Start games only after an explicit Start game

Summary

Games no longer begin the moment a coin lands or the CPU is switched on. Setup stays open until Start game, so the clock and lessons can be chosen first.

• New board clears the position and returns to setup.
• New game does the same, and with the CPU on it tosses a coin. Stockfish still waits.
• Start game locks the clock and the coaches, then starts the clock (unless it is Off). If the CPU has White, it moves only after this.
• Clock choices before the start are Live, Notation pause, or Off. They lock once the game starts.
• Pause stops the clock and covers the board, moves, and lessons until Resume.

Testing

• Unit tests for clock Off/pause and for coaches freezing when a game starts with no moves.
• Browser check: a click before Start is refused; a coin toss does not start the CPU or the clock; Start game then runs the clock and, when the CPU has White, starts its search; Pause covers the board.
