's own infrastructure.

• Documentation. Real-time collaborative editing, page history with diffs, inline comments, structured page trees and full-text search across all projects.
• Tasks. Boards and lists linked directly to the documents in which work is specified.
• AI and agents. An integrated assistant and an MCP interface for coding agents. Both operate strictly within the permissions of the user they act for. Supported model providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral and self-hosted models via Ollama.
• Access control. Roles, project and page permissions, SSO (Microsoft Entra ID, Keycloak), verified domains and an audit log.

• Hosting in Germany, data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR
