docs(vite): add enableSWKitLogs to buildSW strategy

Description

This PR includes:

• move buildSW section to the end
• include breaking changes and migration code snippets
• add enableSWKitLogs
• add import.meta.env.ENABLE_SWKIT_LOGS and how to enable and use it with self.__WB_DISABLE_DEV_LOGS

This PR also fix the table columns at section 1 (we've only 3 columns).
