What are you trying to accomplish?

Prevent eager-loading failures from temporarily named modules. Closes #2764.

What approach did you choose and why?

Rescue NameError only around const_source_location and skip the unresolvable module.

Anything you want to highlight for special attention from reviewers?

Added the regression test first and confirmed the reported NameError before applying the fix. All 9 targeted tests (24 assertions) and Ruby lint pass.
