The page title, displayed name, dock title, mount target, and root selector use the Unplugin PWA Inspector name. The color-scheme setting uses the devframes-color-scheme key, and the stylesheet updates light and dark color-scheme rules.
Scroll-spy persistence and layout packages/inspector/src/components/ManifestScrollSpy.vue, packages/inspector/src/components/ServiceWorkerScrollSpy.vue
Both scroll spies use updated pin-state keys. Their navigation panels move to the top and remove bottom padding.

Scope the dark background rule to the inspector root.
InspectorHero.vue assigns the dark class to the displayed dark logo image. This global rule therefore also sets a background on that image. Transparent areas in the SVG can show as a dark rectangle. Apply the background to html.dark or another root-only selector instead of .dark.
