Summary

Advances #4188 as the active implementation track under #3154 with physically coupled, reversible per-well routing and a scalable field-to-export acceptance workflow.

  • registers provenance-bearing exclusive route selectors over the existing FieldWellNetworkProcessUnit edges and exposes each selector as one discrete automation input
  • applies exact one-hot routing atomically; rejects fractional/non-finite selections; restores every affected edge and reconverges the baseline after rejected candidates
  • treats exact zero availability as a closed edge while retaining fractional availability as hydraulic derating
  • routes live wells to distinct 45 bara HP and 30 bara LP separator levels, so separator pressure feeds back into well deliverability
  • reuses separator/scrubber capacity constraints, compressor-map surge/stonewall evidence, [AI-Assisted] feat(compressor): evaluate map limits and compare constrained train energy #4154 common-shaft/driver/gearbox evidence, shared plant power, bottleneck attribution, and operating-envelope slices
  • adds a pressure-controlled 100 bara gas-export boundary with qualified fail-closed boundary evidence
  • scales the deterministic acceptance fixture to 10 live wells and 20 alternative route edges, with complete finite evidence for 10 well, 20 line, and four vessel limits
  • rebases and reconciles the route work with the terrain-hydraulic mesh changes merged in feat(network): qualify terrain hydraulic meshes #4276

This does not introduce another optimizer or network model. It leaves #4228's unrelated network-physics scope, #4146/#4147/#4148 compressor physics, #4187 persistent/live orchestration, and #2939 performance ownership intact.

Validation

Validated locally on exact tree 952208e890235660eb35b719803e00b9719c2096, commit fcc669023302eda218fcac5d976a60e1a8fed4f6, based directly on current master ffde2f43443ae65d57d02497e31fefb71b637555:

  • focused field-to-facility acceptance: 2/2 passed
  • network and optimizer matrix: 781 tests, 0 failures, 0 errors, 1 existing skip
  • Spotless apply/check
  • Checkstyle
  • PMD
  • documentation search: 787 Markdown pages and 1 standalone HTML page
  • engineering coverage regeneration and --check
  • git diff --check

Local javac/javadoc and pre-commit executables are unavailable in this runner; exact-head CI must supply those gates.

VALIDATION PENDING CI

The PR remains draft until all exact-head checks pass and review findings are resolved. No merge or auto-merge requested.

Next dependency

After this coherent routing/export slice lands, connect the scalable fixture to the existing allocation search and #4187 persistent task state, then record bounded performance evidence with #2939. Preserve fail-closed candidate acceptance: no unconverged, non-finite, stale, or partially restored candidate may be accepted. Coordinate any network-fidelity expansion with #4228 rather than absorbing its physics scope.

Repaired-head five-of-ten coordination — 2026-10-09

External conflict repair advanced this PR to exact head fcc669023302eda218fcac5d976a60e1a8fed4f6 on recorded base ffde2f43443ae65d57d02497e31fefb71b637555. The repaired head is open, draft, mergeable, review-free, thread-free, and successful across all nine workflow groups, including the 14/14 build/test/Javadoc matrix. This campaign preserved that head and did not perform the repair, rebase, or source mutation.

Current master is ea7d61ac1cbfc4b25689a4e81406a7bef248ae64 after merged #4272. Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is 5/10: #4274, #4275, #4277, #4279, and #4280. Ten remains both target and absolute global ceiling.

Package 3 for #3153 remains unaccepted and unstarted because #4275, #4277, #4279, and #4280 own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json; this PR and #4279 also overlap in the SURF guide. No campaign source mutation, workflow retry, rebase, synchronization, force-push, replacement, closure, merge, readiness transition, or peer-head mutation was performed.

Verified merge and five-of-ten rotation — 2026-10-09

This PR merged from preserved repaired head fcc669023302eda218fcac5d976a60e1a8fed4f6 as current master 8d52025524c0df5f47dae13838648db8025787ec. All nine exact-head workflow groups and the 14/14 build/test/Javadoc matrix were successful. The merge was external to this campaign.

Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy remains 5/10: #4274, #4277, #4279, #4280, and #4282. Ten remains both target and absolute global ceiling. #4275 is removed from active capacity.

The #3153 one-active-PR gate is clear, but Package 3 remains overlap-deferred because #4277, #4279, #4280, and #4282 own the generated MCP engineering-coverage resource. No campaign source mutation, workflow retry, rebase, synchronization, force-push, replacement, closure, merge, or peer-head mutation was performed by this reconciliation.
