Hydrate consumer regressions on the general solver

AI-assisted cleanup. This is now a test/docs-only follow-up stacked on #4306. The CO2/brine/MEG-specific production whitelist, solvent-ratio dispatch, and allow-MEG switch have been removed from this PR. Model/derivative corrections are reviewed in #4332; ordinary TPflash and the shared aqueous-reaction machinery are reviewed in #4306.

Published head: 40df2730f0e6d38142dc82e7607cc8971906810c; verified tree: 4a1d67066919fff9ff8323e3f1d63d2929cf73b8; stacked general-solver head: e7ddb9e7dc14a62f93179ec61b350c9bd12fba1b.

Exactly three files differ from the stacked base: CO2BrineMegHydrateTest and the two existing hydrate guides. All 11 physical regression cases are preserved with their original temperatures and tolerances. Only the obsolete whitelist-routing test is removed; the base tests cover general mixed gases/inhibitors/salts.

44 bara recipe, 10 mol CO2 and 1 kg water Numerical regression temperature
10 wt% NaCl on water+salt; 5 wt% MEG on water+MEG approximately 1.903 °C
Salt and MEG percentages dosed per water mass approximately 2.708 °C
Control: 5 wt% NaCl plus 5 wt% MEG approximately 5.433 °C

The cases check alternative starts/pressures, finite inventories, repeated and cloned calculations, complete species balance, ion confinement and molecular fugacity equality. These temperatures are numerical regression values, not experimental accuracy claims; ice and salt precipitation are outside these fixtures. No EOS/hydrate parameter fits or empirical offsets are added.

Validation: all 11 consumer cases pass again on functional-repair head 4919a3037fa0f4f6842cf0a81f9d0d64b0190e0b (95.99 seconds), with zero failures/errors/skips and slow tests enabled. That shared solver also passes the 156-test model/chemistry/equilibrium follow-up. Its subsequent review cleanup removes only a proven always-true guard and unreachable alternative; independent review confirms identical runtime operations, and 25 existing general-electrolyte/constrained-Newton/multiphase tests pass on the cleaned source. The consumer test and guide bytes are unchanged. The prior 99-case consumer/compatibility checkpoint is retained as historical validation. The three-file consumer overlay passes two stable formatter runs, staged pre-commit/pre-push hooks, engineering coverage check, Spotless, documentation search and whitespace checks. Hosted final-head CI remains pending.

Draft; merge only after #4332 and #4306 are qualified and merged, final-head CI passes and hydrate/domain review is recorded. Then retarget to master and verify the same three-file consumer delta. In particular, the four unresolved salting/model qualification gates in #4306 are tracked in #4334 and are not bypassed by this consumer PR. The shared mixing foundation #4333 must also land before the general-solver stack. Related model accuracy work remains in #4234/#3144; previous phase-state work is #3584.

Ten-of-ten stacked-lane reconciliation — 2026-10-14

Protected master remains d28b180969e248837e68b5e982374db69e11a376. The active portfolio has reorganized into explicit dependency lanes while preserving every remote head.

Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is 10/10, the target and absolute global ceiling: #4282 at dab1094457bc06d55674c22b014684e5948ea45b, #4306 at e7ddb9e7dc14a62f93179ec61b350c9bd12fba1b, #4312 at ac80719e08d28d39d5890da94cbc5967382ee685, external ready-state #4320 at 0915f16e49e992d6c103618ad706d67fce20012e, #4326 at 5d769f2423f35e6729bd6a62c2807a80663621fd, #4328 at 2ba5ed80dba2cc03f4eaa6a75de8b7549e4cf9f0, external ready-state #4329 at 515e21acbb776099836b06fb7318208726e28918, #4330 at ef3bf468e2a9fdf21d0206cf5b4aa81a6eeebeff, new electrolyte foundation #4332 at 395076b8a6805a448a01b3ecaf6c4cd5c5a25028, and new mixing-rule foundation #4333 at 57745790f04c6b3e309329be3476e736ca1ffb4d. This supersedes every older lower, overflow, or conflicting capacity statement.

#4277 has been reduced to a three-file dependent hydrate test/documentation qualification at 40df2730f0e6d38142dc82e7607cc8971906810c; it contains no production implementation or generated catalog and is therefore excluded from implementation occupancy. Proposal-only #4331 at 8f7675e15a406b08f88a2a9b4c4761f26a346a0d is likewise excluded. Community PR #4335 at 25f6c721b8cf0f6eacaaf5f0c96e7420dade83c5 is excluded from autonomous capacity but remains an active overlap owner.

The stacked dependency order is now explicit. Numerical integration is #4329 → #4320 → #4332 → #4306 → #4277: #4306 targets #4332's exact head, and #4277 targets #4306's exact head. Shared mixing-rule foundation #4333 precedes #4326 and #4330; #4326 and #4330 both target its exact head. Process integration remains #4328 → #4326 → #4312. #4282 remains an independent experimental pipeline capability. These stacks must be integrated in order; no head may absorb, replace, rebase, or bypass its prerequisite merely for capacity.

Exact-head validation:

All inspected inline review threads are clear. No new independent approval or readiness classification is inferred.

The #3153 one-active-PR gate is clear, but Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted and unstarted. All ten counted implementation PRs own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json; community #4335 is an eleventh active owner, and #4282 additionally owns devtools/engineering_capabilities.json. Both the global ceiling and shared-file ownership gate block publication.

Documentation impact: none for #3153; this checkpoint records external head turnover, dependency stacking, exact-head CI, failure attribution, review state, overlap ownership, and capacity only. No #3153 source mutation, branch creation, head/base movement, workflow retry, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication, or Huldra action was performed.

Settled exact-head validation reconciliation — 2026-10-15

Protected master remains d28b180969e248837e68b5e982374db69e11a376. All 13 inspected pull-request heads, bases, draft/readiness states and mergeability classifications remain unchanged. No pull request exists in the checked range #4336–#4345.

Autonomous implementation occupancy remains 10/10, the target and absolute global ceiling, with the same counted roster: #4282, #4306, #4312, #4320, #4326, #4328, #4329, #4330, #4332 and #4333. Test/documentation-only #4277, proposal-only #4331 and community #4335 remain excluded from that autonomous count. The dependency lanes and exact stacked bases are unchanged.

The exact-head CI that was still active at the preceding checkpoint has settled:

All inspected inline review threads remain resolved or absent. No new accountable approval or readiness classification is inferred from CI alone.

Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted and unstarted. The #3153 one-active-PR gate is clear, but all ten counted implementation PRs still own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json; community #4335 remains an eleventh active owner, and #4282 additionally owns devtools/engineering_capabilities.json. Both the global ceiling and shared-file ownership gate continue to block publication.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records settled exact-head validation and preserves prior ownership, dependency and capacity decisions. No source mutation, branch creation, head/base movement, workflow retry, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Five-of-ten post-merge reconciliation — 2026-10-15

Protected master advanced to 1f6d1c12827d844e69cdf6f38d65d1b5276f831a. Fully validated work from #4333, #4329, #4282, #4320, #4328 and #4326 has merged; a later economics commit also advanced master. External integration advanced the final heads of #4320, #4328 and #4326 before merge. This campaign did not rewrite or replace them.

Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is now 5/10: #4306 at e7ddb9e7dc14a62f93179ec61b350c9bd12fba1b, #4312 at e2f06ce756f05b5b55048750cec58876eb138f08, #4330 at ef3bf468e2a9fdf21d0206cf5b4aa81a6eeebeff, #4332 at 395076b8a6805a448a01b3ecaf6c4cd5c5a25028, and new dielectric-data draft #4336 at 7ca3ea66ec8e3ff6a7f50c24bac9fbb5694b593a. Test/documentation-only #4277 and proposal-only #4331 remain excluded. Community #4335 remains excluded from autonomous occupancy.

Six open PRs own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json: the five counted implementations plus community #4335. #4277 and #4331 do not own generated coverage. The #3153 implementation slot and global capacity are available, but Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted; free capacity does not override generated-catalog ownership or dependency acceptance.

The active dependency order has narrowed. Property qualification #4336 must resolve its remaining property/model blockers and be integrated with #4332 before the general solver #4306 can be qualified, followed by the three-file consumer #4277. The merged #4333/#4328/#4326 prerequisites clear the process lane for #4312, whose new ready-state head is mergeable: 20/22 build jobs pass and both Java 8 jobs remain active, while its other nine workflow groups are green. #4330 retains its exact head and fully green published workflows, but was retargeted to master and is currently non-mergeable. Proposal-only #4331 is also ready-state but non-mergeable; #4332 remains draft, non-mergeable and red on its preserved head.

New draft #4336 is explicitly partial remediation and does not close #4334. Its documentation workflow fails because DielectricPropertyData.md repeats its front-matter title as an H1. Its build failures are branch-attributable fail-closed domain rejections: process-temperature nitrogen lies outside the qualified 63.15–78.15 K interval, butane records lack qualified temperature-only data, and hydrate MEG trials fall below the 278.15 K lower bound. Java 8 jobs were skipped after the failed matrix. No extrapolation, fallback, tolerance relaxation or retry was applied.

Community #4335 advanced externally to 4df431623c4efd0ae4dbe91f27539ce3848ae4a7 and expanded to 23 files spanning characterization, flash and flow solvers. Its generated coverage and seven auxiliary workflows pass; its build has 8/16 jobs successful and eight active. All inspected inline review threads across the open portfolio are resolved or absent. No accountable approval is inferred from CI.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records the external merge wave, rebuilt capacity, exact heads, dependency order, overlap ownership and current CI. No #3153 source mutation, branch creation, workflow retry, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Six-of-ten portfolio intake — 2026-10-15

Protected master remains 1f6d1c12827d844e69cdf6f38d65d1b5276f831a. Two new PRs entered and community #4335 advanced externally; all other inspected exact heads remain unchanged.

Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is 6/10: #4306 at e7ddb9e7dc14a62f93179ec61b350c9bd12fba1b, #4312 at e2f06ce756f05b5b55048750cec58876eb138f08, #4330 at ef3bf468e2a9fdf21d0206cf5b4aa81a6eeebeff, #4332 at 395076b8a6805a448a01b3ecaf6c4cd5c5a25028, #4336 at 7ca3ea66ec8e3ff6a7f50c24bac9fbb5694b593a, and new directional phase-face transport draft #4339 at e0f03d364e5f87cd8e577a32504c5cf65af9c944. Test/documentation-only #4277, proposal-only #4331 and cookbook documentation/test repair #4338 are excluded from autonomous implementation occupancy. Community #4335 is also excluded.

#4338's body labels its #2499 rotation scope “D196”; that is not #3153 Package 3/D196 and does not occupy the #3153 implementation slot. It changes one cookbook page and two focused test files, owns no generated catalog, is mergeable/draft, and passes all six published workflows including 22/22 build jobs. It remains a #2499 documentation repair rather than an MCP implementation.

New #4339 is the shared #2907/#3298 implementation branch and owns generated engineering coverage. Its first commit only preserves directional phase-face residual inputs; the solver does not consume the new ledger yet, and it does not claim a five-second riser pass, restart, hydraulic pigging or field qualification. All nine published workflows and 22/22 build jobs pass on the exact head. It remains draft and mergeable; no readiness classification is inferred because the declared capability is incomplete.

#4312 now passes all ten workflows and 22/22 build jobs on its exact head. It remains mergeable but was returned externally to draft; this campaign preserved that state. Community #4335 advanced to 52b5743469a1c8678365a8c55f777b7ea60b79a8, now based on current master and spanning 25 files. Its seven auxiliary workflows pass; the build has 20/22 jobs successful with both Java 8 jobs active.

Seven open PRs now own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json: the six counted implementations plus community #4335. #4277, #4331 and #4338 do not own it. The #3153 implementation slot and four global-capacity slots are available, but Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Free capacity does not override generated-catalog ownership, dependency acceptance or the requirement to avoid competing heads.

The property/flash order remains #4336 → #4332 → #4306 → #4277, with maintainer-led integration required between separate heads. #4336 and #4332 retain substantive red validation; #4306 and #4277 still lack complete exact-head matrices. #4330 and #4331 retain their exact heads and green historical workflows but remain non-mergeable after base advancement. All currently returned inline review threads are resolved or absent. No accountable approval is inferred from CI.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records new portfolio intake, the cross-campaign D196 name collision, exact-head CI, overlap ownership and preserved dependency order. No #3153 source mutation, branch creation, workflow retry, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Seven-of-ten current-master reconciliation — 2026-10-15

Protected master advanced to 3566670872b4b8103da3a0219c11ccdb7179202c through an independent platform-modeling documentation commit. Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is now 7/10: #4306 at e7ddb9e7dc14a62f93179ec61b350c9bd12fba1b, #4312 at e2f06ce756f05b5b55048750cec58876eb138f08, #4330 at aa6e0e6822c024ed287c6d44a4740e3679bbe1bf, #4332 at 1fb4277c9542cfeb45a4afbed35b3eb3e86249ec, #4336 at c94fbba4bfc474d94e38c49aaab4a0bce60a71c6, #4339 at e0f03d364e5f87cd8e577a32504c5cf65af9c944, and new stacked-PR CI implementation #4340 at 6f2a1c377ff3cec5ad1c290f3e848515c3adef57. Test/documentation-only #4277 and #4338 plus proposal-only #4331 remain excluded; community #4335 remains excluded.

#4340 removes only the master base filter from the build, pre-commit, CodeQL and documentation pull-request triggers, preserving master-only push events, permissions, job definitions and required-check names. It closes a real evidence gap: stacked #4306 and #4277 previously received auxiliary checks but not the complete applicable matrix. The current head is mergeable/draft, has no review threads, and its refreshed generated-coverage check passes; the remaining current-head workflows are active. It does not waive numerical, domain or review gates.

Eight open PRs now own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json: #4306, #4312, #4330, #4332, community #4335, #4336, #4339 and #4340. #4277, #4331 and #4338 do not own it. The #3153 implementation slot and three global-capacity slots are available, but Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Free capacity does not override generated-catalog ownership, dependency acceptance or the prohibition on competing heads.

#4312 retains its exact fully green head and is now externally ready-state and mergeable; all ten workflows and 22/22 build jobs pass, but no accountable review is inferred. #4330, #4332, community #4335, #4336 and #4340 integrated current master and regenerated coverage; all five refreshed coverage workflows pass, replacing the superseded stale-inventory failures. Their remaining exact-head matrices are active or queued. #4331 remains mergeable/ready-state with all applicable documentation-only workflows passing. #4338 retains 3088793534109ad250ea72ef40edeaa5d3b598f0, has its automated thread resolved, and has 20/22 build jobs successful with both Java 8 jobs active. #4339 retains its fully green 22/22 draft head, but its declared directional transport capability remains incomplete.

The physical blocker is unchanged by the current-master reconciliations. #4336 changed no numerical/property behavior while integrating master; the preceding exact head still produced fail-closed MEG-below-range and unavailable butane dielectric-data errors. No unsupported extrapolation, fallback, tolerance relaxation or retry was applied. #4332 remains draft pending current-head CI, property/model resolution and accountable domain review. #4306 is non-mergeable against the superseded #4332 head and still lacks a complete stacked exact-head matrix; #4277 remains its three-file test/docs consumer.

Land and propagate independent #4340 before treating any stacked head as fully qualified. The physical dependency lane otherwise remains #4336 → #4332 → #4306 → #4277, with maintainer-led integration and regenerated coverage at every final combined head. All returned inline review threads across the inspected portfolio are resolved or absent.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records current capacity, exact heads, the stacked-CI evidence repair, generated-file ownership, current-master coverage reconciliation and preserved dependency order. No #3153 source mutation, branch creation, workflow retry, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Five-of-ten merge-wave and live repair-head reconciliation — 2026-10-15

Protected master advanced to bc579afa797f3f40bc1f4b748823fcdc337b649b through the externally merged #4338, #4312, #4330 and #4331 changes. Their exact work is preserved on master; this campaign did not close, replace, restart, rebase or abandon any active head for capacity.

Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is now 5/10: #4306 at ac6483fb328504d74752b36587cdf6db498900ee, #4332 at 1fb4277c9542cfeb45a4afbed35b3eb3e86249ec, #4336 at c94fbba4bfc474d94e38c49aaab4a0bce60a71c6, #4339 at e0f03d364e5f87cd8e577a32504c5cf65af9c944, and #4340 at 6f2a1c377ff3cec5ad1c290f3e848515c3adef57. Community #4335 at 82f5fc9cad5386c48680f73c403ad0deb53467b0 remains excluded from autonomous occupancy. #4277 is now merged into #4306's feature branch rather than directly into master; its three-file consumer evidence and exact head 40df2730f0e6d38142dc82e7607cc8971906810c are retained in #4306's integrated history.

Six open PRs own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json: the five counted implementations plus community #4335. Global capacity has five free slots and the #3153 one-active-PR gate is clear, but Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Free capacity does not override dependency acceptance, generated-catalog ownership or the prohibition on competing heads.

A pre-publication exact-head lease detected #4306 advancing from 2489d96354f3281edba6fcafc3786fb755928cff to ac6483fb328504d74752b36587cdf6db498900ee; the first ledger write was aborted before any mirror changed. The new commit is one commit ahead and expands the PR to 107 files. It repairs accepted-state residual handling, trace inventories, electrolyte-CPA cache initialization, ionic-host selection, safeguarded aqueous-reaction acceleration and transactional rejection coverage. It does not claim to resolve the four physical salting/model gates or #4341. On the new head, Engineering Coverage, Skills/Agents, PaperLab, Pre-commit and Spotless pass; Build is queued and CodeQL, Documentation Search and production-optimization documentation remain active. No current-head readiness is inferred. The superseded head's build (10 success, 10 failure, 2 skipped; main Ubuntu 17,098 tests with 9 failures and 15 errors) remains useful fault evidence but is not attributed to the new head.

Other exact-head validation:

#4341 records a distinct conservative-chemistry boundary in #4306: after ion-free gas extraction and cooling resumes aqueous reactions, reheating can remove the last aqueous host while generated ions remain. Explicit rejection and caller-state rollback are retained until elemental inventory, charge, phase amounts/normalization, molecular fugacity, reaction closure and cycle/fresh-start consistency are qualified.

All returned inline review threads are resolved or absent. No accountable approval or readiness classification is inferred from green CI alone. The preserved dependency/evidence order is independent #4340 enablement, property/model resolution in #4336, independent #4332 foundation review, then exact-head #4306 qualification with its integrated #4277 consumer evidence. #4339 continues only on its declared shared branch.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records the external merge wave, current capacity, generated-file ownership, lease-protected head turnover, validation, #4341's fail-closed boundary and preserved dependency order. Apart from this ledger update, no #3153 source mutation, branch creation, workflow retry, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Six-of-ten expanded-repair reconciliation — 2026-10-16

Protected master remains bc579afa797f3f40bc1f4b748823fcdc337b649b. Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is now 6/10: #4306 at 430940205b88e722cb2a9fc1fd3c60dc269315d1, #4332 at 1fb4277c9542cfeb45a4afbed35b3eb3e86249ec, #4336 at c94fbba4bfc474d94e38c49aaab4a0bce60a71c6, #4339 at 122863149847a6045c825eb4e7c39561d3d26e60, #4340 at 6f2a1c377ff3cec5ad1c290f3e848515c3adef57, and new #3154 lifecycle-envelope draft #4342 at e2f47cf4fa3126d3eb3f4a064dce3200e4590527. Community #4335 at 82f5fc9cad5386c48680f73c403ad0deb53467b0 remains excluded from autonomous occupancy.

All seven open PRs own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json: the six counted implementations plus community #4335. Four global-capacity slots and the #3153 one-active-PR slot are available, but Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Capacity alone does not authorize a competing generated-catalog head or bypass engineering acceptance.

#4306 advanced by one large follow-up commit from ac6483fb328504d74752b36587cdf6db498900ee to 430940205b88e722cb2a9fc1fd3c60dc269315d1, expanding the integration to 192 files. It adds pressure-root qualification, electrolyte/MM derivatives and inputs, charged-liquid partitioning, reaction-aware aqueous appearance/disappearance, activity-convention changes, parameter qualification and extensive evidence. Its local frozen subset reports 494 passes and two pre-existing disabled tests, but exact-head hosted evidence is decisively red:

  • the build has 9 successes, 11 failures and 2 skipped Java 8 jobs;
  • both Java 21 full suites run 17,252 tests with 31 failures, 10 errors and 214 skips;
  • failures span reaction provenance, compressor/pipeline/process behavior, Antoine and volume-translated EOS properties, electrolyte/Born derivatives and inventories, TPflash phase topology/reactive/hydrate behavior, bubble point and phase-envelope tracing;
  • slow shards additionally fail CDFT calibration, optimizer baseline, Gibbs-reactor scenarios, distillation/large-process cases and reactive CO2/brine hydrate order;
  • Documentation Search and production-example documentation fail because three new guides duplicate their front-matter titles as H1 headings;
  • three current code-quality threads remain unresolved: nullable reference-clone context, an unused Newton-constructor parameter and a constant-interface test anti-pattern.

Accordingly #4306 remains a preserved draft integration branch, not a merge candidate. Its new reaction-aware boundary work may address #4341 conceptually, but the issue remains open and the current-head repository matrix does not qualify that claim. Earlier approvals predate this head and do not replace subsystem-owner, independent domain or applicable NRC review.

#4332 is externally ready-state and passes all 22/22 build jobs, but remains non-mergeable after master advanced and has no submitted independent review. #4340 and community #4335 also pass 22/22 but remain non-mergeable after master drift. #4336 remains at 10 successes, 10 failures and 2 skips with its property-domain blockers unresolved.

#4339 advanced on its preserved shared #2907/#3298 branch and again passes all workflows and 22/22 build jobs. Its new opt-in signed-face complementarity kernel passes the short lanes, but all 15/15 unchanged five-second qualification cases still fail by line-search or iteration limit; no 180/600-second claim was attempted. It remains draft and incomplete.

New #4342 is mergeable/draft and owns generated coverage. Its build has 18 successes, 2 failures and 2 skipped Java 8 jobs. Linux and Windows both reproduce an optimization documentation example using undefined variable search and a shared-power integration assertion expecting one envelope rejection but receiving zero; the examples workflow mirrors the compilation failure. This is branch-attributable #3154 work, not a reason to start overlapping #3153 work.

All other returned inline review threads are resolved or absent. No accountable readiness classification is inferred from CI or author review alone. The current coordination order is: refresh/land independent #4340, reconcile the reviewed #4332 foundation with current master, reduce and repair #4306 against exact hosted failures while preserving #4336 ownership, and continue #4339/#4342 only inside their declared campaign branches.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records current capacity, exact heads, generated-file ownership, #4306's expanded scope and hosted regressions, #4339's incomplete qualification, #4342 intake, review state and preserved dependency boundaries. Apart from this ledger update, no #3153 source mutation, branch creation, workflow retry, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Seven-of-ten post-#4335 merge reconciliation — 2026-10-16

Protected master advanced from bc579afa797f3f40bc1f4b748823fcdc337b649b to 3c0d9619c2346f97ccbf87a9aee877d1c1e6a9d0 through merged community #4335 (62295503ed056b8ef2cd0e0585a5e76c1e19f214), deprecation-policy #4344 and release-skill #4345. #4335 therefore leaves the open portfolio without being counted as an autonomous capability.

Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is now 7/10: #4306 at 430940205b88e722cb2a9fc1fd3c60dc269315d1, #4332 at 1fb4277c9542cfeb45a4afbed35b3eb3e86249ec, #4336 at c94fbba4bfc474d94e38c49aaab4a0bce60a71c6, #4339 at 122863149847a6045c825eb4e7c39561d3d26e60, #4340 at 6f2a1c377ff3cec5ad1c290f3e848515c3adef57, #4342 at e2f47cf4fa3126d3eb3f4a064dce3200e4590527, and new D197/#2499 draft #4346 at 966ac0a4536ea4cd09378f9399ce1c50bc1796b5.

#4346 is a dependency-ready, current-master, three-file documentation/test increment for the standalone Python quickstart units example. It does not modify src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json; its declared scope does not overlap the six preserved catalog-owning heads. Engineering coverage, pre-commit, Spotless, CodeQL and documentation-search workflows pass; the exact-head build remains in progress, no independent review is submitted, and the PR remains draft.

The six older catalog-owning heads are unchanged and preserved. Their earlier blockers remain controlling: #4306 has three unresolved code-quality threads plus failing build/docs/examples workflows; #4336 still has a failing build; #4342 still has failing build/examples workflows; #4339 is workflow-green but still fails all 15 unchanged five-second qualification cases; #4332 and #4340 are workflow-green but remain non-mergeable after master movement, and #4332 lacks accountable independent review. No readiness conclusion is inferred from CI alone.

Three global-capacity slots remain, but Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. The one-active-PR rule and engineering-acceptance gate still prohibit a competing #3153 increment; capacity alone does not authorize one.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records master advancement, #4335 integration, D197 intake, 7/10 occupancy, current exact heads, generated-catalog ownership and unchanged qualification/review blockers. Apart from this ledger update, no #3153 source mutation, branch creation, workflow retry, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Six-of-ten dual-merge and stale-rule intake reconciliation — 2026-10-16

Protected master advanced from 3c0d9619c2346f97ccbf87a9aee877d1c1e6a9d0 to 54d6be9c794cec093fbfa0e347fa54f5250881db through merged #4339 (9c51094d00697deb2510cb01074c949a033be905) and #4346. #4339's experimental opt-in signed-face complementarity kernel is now on master with its disclosed qualification boundary unchanged: all 15 five-second cases failed on the merged head, and it is not evidence for long-duration severe-slugging, restart or pigging qualification. #4346's bounded standalone quickstart-units repair also landed.

Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is now 6/10: #4306 at 430940205b88e722cb2a9fc1fd3c60dc269315d1, #4332 at 7bb25cb5f6459f01ecee4e7bf56e9a026d7c37bd, #4336 at c94fbba4bfc474d94e38c49aaab4a0bce60a71c6, #4340 at 6f2a1c377ff3cec5ad1c290f3e848515c3adef57, #4342 at e2f47cf4fa3126d3eb3f4a064dce3200e4590527, and new #4348 at 350b363284aba9b985283fe39e6e0f4461c369c8.

#4332 advanced only by merging then-current master and regenerating engineering coverage; its 18 other PR files retain their preceding blobs. The exact new head is mergeable and passes all 22/22 build jobs plus every auxiliary workflow. It remains externally ready-state with no submitted independent review, and current-master plus accountable thermodynamics/domain review remain gates.

#4340 was externally marked ready without changing its head. It remains workflow-green but non-mergeable after master movement and has no submitted review; readiness state alone is not acceptance.

New #4348 is a seven-file fail-fast diagnostic for stale mixing-rule component counts and modifies generated coverage. Six of its seven files overlap #4306, including EosMixingRuleHandler, PhaseEos, SystemInterface and both shared model guides. Exact-head CI is decisively red: 11 successes, 9 failures and 2 skipped Java 8 jobs. Both Java 21 full suites run 16,970 tests and report 8 failures, 44 errors and 214 skips. The new guard rejects many established valid component-slate transitions across documentation examples, absorbers, compressors, distillation, mixers, networks, oil-quality workflows, Pitzer coverage, characterization and phase envelopes; three slow shards also fail. #4348 is therefore draft, overlap-bound and not merge-ready.

#4306 remains unchanged with failing build/docs/examples workflows and three unresolved code-quality threads. #4336 and #4342 retain their earlier failing build/qualification blockers. No accountable readiness conclusion is inferred from CI or author review alone.

Four global-capacity slots remain, but all six active capabilities own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json; #4348 also directly overlaps the active thermodynamics stack. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. The one-active-PR and engineering-acceptance gates still prohibit a competing #3153 increment.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records the dual merge, 6/10 occupancy, #4332 exact-head recovery, #4340 readiness-state change, #4348 intake/regression evidence, ownership overlap and unchanged stop boundary. Apart from this ledger update, no #3153 source mutation, branch creation, workflow retry, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Seven-of-ten master-and-follow-on reconciliation — 2026-10-16

Protected master advanced from 54d6be9c794cec093fbfa0e347fa54f5250881db to d652b1dfd44dd1df383c755dadd54cf8d7bd0939 through merged Maven-version-maintenance skill #4352 and devtools uv run migration #4347. Neither merge resolves or waives the active implementation qualification boundaries.

Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is now 7/10: #4306 at 430940205b88e722cb2a9fc1fd3c60dc269315d1, #4332 at 7bb25cb5f6459f01ecee4e7bf56e9a026d7c37bd, #4336 at c94fbba4bfc474d94e38c49aaab4a0bce60a71c6, #4340 at 6f2a1c377ff3cec5ad1c290f3e848515c3adef57, #4342 at b35c9d78d7245cfd948455031f157fac11e4cd78, #4348 at 350b363284aba9b985283fe39e6e0f4461c369c8, and new #4350 at 6fc722aac3074a26848fe179c98ce269c7614ae7.

#4342 advanced on its preserved #3154 branch with a focused repair for the undefined documentation example and shared-power acceptance assertion. The new head passes all 22/22 hosted build jobs and every auxiliary workflow. It remains draft, has no submitted independent review, and retains its disclosed synthetic/advisory rather than field/OEM qualification boundary.

New #4350 is the sole active shared #2907/#3298 implementation continuation after #4339 merged. It adds exact-bound donor disappearance/reappearance, direction refresh and reversible trial-state handling without clipping, smearing or tolerance weakening. Exact-head hosted CI passes 22/22 build jobs and every auxiliary workflow. The unchanged gate remains negative: all nine short cases pass, but all 9/9 five-second cases still fail with line-search termination. Several lanes progress materially beyond the predecessor, but no five-second, 180/600-second, severe-slugging, restart or hydraulic-pigging qualification exists. Keep draft and continue on this exact branch; no split or readiness inference is authorized.

#4348 remains unchanged and decisively red. Its full-suite failures are source/consumer compatibility regressions rather than infrastructure; the existing cross-campaign assessment correctly calls for preserving rejection of genuinely stale chemistry while reconciling internal projection/union lifecycles and coordinating its six-file overlap with #4306. A blind retry is not indicated.

#4332 remains 22/22 green and mergeable but lacks accountable independent thermodynamics/domain review. #4340 remains externally ready-state, workflow-green and non-mergeable after master movement without submitted review. #4306 and #4336 retain their documented failures and review/physics blockers.

Three global-capacity slots remain, but all seven active capabilities own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted; the one-active-PR, ownership and engineering-acceptance gates prohibit a competing #3153 increment despite available numeric capacity.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records master advancement, 7/10 occupancy, #4342 repair evidence, #4350 intake and qualification boundary, persistent #4348 regression/overlap, and unchanged stop conditions. Apart from this ledger update, no #3153 source mutation, branch creation, workflow retry, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Five-of-ten post-merge and electrolyte-repair reconciliation — 2026-10-16

Protected master advanced from d652b1dfd44dd1df383c755dadd54cf8d7bd0939 to 837990a648bdb41fc87ed0a1e1e8e697bd429d9c. This includes external merges of #4332 at preserved head 7bb25cb5f6459f01ecee4e7bf56e9a026d7c37bd as 6e85a59ab60f0ed9d39efdd82dc4d7a145703318, #4342 at preserved head b35c9d78d7245cfd948455031f157fac11e4cd78 as 60fefde241584fb4b085b771ab989361740b2542, and #4350 at preserved head 6fc722aac3074a26848fe179c98ce269c7614ae7 as 459b9eccf22f335ce88a6c3ec85338844b5a95c4, followed by maintenance commit #4355. No submitted review exists on those three merged PRs. Their recorded qualification boundaries remain evidence: #4342 is synthetic/advisory rather than field/OEM qualified, and #4350 had all nine five-second cases terminate with LINE_SEARCH_FAILED, so its merge does not establish five-second, long-duration, severe-slugging, restart or pigging qualification.

Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is now 5/10: #4306 at 430940205b88e722cb2a9fc1fd3c60dc269315d1, #4336 at c94fbba4bfc474d94e38c49aaab4a0bce60a71c6, #4340 at 6f2a1c377ff3cec5ad1c290f3e848515c3adef57, #4348 at 46697d625435dcc42499e5ded053b07ae65a26bc, and new #4356 at 838682201ec540f4aa6fd1c074af5abd961de440. Community #4357 is green, changes task-workflow documentation/tooling rather than the generated coverage catalog, and is not counted as an autonomous campaign capability.

#4348 materially repaired the earlier generic-EOS regression while preserving its exact branch. The current head restores shared PhaseEos behavior and scopes the stale-mixing-rule guard to the Fürst electrolyte phases. The integrated tree reports 143 focused tests passing; engineering coverage, PaperLab, pre-commit, CodeQL, documentation and Spotless workflows are green, while the exact-head build matrix remains in progress. It is mergeable but remains draft, has no submitted review and does not claim automatic same-count component replacement repair.

New #4356 is a #3144 barite/Pitzer diagnostic increment, not a full precipitation qualification. It reports the complete missing PHREEQC catalog rows, preserves fail-closed selection, and records 54 focused Java-8-POM tests passing locally. Hosted engineering coverage, PaperLab, CodeQL, documentation and Spotless workflows are green; the build matrix remains in progress. Pre-commit failed only because Maven could not resolve the already configured Spotless plugin prefix from Central, while the separate Spotless workflow passed. Keep it draft pending hosted completion and accountable review; do not infer full-mixture barite, SI, solid-mass, complementarity or dissolution qualification.

#4306 remains unchanged, non-mergeable and red in build, documentation and production-example workflows, with three unresolved code-quality threads; its description also still names now-merged #4332 as a pending dependency and must be reconciled by its owner before readiness. #4336 remains non-mergeable with its documented physical/property-domain blockers and failing build. #4340 remains workflow-green but non-mergeable after base movement, externally ready-state, and without submitted review.

All five autonomous implementations modify src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Although five numeric slots are free, ownership, engineering-acceptance and one-active-PR controls prohibit a competing #3153 increment.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records current-master integration, 5/10 occupancy, #4348 repair evidence, #4356 intake and validation boundary, persistent open-head blockers and unchanged D196 stop conditions. Apart from this ledger update, no #3153 source mutation, branch creation, workflow retry, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Five-of-ten hosted-validation reconciliation — 2026-10-16

Protected master remains 837990a648bdb41fc87ed0a1e1e8e697bd429d9c. Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy remains 5/10, with every exact head preserved: #4306 at 430940205b88e722cb2a9fc1fd3c60dc269315d1, #4336 at c94fbba4bfc474d94e38c49aaab4a0bce60a71c6, #4340 at 6f2a1c377ff3cec5ad1c290f3e848515c3adef57, #4348 at 46697d625435dcc42499e5ded053b07ae65a26bc, and #4356 at 838682201ec540f4aa6fd1c074af5abd961de440. Community #4357 remains excluded from autonomous occupancy.

#4348's repaired final head now passes all seven hosted workflow groups and all 23/23 core jobs, including actual Java 8 Ubuntu/Windows, both Java 21 suites, slow suites and Javadoc. The Ubuntu job reports 17,022 tests, zero failures/errors and 214 skips; all 23 release-package classes / 140 cases pass without skips, together with the focused mixing-rule, mixer, formation-enthalpy and TEG checks. This clears the previous integration regression but does not supply independent thermodynamics/domain approval or complete #3860's remaining solver/property and physical qualification. The PR remains a mergeable draft with no submitted review.

#4356's full Build/Test/Javadoc workflow has also completed successfully on its preserved head; Engineering Coverage, PaperLab, Spotless, CodeQL and Documentation Search remain green. Its first-attempt Pre-commit failure was Maven's inability to resolve the already configured Spotless plugin prefix from Central while the independent Spotless workflow passed. The failed-jobs-only retry completed successfully on the unchanged head, so all seven hosted workflow groups now pass. This is infrastructure recovery, not evidence of full-mixture barite precipitation, saturation-index, solid-mass, complementarity or dissolution qualification. The PR remains a mergeable draft with no submitted review.

#4306 remains frozen, non-mergeable and substantively red, with three unresolved code-quality threads; its owner has recorded that merged #4332 is no longer a pending external dependency, without changing the head. #4336 remains non-mergeable with the documented physical/property-domain and build blockers. #4340 remains workflow-green but non-mergeable after master movement, externally ready-state and without submitted review. No readiness conclusion is inferred from CI alone.

All five autonomous implementations still own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Five free numeric slots do not override shared-file ownership, engineering acceptance, capability-contract or the one-active-PR controls, so no competing #3153 increment was opened.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records exact-head hosted validation, the narrowly authorized infrastructure retry, review state, overlap ownership and the unchanged D196 stop boundary. Apart from this ledger update and the failed-jobs-only retry, no source mutation, branch creation, head/base movement, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Four-of-ten bounded-migration reconciliation — 2026-10-17

Protected master advanced from 837990a648bdb41fc87ed0a1e1e8e697bd429d9c to 929fadebf992c6237378d5b54193f08da0195d24. The intervening default-branch history includes #4348 at preserved head 46697d625435dcc42499e5ded053b07ae65a26bc as merge 5e61740f3be6fe135c3262f17b14d9daf4954dfa, #4356 at preserved head 838682201ec540f4aa6fd1c074af5abd961de440 as merge dad948fd2d5b691420222bcf7ffef52cc71a4f8d, and later independently merged documentation, optimization and network-acceptance work. The electrolyte stale-state repair and bounded Pitzer gap-report API are therefore on master with their recorded scientific limits intact.

Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is now 4/10: ready-state #4340 at 764e6464b739cd08ffe9f04edc56b3288f65d81b, draft #4363 at bec8de940eff0245b4bd345347a4385e7af1e072, draft #4364 at f316bd5a4e937a984031582ef1fa287f2059ca47, and draft #4365 at 02d73f693b8eb02a841ee3718f13110acd68b668. All four are open and mergeable.

The former omnibus drafts #4306 and #4336 were closed externally, unmerged, at their preserved heads 430940205b88e722cb2a9fc1fd3c60dc269315d1 and c94fbba4bfc474d94e38c49aaab4a0bce60a71c6. This was the user's explicitly authorized bounded-migration decision recorded in #4362, not closure for capacity. Their branches, commits, evidence and review history remain the migration inventory; this campaign did not close, rewrite, rebase, delete or replace either head.

Three current-master slices implement that migration without replaying the omnibus diffs. #4363 isolates the classic-HV init(1) state-reset bug in one production class; #4364 isolates EOS/SRK-CPA component clone-array ownership in two production classes; #4365 corrects only the two malformed MEG alias dielectric records and explicitly leaves the raw extended resource and broader property qualification open. #4363 and #4364 each own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json; #4365 does not. #4340's conflict-resolved five-file diff is limited to workflow policy/documentation and no longer owns generated coverage.

All auxiliary workflows are green on the four exact heads, no submitted reviews or inline threads are present, and their full build matrices remain active. #4364 has one completed infrastructure-only model-spec failure: Maven twice could not resolve maven-resources-plugin:3.5.0 from canonical Central, while Java 8 model specifications, Javadoc, Windows, slow suites and every auxiliary workflow completed successfully. A narrowly scoped retry request was rejected only because the containing workflow run is still active; no source change or failure waiver was applied.

Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Six free numeric slots do not override the two active generated-catalog owners, the one-active-PR rule, engineering acceptance or capability-contract gates. No competing #3153 implementation was opened.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records default-branch integration, the user-authorized bounded migration, 4/10 occupancy, exact heads, generated-resource ownership, current hosted validation and the unchanged D196 stop boundary. Apart from this ledger update and the deferred infrastructure retry request, no #3153 source mutation, branch creation, head/base movement, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Four-of-ten terminal-validation reconciliation — 2026-10-17

Protected master remains 929fadebf992c6237378d5b54193f08da0195d24. Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy remains 4/10, with every exact head preserved and mergeable: ready-state #4340 at 764e6464b739cd08ffe9f04edc56b3288f65d81b, draft #4363 at bec8de940eff0245b4bd345347a4385e7af1e072, draft #4364 at f316bd5a4e937a984031582ef1fa287f2059ca47, and draft #4365 at 02d73f693b8eb02a841ee3718f13110acd68b668.

Hosted validation has now settled green on all four heads. Each Build/Test/Javadoc run passes 23/23 jobs, and every applicable auxiliary workflow—Engineering Coverage where present, PaperLab where present, Pre-commit, Spotless, CodeQL and Documentation Search—also passes. For #4364 specifically, the failed-jobs-only retry cleared the sole infrastructure-only Maven-resolution failure without changing its head. Its actual Java 8 Ubuntu lane reports 17,038 tests, zero failures/errors and 214 skips; all 23 release-package classes / 140 source-term cases pass without skips. This is terminal CI evidence, not a waiver or source repair.

No submitted review or inline review thread is present on any of the four PRs. #4340's external ready-state is preserved; #4363, #4364 and #4365 remain draft. Green CI and mergeability do not provide the subsystem-owner or independent domain approval required by governance, so no campaign readiness transition is inferred.

Only #4363 and #4364 own src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json; #4340 and #4365 do not. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Six free numeric slots do not override generated-resource ownership, the one-active-PR rule, engineering acceptance or capability-contract gates. No competing #3153 implementation was opened.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records terminal exact-head validation, the successful infrastructure-only retry, review state, generated-resource ownership and the unchanged D196 stop boundary. Apart from this ledger update, no #3153 source mutation, branch creation, workflow retry, head/base movement, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

One-of-ten post-merge CO2/KCl regression reconciliation — 2026-10-17

Protected master advanced from 929fadebf992c6237378d5b54193f08da0195d24 to f5487f2cb13295fb20d30024b8d63697df927997. The intervening default-branch history contains external merges of #4340 from preserved head 764e6464b739cd08ffe9f04edc56b3288f65d81b as e92691f229ffdee8e7b266ffe49f2b409a33f1c4, #4363 from bec8de940eff0245b4bd345347a4385e7af1e072 as 03c7c1c59ad3470412d8c0362df847cf6367f44a, #4364 from f316bd5a4e937a984031582ef1fa287f2059ca47 as 649d409269d41d479d8816d9477eb00490576579, and #4365 from 02d73f693b8eb02a841ee3718f13110acd68b668 as f5487f2cb13295fb20d30024b8d63697df927997. Their recorded workflow, thermodynamic, clone-ownership, data-scope, and accountable-review boundaries remain evidence after merge.

Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is now 1/10: draft #4367 at exact head 7c5cda150435cb968472d704c142d9d0a65f5c6c, based exactly on current master. Community PRs #4357, #4360 and #4366 remain excluded from autonomous occupancy. #4367 is a 14-file #4234/#3144 CO2/KCl electrolyte correction, is mergeable, and owns src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json.

#4367's six auxiliary workflows pass, but its Build/Test/Javadoc run is not acceptable. Two underlying slow shards fail reproducibly: HydrateComprehensiveTest.testHydrateHighSalinity returns no hydrate equilibrium temperature at 80 bara, and ReactiveCO2BrineHydrateOrderTest reports five assertion failures, including a non-reactive control, with established endpoints shifted downward by about 0.054 K. Aggregate slow gates therefore fail; this is attributable model/consumer regression, not infrastructure, so no retry is authorized. One unresolved code-quality thread also flags constant-interface use in the new Born-diameter test. No independent thermodynamics/provenance review is present. Preserve the exact draft head until the owner reconciles hydrate behavior and the review finding without weakening fixtures or tolerances.

Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. The #3153 one-active-PR lane is numerically clear, but #4360, #4366 and #4367 all own the generated engineering-coverage catalog, and engineering acceptance plus capability-contract controls still prohibit a competing increment despite nine free autonomous slots.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records the four external merges, 1/10 occupancy, #4367 intake, attributable exact-head failures, shared-file ownership, review state, and the unchanged D196 stop boundary. Apart from this ledger update, no source mutation, branch creation, workflow retry, head/base movement, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication, or Huldra action was performed.

Three-of-ten repair-and-turnover reconciliation — 2026-10-17

Protected master advanced from f5487f2cb13295fb20d30024b8d63697df927997 to 4b23d35f838a73e016c48449b564f7710e9d860d. The intervening default-branch history contains external merges #4369, #4372, #4357 and #4373. #4372 changes core workflow targeting and removes deprecated slow-test jobs; #4357 restores task-workflow documentation/tooling; #4373 converts four tests to benchmarks. None accepts Package 3/D196 or supplies MCP capability ownership.

Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is now 3/10: #4367 at 6732a9f1ae5d1ab68c2cbc87424e59717d0271f4, #4370 at 2f47f4aa381c1f274262092e62be2d07e3198c7b, and #4371 at 7241be212830e80582e2c6566cd4d3a1f4ee7f8d. All three remain open drafts on their exact heads. Community #4360 and #4366 remain excluded from autonomous occupancy.

#4367 consumed its attributable repair to remove the out-of-scope global Born-diameter change, retain NeqSim's existing Born convention, and limit the correction to the calibrated CO2/K+ short-range pair. Exact-base controls identified the broad change as the cause of the earlier NaCl reactive-conservation and methane/NaCl high-salinity hydrate regressions. On the repaired head all eight slow shards, both slow aggregates, model specifications, Javadoc, Java 21 Windows, benchmark, coverage, PaperLab, formatting, CodeQL and documentation gates pass; the former high-salinity and reactive-hydrate failures are green. The code-quality thread is resolved by removal of the obsolete test. Java 21 Ubuntu was cancelled externally near the end of a failure-free run and both Java 8 dependents were skipped, so one narrowly scoped exact-job retry is active on the unchanged head. Independent thermodynamics/provenance review remains absent; the draft is not ready.

New #4370 adds lifecycle period-change diagnostics without changing optimizer or equipment physics. Every auxiliary gate and all completed build lanes pass; only Java 8 Windows remains active. It owns src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json, has no submitted review or inline thread, and is non-mergeable after master movement. New #4371 adds synthetic accepted-step refinement evidence for the shared-reservoir network fixture. All hosted workflows and 23/23 build jobs pass, it does not own generated coverage, and it has no review; its disclosed pump-map/injectivity and broader physical-qualification limits remain. It is also non-mergeable after master movement. Exact heads are preserved; no synchronization or rebase is authorized.

Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Four open PRs—community #4360/#4366 plus autonomous #4367/#4370—own the generated engineering-coverage catalog. Seven free autonomous slots do not override shared-file ownership, engineering acceptance, capability-contract or one-active-PR controls, so no competing #3153 increment was opened.

Documentation impact: none for #3153. This checkpoint records master turnover, 3/10 occupancy, #4367's bounded repair and retry, #4370/#4371 intake, validation/review state, generated-resource ownership and the unchanged D196 stop boundary. Apart from this ledger update and the failed/cancelled-job retry, no campaign source mutation, branch creation, head/base movement, synchronization, rebase, readiness transition, merge action, closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, peer-head mutation, release publication or Huldra action was performed.

Two-of-ten post-merge fittings reconciliation — 2026-10-17

master is b14c31d56a4d789898ddd591c72ba9b514d256cd; #4360/#4370/#4371/#4374 landed. Occupancy is 2/10: draft #4367 6732a9f1 is fully CI-green; #4377 8773a84d was restored to draft with Java 8 lanes active. Both own generated coverage. D196 stays unaccepted/overlap-blocked; no #3153 PR started. Exact heads preserved.

2/10z — 2026-10-23

#4520/4522.

0/10aa — 2026-10-23

Master d0276b3beefd646e6753ad48724070054ba8f3d9; occupancy 0/10, with ten target/ceiling. #4520 preserved 11c8a6ed, merged as 92beb0d9, with 10/10 workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs passing. #4522 advanced externally to preserved final head 534abb8b, merged as 926e6ee9; seven auxiliary groups pass and core is active at 12/16 current jobs passed, four active, no completed failure. No review/thread exists on either. #4523 CPA repair passes five groups plus 19/19 core jobs; #4524 docs repair passes five groups plus two applicable core jobs (eight skipped). D196 remains unaccepted/unstarted despite available capacity; no #3153 PR opened. #4520 capacity metadata corrected; no source/head/base mutation or campaign merge action.

2/10ab — 2026-10-23

Master 84fa5474; occupancy 2/10 (ten target/ceiling). #4525 6f0803b3 merged fully green (8/8 groups, 19/19 core); stale 20/24 metadata corrected. Draft #4526 5b004e87 is mergeable; six groups require action before jobs, with no hosted failure claim. Draft #4527 05d1118f is mergeable; seven auxiliary groups pass and core is 15/17 successful with 2 active, no failure. They share only generated coverage. Docs-only #4529 de51bec8 is excluded from occupancy; core has 2 applicable passes/8 skips. No review/thread exists. D196 remains unaccepted/unstarted; no #3153 PR opened.

4/10ac — 2026-10-23

Master 84fa5474; occupancy 4/10 (ten target/ceiling): drafts #4526 5b004e87, #4527 05d1118f, #4530 18edb0ca, and #4531 a34f6cb6. #4527 is green across 8/8 groups and 19/19 core jobs; #4530 is green across 7/7 groups with 2 applicable core passes/8 Java skips. #4531 is green across 8/8 groups and 19/19 core jobs. #4526 has six action_required groups that created no jobs, so only its recorded local evidence is claimed. Docs-only #4529 is excluded and green for its applicable scope. No submitted review/thread exists. #4526/#4527/#4531 share generated coverage but have disjoint substantive source scopes; #4530 does not own generated coverage. D196 remains unaccepted/unstarted; six numeric slots do not waive acceptance, ownership, contract, or one-active-PR gates. Metadata and ledger only; no source/head/base, retry, readiness, merge/closure, rebase, replacement, restart, abandonment, or peer-head mutation.

4/10ad — 2026-10-23

Master remains 84fa5474; autonomous implementation occupancy remains 4/10 (ten target/ceiling): drafts #4526 5b004e87, #4527 05d1118f, #4530 18edb0ca, and #4531 a34f6cb6. New community PR #4532 41fed294 is excluded from autonomous occupancy but now shares generated engineering-coverage ownership with #4526/#4527/#4531; its substantive oil-quality scope is otherwise disjoint. #4532 is externally non-draft and mergeable, with nine action_required workflows that created no jobs, so no hosted pass/failure is claimed; no review/thread exists. The four autonomous heads and their settled evidence are unchanged. D196 remains unaccepted/unstarted; capacity does not waive acceptance, ownership, contract, or one-active-PR gates. Ledger only; no source/head/base, retry, readiness, merge/closure, rebase, replacement, restart, abandonment, contributor-PR metadata, or peer-head mutation.

1/10ae — 2026-10-23

Master advanced to 907892bc through exact-head external merges #4526/#4527/#4529/#4530/#4531. Occupancy is 1/10 (ten target/ceiling): corrective draft #4533 69628a94, mergeable and based on master. #4526's approved core run completed red on both Java 21 platforms (15 pass/2 skip/2 fail jobs; 6 failures + 1 error across four phase-removal regression families); #4533 restores the established mapping, records 327/327 focused/adjacent local tests, and retains strict sour-gas TPflash work, but six hosted groups remain action_required with no jobs. Community #4532 41fed294 is excluded but shares generated coverage; its infrastructure-only Spotless retry passed, 8/9 groups are green, and core is 17/19 with both Java 8 jobs active and no failure. It has one approval and no thread; #4533 has neither. New documentation/test-only draft #4536 d7b07d6f is excluded from implementation occupancy: it changes two frozen paths, no production source or generated catalog, is mergeable, has six hosted groups active, and has no review/thread. D196 remains unaccepted/unstarted and overlap-blocked. #4526's stale capacity/terminal metadata and all ledgers were corrected; no source/head/base, readiness, rebase, merge/closure, replacement, restart, abandonment, or peer-head mutation by this campaign.

2/10af — 2026-10-24 00:02 CEST. Master d48480c1 after external merges #4532 (41fed294→7988b81c), #4536 (8c6124fa→6a5200e5) and #4533 (74bb582e→master). #4532 is exact-head green (9/9 groups, 19/19 core jobs), with one approval/no thread. #4533's final generated-only head is 4/4 green with 2 applicable core guards passed and 8 lanes path-skipped; substantive repair validation continues on #4536's combined head, whose six auxiliary groups are green and core has 15 successes plus 2 active Java 21 lanes, no failure, no review/thread. Occupancy is 2/10: draft #4537 repaired head 2d4039e9 (exact master base, nine workflows active after synchronizing the published Python-block execution contract) and draft #4538 eee08d51 (seven auxiliary groups green, core active). Both are mergeable and unreviewed, and share only generated engineering coverage. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted; no #3153 PR or head/base/readiness/rebase/merge/closure/retry/source mutation occurred; #4533 terminal metadata was reconciled to the ten-capability policy.

2/10ag — 2026-10-24 04:03 CEST. Master remains d48480c1; occupancy remains 2/10, with ten both target and absolute ceiling. Merged #4536 8c6124fa is now exact-head green (7/7 groups, 19/19 core jobs), providing the authoritative hosted matrix for the phase-removal repair, with no review/thread. Draft #4538 eee08d51 is mergeable and exact-head green (8/8, 19/19) but not READY TO MERGE without accountable injection/PVT review. Draft #4537 advanced externally to 15bbd234; eight auxiliary groups pass and core is 15/17 with both Java 21 fast lanes active, no failure/review/thread. Its stale 3/20 and 3/24 wording was corrected to 2/10. Documentation/test-only #4539 150614f9 is excluded from occupancy; five auxiliary groups pass and core is 17/19 with two Java 8 lanes active. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted; no #3153 PR or source/head/base/readiness/rebase/merge/closure/retry mutation occurred.

2/10ah — 2026-10-24 07:55 CEST. Master is 63b7b36c after external merges #4538 (eee08d51→fa9664cd), docs-only #4539 (150614f9→1fa78771), #4537 (15bbd234→6b176739) and security/dependency #4542 (054625f1→master). #4537/#4538/#4539 are fully exact-head green at 9/9, 8/8 and 6/6 groups with 19/19 core jobs each; #4542 passes 6/6 groups for its path-filtered scope. Occupancy remains 2/10. Draft #4540 ebf390a1 has six auxiliary groups green; core has 15 successes, Windows Java 21 active and Ubuntu Java 21 failed only because the new heavy-Pedersen refusal now precedes the synthetic 100,000 g/mol component-limit test. Its dedicated repair owner retains the head. Non-draft #4541 07ace8bd has seven auxiliary groups green and core 17/19 with both Java 8 lanes active. Both share generated coverage but otherwise have disjoint scopes. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted; no #3153 PR or source/head/base/readiness/rebase/merge/closure/retry mutation occurred.

10/10ai — 2026-10-24 12:02 CEST. Protected master is 099b8118402759f5c4c6fbbff6d6e1d6455e170b after external merges #4545, #4557, #4546 and repaired #4540. #4540 preserved 05ac04fc and is fully green (7/7 groups, 19/19 core); #4545 and #4546 are fully green for their scopes. #4557 preserved ee7cb677, but all eight final-head workflows failed before creating jobs, so no hosted exact-head result is claimed. Occupancy is the hard ceiling 10/10: #4541 d6467b51, #4556 a7b8b16f, #4558 dfcac0ef, #4559 4ba60224, #4560 82b12b27, #4562 24254ac3, #4563 cb18d199, #4569 385a418b, #4570 9bd116db, and #4572 4f3552ec. All except externally non-draft #4541 remain drafts; all are review/thread-free. #4541 core is 17/19 with two branch-attributable severe-slugging slow-test failures. #4559 is not mergeable, with core 16/17 and one active job. The other eight have green auxiliary groups and active core lanes without completed failures. All ten share generated coverage; direct guide overlaps #4572/#4562, #4559/#4570 and #4569/#4556 are coordinated. Contributor #4568 271b1a15 is excluded from occupancy and has a requested-changes review. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted; capacity is full and no #3153 PR was opened. No source/head/base/readiness/rebase/merge/closure/retry mutation occurred.

2/10aj — 2026-10-24 15:55 CEST. Protected master is ab0a14e64104c003b61afe117d08ae7541e714f6 after broad external turnover. #4556, #4558, #4560, #4562, #4563, #4569, #4570 and #4572 each merged from preserved heads with all groups and 19/19 core jobs green. Repaired #4541 a0c52612 merged with seven auxiliary groups green and core 18/19, Java 8 Windows still active. Contributor #4568 0505c185 merged with nine auxiliary groups green and core 17/19 active. #4578 3eff24aa merged as master with 8/8 groups passing and two applicable core successes/eight path-filtered skips; it advances agent/skill discovery and integrated modeling guidance but does not establish full operation-contract qualification. Occupancy is 2/10: non-draft, mergeable #4559 76b67fc4 has six auxiliary groups green and core 17/19 with both Java 8 lanes active; draft, mergeable #4577 69f7de04 has seven auxiliary groups green, core 11 successes/four active/one failed slow shard, with two branch-attributable debutanizer convergence failures. Dedicated repair threads retain both heads. Docs/test-only #4574 b3a1f58f is excluded and overlaps #4577's mixing-rule guide. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted; no #3153 PR or source/head/base/readiness/rebase/merge/closure/retry mutation occurred.

2/10ak — 2026-10-24 20:02 CEST. Protected master remains ab0a14e64104c003b61afe117d08ae7541e714f6; autonomous implementation occupancy remains 2/10. Non-draft, mergeable #4559 preserves 76b67fc4104fcb76c2d4436b3bf723667782015e and is now fully green: six auxiliary groups plus 19/19 core jobs pass, with no reviews or threads. Draft, mergeable #4577 preserves 69f7de043ae0d15195283329478cfa6d3b018ce3; seven auxiliary groups pass, but completed core CI has 12 successes, 5 failures and 2 skips: both Java 21 suites, slow shards 2/8 and 5/8, and the aggregate fail, while both Java 8 suites are skipped. Its blocker and repair contract are recorded in #4579 under dedicated ownership. Docs/test-only #4574 b3a1f58f293eed2dccb099cbbbbfce17c687e800 is excluded and now passes all six groups and 19/19 core jobs. New non-production diagnostic #4580 is also excluded: exact head 1041835c41c8b9a5e2e664b9d7b65f75673e44ad has five auxiliary groups green and core 15 current successes/two active Java 21 jobs, no failure/review/thread. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted; no #3153 PR was opened and no source/head/base/workflow/retry/readiness/rebase/merge/closure mutation occurred.

4/10al — 2026-10-24 23:56 CEST. Protected master remains ab0a14e64104c003b61afe117d08ae7541e714f6; autonomous implementation occupancy is 4/10. #4559 preserves fully green 76b67fc4104fcb76c2d4436b3bf723667782015e. Draft #4577 advanced externally to 9863adc6d40a8029d8286e3885e56b034f22bcc7; its distinct-root saturation and independent TV qualification preserve the #4579 boundary, seven auxiliary groups pass, and current core CI has 9 successes/7 active/no failure. New draft #4581 06b87f4df2813b2a1b905c94764b2feacec2eeeb fixes latent-heat and pipeline units and passes nine groups plus 19/19 core jobs, while explicitly leaving a 27.4% benzene parameter-accuracy gap. New draft #4582 d778223c5a204b41b4d007105f39c8acb251f074 binds optimization objective evidence; all ten workflows require approval and created no jobs, so only documented local validation is claimed. The four scopes share generated coverage but are otherwise substantively separate. Excluded docs/test #4574 remains fully green. Excluded non-production diagnostic #4580 advanced to 4387e2b2e1a37cdb7af17726db6c83113a7f2a19; five auxiliary groups pass and core is 17 successes/two active Java 8 jobs. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted; no #3153 PR or source/head/base/workflow/retry/readiness/rebase/merge/closure mutation occurred.

4/10am — 2026-10-25 03:56 CET. Dedicated draft #4577 advanced externally to 70324e73783c49d67f4241eab724f8c5adb0f884 with analytical root, VU caloric/state and performance evidence, but remains blocked: seven non-core groups pass; Safety Source-Term fails strict VU refinement; core is 12 successes/3 failures/2 active Java 21 suites, with Gibbs/Sarir failures in slow 2/8 and debutanizer/PH-PS failures in slow 5/8. #4581 remains fully green at 06b87f4d; #4582 remains approval-gated at d778223c. Excluded #4574 remains fully green. Excluded diagnostic #4580 advanced to 8f80561aa45c87d50f2a97867e79afefa337a0c5; six auxiliary groups pass, while core is 17 successes/2 failures from one HM348-KCL0100 partial-pressure convergence miss and its aggregate. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted; no #3153 PR or source/head/base/workflow/retry/readiness/rebase/merge/closure mutation occurred.

4/10an — 2026-10-25 08:01 CET. Protected master remains ab0a14e64104c003b61afe117d08ae7541e714f6; autonomous implementation occupancy remains 4/10: #4559 76b67fc4 stays fully green, #4581 06b87f4d stays fully green with its disclosed benzene parameter gap, #4582 d778223c remains approval-gated without hosted jobs, and dedicated draft #4577 70324e73 is terminal red. #4577 core ended 12 pass/5 fail/2 skip: both Java 21 suites report 8 failures/3 errors across compatibility cases, slow 2/8 and 5/8 retain Gibbs/Sarir/debutanizer/PH-PS failures, the aggregate fails, and Safety Source-Term retains strict VU-refinement failure. Its #4579/#4148 ownership and stop boundary remain intact. Excluded docs/test #4574 stays fully green. Excluded diagnostic #4580 advanced externally to bf6716f2 with independent-state bracketed pressure rooting and unchanged scientific tolerances; six auxiliary groups pass, while core is 13 pass/2 fail/2 active because HM363-KCL3000 returns 0.3428815159708728 bara versus 0.30498825 bara and the aggregate fails. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked, and unstarted; no #3153 PR or implementation/head/base/workflow/retry/readiness/rebase/merge/closure mutation occurred.

1/10ao — 2026-10-25 12:02 CET. Protected master is fc7c8c40924a6c7bf385735fabc5712a6f1e8a8d after external exact-head merges #4559, docs/test #4574, #4581 and approval-gated #4582, followed by a direct test-only Windows agent-plugin commit. #4559/#4574/#4581 merged from fully green heads; #4582 created no hosted jobs, so only its recorded local evidence is claimed. Autonomous implementation occupancy is 1/10: draft #4577 advanced externally to 69ffcb676e774e91062186aeaf9b2007b3c47c8d; focused evidence is 171/171 Java and 540/540 docs tests, nine auxiliary groups including Safety pass, and core is 11 pass/5 active/no failure, while its disclosed 68-test downstream audit retains six failures/three errors/four skips under #4579/#4148 boundaries. Excluded diagnostic #4580 advanced to d01720ac; the repaired 26-point pressure/salt diagnostic passes all Java 21 and slow lanes, with core 17 pass/2 active Java 8 jobs, but experimental solubility remains 19.95% MAPE. New test/docs-only #4585 d2eb51ff is excluded; seven auxiliary groups pass and core is 18 pass/1 active. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted; no #3153 PR or implementation/head/base/workflow/retry/readiness/rebase/merge/closure mutation occurred by this campaign.

#3153 ledger checkpoint 1/10ap — 2026-10-25 16:01 CET

Protected master advanced externally to 4578f7939d1372c5a9adfd6454dc4b010a26cb5b through #4585/#4588/#4589/#4590/#4586. Autonomous implementation occupancy remains 1/10. Draft #4577 is mergeable at preserved head 02917efba52dc87e412dcdbad8d222c6db5fc8d1; nine auxiliary groups pass, while core is 11 pass/4 fail/2 active. Exact-head failures confirm two distillation physical-convergence cases, four column telemetry/work-budget cases, Gibbs reactor scenarios 3/4, and the Sarir ten-minute timeout. Its recorded local evidence remains 715 passed/7 skipped plus 540/540 docs, with disclosed compatibility gaps.

Excluded diagnostic #4580 is mergeable at c702c22ccc0c3e6d603bacbe81288e342ce45407; seven auxiliary groups pass and core is 17 pass/2 active/no failure, but the 26-point model remains non-qualifying at 19.95% MAPE. Open #4591 reuses exact head 0ff6d8609fe7bb42e0473818fe806829b1e82b1c, already merged through #4589, so it is a non-distinct duplicate and not another capability; it was preserved untouched. Test-only #4585 merged with 8/8 groups passing. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. No #3153 PR or implementation/head/base/workflow/retry/readiness/rebase/merge/closure mutation occurred by this campaign.

#3153 ledger checkpoint 5/10aq — 2026-10-25 20:00 CET

Protected master advanced externally to 9f1c667aeed816a3fa0ce78f5981fcbfc3eb4e3e through #4591/#4592/#4580/#4593; their exact-head workflow groups are fully green. Autonomous implementation occupancy is 5/10: #4577 9a3bb2e6, #4594 7bf6e134, #4601 2a34d1a8, #4602 c35f6d98, and #4604 ee85a6a0.

#4577 now passes every slow shard and nine auxiliary groups; core is terminal at 16 pass/1 fail/2 skipped, with only the NaphtaliSandholmPublishedStateTest reboiler-duty regression remaining (about 6.71 W). #4594 is 6 auxiliary pass and core 16 pass/1 active; #4601 is fully green for five applicable groups; #4602 is 9 auxiliary pass and core 15 pass/2 active; #4604 is 6 pass/4 active with its no-Java core green. Excluded diagnostic #4600 is 6 auxiliary pass with core 13 pass/2 fail/2 active because the new salt-free baseline loses its GAS phase.

#4602/#4604 share agent/router, CLI, packaging, documentation-index and generated-coverage paths, so owner-led publication sequencing is required. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. No #3153 PR or implementation/head/base/workflow/retry/readiness/rebase/merge/closure mutation occurred by this campaign.

Neither has reviews or failures. #4609/#4611 are terminal green. Dependabot #4614-#4619 are excluded. D196 remains unaccepted and unstarted; no #3153 PR was opened. Only six ledger mirrors changed.

4/10au — 2026-10-26

At 12:02 CET, protected master remains 1206181407079558a8005686b14d69fc8817d9ea. Autonomous implementation occupancy is 4/10, with ten both target and absolute ceiling.

The exact occupants are:

  • draft, mergeable #4577 at c19f777ca7d33752d3017e718d3177cbde0f2eef: the retained correctness repair plus the scoped eight-line pure-cubic saturation termination optimization. All ten workflow groups and all 19 core jobs are terminal green; the reported 13–24% paired improvement remains a bubble-pressure-path result, not a whole-PR performance claim.
  • non-draft, mergeable #4621 at 7d31ebbe9648688985f2e659b73cbb354794cbb6: relative PVT sample weighting and the CVD pressure-schedule correction, with no additional flash or solver iteration. All eight workflow groups and all 19 core jobs are terminal green.
  • draft, mergeable #4624 at abab645169b7ff5cf95261ba262dd7eeb3905471: accepted plant-constraint replay coverage. Nine auxiliary workflow groups pass; core is 18 passed/1 active with no failure.
  • draft, mergeable #4625 at 69b567699ac08b5f3d3fb7e0854a66433e44d265: steady-state handoff into the conservative two-fluid transient-energy route. Eight auxiliary workflow groups pass; core is 18 passed/1 active with no failure.

Draft #4622 at ebd402d9a5f25589fc515b8e67842bb811ebaff1 is test/data/documentation-only, and draft #4623 at 81bce2bb7273546ad2617848aa4b970bc3c8b800 is documentation/executable-test-only; both are excluded from implementation occupancy and are terminal green across six workflow groups and all 19 core jobs. #4614–#4619 remain Dependabot maintenance and are excluded. None of #4577/#4621–#4625 has a submitted review or inline review thread.

#4577/#4621 remain adjacent in PVT scope without a shared changed production file. #4624/#4625 share generated engineering-coverage.json only and retain their explicit optimizer/network ownership split, so publication remains owner-sequenced. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Six available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, generated-catalog coordination, the one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule or safe draft publication. No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none. Apart from the three successor issue mirrors and three existing PR mirrors, the campaign changed no source, head, base, workflow, retry, rebase, readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart or abandonment state.

0/10av — 2026-10-26

At 15:58 CET, protected master is 9ef36902865a1f505b1da8c0d1e70d78f3a56a0c, 14 commits ahead of the preceding checkpoint base. Autonomous implementation occupancy is 0/10, with ten both target and absolute ceiling.

All four prior occupants merged externally on their preserved source heads:

  • #4621 7d31ebbe9648688985f2e659b73cbb354794cbb6: eight exact-head workflow groups pass.
  • #4624 abab645169b7ff5cf95261ba262dd7eeb3905471: ten exact-head workflow groups pass.
  • #4625 69b567699ac08b5f3d3fb7e0854a66433e44d265: nine exact-head workflow groups pass.

Excluded test/documentation PRs #4622 and #4623 also merged with six exact-head workflow groups passing each. Metadata/workflow repair #4626 merged at b82dbf38fe63f02e2c55a4e8894def3d6676ddf8 with six groups passing. Dependabot #4614–#4619 merged with every applicable exact-head group green and remain excluded from autonomous engineering occupancy.

The only open PR is draft #4627 at 1dbdd22b190fa6a485d5c2fccc7af8cc0ba3d396. Its three changed paths are one published documentation example and two executable tests, with no src/main change, so it is excluded as documentation/test-only. Six auxiliary groups pass; core is 16 passed/1 active (Java 21 Windows) with no failure. It has no submitted review or inline thread.

Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Ten available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, generated-catalog coordination, the one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule or safe draft publication. No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none. Apart from the six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, head, base, workflow, retry, rebase, readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart or abandonment state.

1/10aw — 2026-10-26

At 19:59 CET, protected master is 3e332b0d5a6765659832a4a08bfa1d06a90c0116, three commits ahead of checkpoint 0/10av. Autonomous implementation occupancy is 1/10, with ten both target and absolute ceiling.

The sole positively identified autonomous implementation capability is #4637 at exact head ceb8c2144049cbf8a4caa1a8b0194bbcd8425d09, based on current master. It repairs analytical CPA temperature derivatives and restores residual-enthalpy/fugacity and heat-capacity consistency without numerical differentiation, extra flashes or extra solver iterations. The production scope is three Java files; local evidence records 327 affected tests passing with 47 existing/explicit skips and a 167.28778 J/mol water/TEG residual-enthalpy discrepancy reduced to about 0.0000506 J/mol. Seven auxiliary workflow groups pass; core is 15 passed/2 active (Java 21 Ubuntu and Windows) with no failure. It has no submitted review or inline thread.

Human-authored community implementation PRs #4629 and #4630 are not positively identified autonomous campaign capabilities and are excluded from the 10-slot count while remaining preserved and monitored. #4629 at c48577a79b897d28e0d7e4092cc607a291e3bf67 is terminal green across eight workflow groups and all 19 core jobs; its two submitted reviews and single inline thread are resolved. #4630 at 584ffd79db04fd2c5aea772edce4f18dcb644b79 has eight auxiliary groups passing and core 15 passed/2 active with no failure; four reviews and three inline threads are resolved.

Draft #4633 at a55c91e03af1462ca27d97de594afbce2b556e11 changes only tests, fixtures and documentation, with no production source, so it is excluded. Five auxiliary groups pass; core is 17 passed/2 active (Java 8 Ubuntu and Windows) with no failure. It has no review or thread.

Merged documentation/metadata PRs #4627, #4631 and #4635 are terminal green at their preserved source heads. #4629/#4630/#4637 share generated engineering coverage, while #4633/#4637 share the mixing-rules guide and adjacent thermodynamic qualification scope; publication remains owner-sequenced.

Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Nine available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, generated-catalog coordination, the one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule or safe draft publication. No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none. Apart from the six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, head, base, workflow, retry, rebase, readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart or abandonment state.

1/10ax — 2026-10-26

At 23:56 CET, protected master is 60e1754c6b7ed14ef9871e8e9d8cf3856676bfa7, ten commits ahead of checkpoint 1/10aw. Autonomous implementation occupancy remains 1/10, with ten both target and absolute ceiling.

The sole positively identified autonomous implementation capability is draft #4645 at exact head 03fe36d83b7cdc9ad84d1e7d6703975a95f18206, based on current master. It replaces trace-water CPA analyser phase-detection searching with a bracketed fixed-feed-gas solve against a mixed water-rich liquid that retains dissolved gas. For the synthetic 5 ppmv water/43 bara case, the result changes from −53.947 °C to −43.897 °C; independent gas/liquid EOS states verify component fugacity equality and the liquid pressure root. Local evidence records 60 Java tests passing. Observed complete-call time is 0.232 s cold and 0.087–0.133 s repeated versus about 2.10 s for the original search; these are shared-runtime observations, not timing assertions or experimental accuracy qualification. Eight auxiliary workflow groups pass; core is 16 passed/1 active (Java 21 Ubuntu) with no failure. It has no submitted review or inline thread.

Open #4644 at ae1d1df8af910beda2f7b43db620c6880895a025 changes only one Devtools workflow-contract test and no production or workflow behavior, so it is excluded as test-only. Four auxiliary groups pass; core is 15 passed/2 active with no failure. It has no review or thread.

Previously monitored #4629, #4630, #4633 and #4637 merged externally on their preserved final heads. #4637 advanced before merge to b0092585ee6f3f7c2b76df921c8578dd8ae5d62c, incorporating the requested PR-CPA modernization into the CPA caloric-consistency repair. Additional #4638–#4643 documentation, plugin, transport and optimization work also merged. Every applicable exact-head workflow group for #4629/#4630/#4633/#4637–#4643 is terminal green. Current master therefore contains the prerequisite CPA and workflow repairs consumed by #4645.

2/10ay — 2026-10-27

At 04:02 CET, protected master remains 60e1754c6b7ed14ef9871e8e9d8cf3856676bfa7. Autonomous implementation occupancy is 2/10, with ten both target and absolute ceiling.

Draft, mergeable #4645 remains the first positively identified autonomous implementation capability at exact head 03fe36d83b7cdc9ad84d1e7d6703975a95f18206, based on current master. Its trace-water CPA analyser uses a bracketed fixed-feed-gas solve against a mixed water-rich liquid retaining dissolved gas. The synthetic 5 ppmv water/43 bara result changes from −53.947 °C to −43.897 °C; 60 local Java tests pass and independent gas/liquid EOS states verify component fugacity equality and the liquid pressure root. All nine exact-head workflow groups now pass, including all 19/19 core jobs on Java 8/21, Ubuntu/Windows and all slow shards. It has no submitted review or inline thread, remains draft, and is not classified ready without independent scientific review.

Draft, mergeable #4646 is the second positively identified autonomous implementation capability at exact head 8d37f0d0898e1066c3986a6474b257ef970bc382, also based on current master. It rejects unclosed separator transient VU states, restores complete separator-owned one-step state on rejection, and adds fail-closed transaction participation for concrete two- and three-phase separators without changing VU equations, tolerances, thermodynamic models or controller rules. The historical rejected iterate had converged=false, relative volume residual 0.141771224586 and relative energy residual 0.000555645234407; the branch now restores the pre-step state. Local evidence records 57 focused separator/transaction tests plus the repaired PID scenario and nearby slow cases passing. Nine auxiliary workflow groups pass; core is 15 passed/2 active (Java 21 Ubuntu and Windows) with no failure. It has no submitted review or inline thread and remains draft pending the full matrix and independent dynamics/process-safety review.

Open #4644 at exact head ae1d1df8af910beda2f7b43db620c6880895a025 changes one Devtools workflow-contract test only and remains excluded from implementation occupancy. Its five workflow groups and all 19 core jobs pass. Draft #4647 at exact head 2d15ff8e137db738b08dfc9836381a44b34b23cf changes only the PH-flash guide and its executable documentation test, so it is also excluded; five auxiliary groups pass and core is 17 passed/2 active Java 8 jobs with no failure. None of #4644–#4647 has a submitted review or inline thread.

#4645 and #4646 both change the generated engineering-coverage inventory; publication remains owner-sequenced on that exact shared path. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Eight available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, generated-catalog coordination, the one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule or safe draft publication. No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none. Active capabilities retain their own documented assessments. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, head, base, workflow, retry, rebase, readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart or abandonment state.

4/10az — 2026-10-27

At 07:57 CET, protected master is e2cb5f792f2a3480fab451bb9a161e586b0e3fda, four commits ahead of checkpoint 2/10ay. Autonomous implementation occupancy is 4/10, with ten both target and absolute ceiling.

Draft, mergeable #4648 is the first positively identified capability at exact head 94574902bf7790090548aa24192ab3adad5edab7, preserving base 822defa30342eec1102e0f85fa84fad9a36bc08f after integrating only the existing #4644 workflow-contract repair. It isolates standard Huron–Vidal clone ownership and retained derivative state without changing equations, calibration or defaults. Local evidence records 145 focused/adjacent Java tests and 256 benchmark JVMs passing strict equilibrium gates with bit-identical baseline/candidate beta, composition and log-fugacity rows. The observed PR-HV warm subset retains an approximately 16% added-cost limitation and is not a performance non-regression. Eight auxiliary workflow groups pass; core is 17 passed/2 active Java 8 lanes with no completed failure. It has no submitted review or inline thread.

Draft, mergeable #4649 is the second capability at exact head 84938dbddd5240cd17954e9402deee355a0ea969, based on current master. It repairs physical phase-slot recycling under #2937/#4310. Six auxiliary groups and all slow shards pass, but core is 15 passed/2 failed/2 skipped. Both Java 21 fast lanes report the same exact-head blocker: five failures and three errors, including the new lifecycle fixture's invalid phase-name construction plus sulfur-filter methane phase-balance, UMR-CPA phase-split and Eclipse-fluid energy regressions. Java 8 lanes were skipped after the fast-lane failures. No retry or repair was initiated by #3153. It has no submitted review or inline thread.

Draft, mergeable #4650 is the third capability at exact head cfa91aae3bb8245fc30733965a2576715ad42201, based on current master. It adds opt-in bounded transactional adaptive transient-step acceptance for ProcessSystem and ProcessModel under #2911, with explicit error-state contracts, full/half-step restoration and fail-closed coverage. Local evidence records 123 focused/adjacent tests passing and first-order refinement with conserved inventory within 1e-12. Its synthetic coordinator benchmark shows 18.19–27.51 times the fixed-step cost for the tiny fixture and is explicitly not plant-throughput evidence. Ten auxiliary workflow groups pass; core is 16 passed/1 active Java 21 Ubuntu lane with no failure. It has no submitted review or inline thread.

Draft, mergeable #4652 is the fourth capability at exact head 195325f58c3601cd26435b8dd04427abc32dbf13, based on current master. It derives exact extended Debye–Hückel phase and fixed-volume component derivatives under #3144/#4234 without changing empirical parameters or qualification thresholds. Local evidence records 11/11 new derivative tests, 33/33 MM regressions, retained 110-state Dholabhai/Burgass/Pitzer assessments, combined K10/K15 MAE 0.183095 K and maximum absolute error 0.348203 K. Six auxiliary groups pass; core is 9 passed/7 active with no failure. It has no submitted review or inline thread.

Previously active #4645 and #4646 merged externally on their preserved exact heads as cb4d9447ed5c7f89d4b21105401d81d39cf5c953 and 8a2b0a9dba9f168f27c335fbc246503de1267e3e; excluded #4644 and #4647 merged as 822defa30342eec1102e0f85fa84fad9a36bc08f and current master. Every workflow group for #4644–#4647 is terminal green.

All four open implementation drafts change the generated engineering-coverage inventory, so publication remains owner-sequenced on that shared path. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Six available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, generated-catalog coordination, the one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule or safe draft publication. No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none. Active and merged capabilities retain their own recorded documentation assessments. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, head, base, workflow, retry, rebase, readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart or abandonment state.

3/10bc — 2026-10-27

At 20:03 CET, protected master is 97a5aa2055a37550e36b8b841c371aa9fb5b012a, three landing commits beyond checkpoint 2/10bb. Positively identified autonomous implementation occupancy is 3/10, with ten both target and absolute global ceiling.

Open, mergeable #4658 is the first autonomous capability at exact head ef863193030dd87dbc5b9bbf2961c9a8af4481f6, preserving base b6948d8491d7e84a2461881e84be108afe7e95ad. At the user's explicit request, it consolidates the former #4662 repair into one coherent wet-gas equilibrium, pipeline-pressure and translated-CPA state increment. The combined commit preserves both branch histories and has #4662's final exact head 8a135005c0967e857708315e4f109594fd70df48 as its second parent; the shared aqueous-seed rerun appears once. Local evidence records 591 tests across 100 suites, with 586 passed, five existing skips and zero failures/errors. The arithmetic CPA translation kernel changes from quadratic to linear component-count work and reports 5.39 times lower isolated C/CT evaluation time, while whole flash, pipeline and compressor ranges overlap and no end-to-end gain or penalty is claimed. Exact-head CI: 8 auxiliary groups pass; core is 15 passed/2 active with no completed failure. It has no submitted review or inline thread and remains non-draft from an external readiness transition.

Draft, mergeable #4664 is the second capability at exact head 193d0283c3748421f3359fc16c3909ce61a067b0, preserving base b6948d8491d7e84a2461881e84be108afe7e95ad. It adds opt-in CPA association-site composition derivatives for later electrolyte permittivity chain rules while keeping ordinary CPA initialization free of optional tensor allocation and quadratic composition-Hessian solves. Local Java 17 and Java-8-configuration evidence records 37 focused tests passing. Exact-head CI: 6 auxiliary groups pass; core is 12 passed/4 active with no completed failure. It has no submitted review or inline thread and remains pending independent scientific/provenance review.

Draft #4667 is the third capability at exact head 879b34818a8404c353b78bcdb646a2a41ec33a63, preserving base 4fabe2d1785104ef36d8582e1cc115702baaa2c5. It adds an opt-in emulsion-layer diagnostic study and agent discovery without changing separator or flash default execution paths. Local evidence records 78/79 focused Java tests passing with one existing disabled test, seven primary master-curve rows reproduced within printed rounding, and nine-point laboratory reconstruction RMSE 0.8321 mm. Exact-head CI: 10 auxiliary groups pass; core is 8 passed/8 active with no completed failure. GitHub currently reports mergeable: false; no synchronization, rebase, conflict repair or head mutation was attempted by #3153. It has no submitted review or inline thread.

Draft, mergeable #4668 at exact head 6796caf6be9d52ee3ff68989823471bbc376077f, preserving base 97a5aa2055a37550e36b8b841c371aa9fb5b012a, changes dry-gas-seal literature, documentation and agent/skill routing only, with no Java/model behavior, and is excluded as documentation-only. Exact-head CI: 5 auxiliary groups pass, 2 remain active; core completed successfully with 2 passed/8 skipped jobs. It has no submitted review or inline thread.

Former autonomous #4662 was closed unmerged on preserved exact head 8a135005c0967e857708315e4f109594fd70df48 solely for the user-requested consolidation, not for capacity. Its eight exact-head workflow groups are terminal green, and its complete implementation/regression scope is retained by #4658. Excluded #4661 and documentation/test-only #4663 merged externally from their preserved heads as 56400d0de8be71748c6b993d6273e43eb7098628 and 4fabe2d1785104ef36d8582e1cc115702baaa2c5, with nine and six exact-head workflow groups terminal green.

Autonomous dynamics #4665 merged externally as current master from preserved head d9e8ea31e4025f2dccdce0a55a5d8779ed3c3bd6. All 11 exact-head workflow groups concluded failure before creating any jobs, so the landing has no hosted job evidence from that head; #3153 did not retry or alter it.

All three active implementation PRs change generated engineering coverage. #4667 and excluded #4668 additionally overlap in agent/skill indexes, routes, evaluation cases and documentation navigation; publication remains owner-sequenced. Issue #3153 still has 176 comments and no D196 acceptance. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Seven available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, generated-catalog coordination, the one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule or safe draft publication. No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none. Active, consolidated and merged capabilities retain their own recorded assessments. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, head, base, workflow, retry, draft/readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart, rebase or abandonment state.

7/10bd — 2026-10-28

Protected master advanced externally from 97a5aa2055a37550e36b8b841c371aa9fb5b012a to f2806f569472e4c09e494703febd3085545d51df through documentation-only #4668 and autonomous #4658. #4668 merged from preserved head 6796caf6be9d52ee3ff68989823471bbc376077f; all eight workflow groups are terminal green and core completed with 2 passed/8 skipped jobs. #4658 merged from preserved head ef863193030dd87dbc5b9bbf2961c9a8af4481f6; all nine workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs are terminal green.

The global autonomous implementation occupancy is 7/10, below but governed by the absolute ten-capability ceiling:

  • Draft, mergeable #4664 at exact head 7005b40941b53926e4d950cb6716a43365df0cfa, preserving base b6948d8491d7e84a2461881e84be108afe7e95ad, exposes opt-in CPA association-site composition derivatives. Six auxiliary workflow groups pass; core is 18 passed/1 active with no failure.
  • Non-draft, mergeable #4667 at exact head a9cf53e40ae298f1453ffbeeaa14fc6133b01ef4, now preserving base f2806f569472e4c09e494703febd3085545d51df, adds opt-in emulsion-layer studies. Its conflict was resolved externally; #3153 preserved the new exact head and did not synchronize or rebase it. Ten auxiliary groups pass; core is 17 passed/2 active with no failure.
  • Draft, mergeable #4672 at exact head 39e4a8ef414c97e004198360e037de16cc794a65, preserving base 5d03d13cac0c2cda9d9b9de7d4076dbcffc0a3bf, makes valve actuator states transactional. Eight auxiliary groups and all 19 core jobs pass.

  • Draft, mergeable #4679 at exact head 90e4ae4e20891a5c29c61d6e7902c0a17a4dbc6b, preserving base 5d03d13cac0c2cda9d9b9de7d4076dbcffc0a3bf, advances conservative rich-gas phase friction. Eight auxiliary groups pass; core is 17 passed/2 active with no failure.

Test/documentation-only #4669, #4670 and #4680 are excluded from implementation occupancy. #4669 and #4670 are terminal green with 19/19 core jobs; #4680 has five auxiliary groups passing and core at 8 passed/8 active with no failure. All ten open PRs are currently mergeable, and none has a submitted review or unresolved inline thread.

Every active implementation PR changes generated engineering coverage. #4673 and #4679 directly overlap in TwoFluidPipe and must remain owner-sequenced; #4667 and #4676 overlap in documentation/agent-skill indexes, while the remaining generated-catalog overlap also requires serialized publication. No active PR was closed, replaced, restarted, rebased or abandoned for capacity.

Issue #3153 still has 176 comments and no D196 acceptance. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Three available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, one-active-PR-for-#3153, generated-catalog coordination or safe draft publication. No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none; each monitored capability retains its own recorded assessment. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, branch, head, base, workflow, retry, draft/readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart, rebase or abandonment state.

7/10be — 2026-10-28

Protected master remains f2806f569472e4c09e494703febd3085545d51df. Global autonomous implementation occupancy remains 7/10; no active PR was closed, replaced, restarted, rebased or abandoned for capacity.

Draft, mergeable rich-gas two-fluid #4679 advanced externally from 90e4ae4e20891a5c29c61d6e7902c0a17a4dbc6b to exact head afc272a2b1bfed9cfbf5fa696b3355f6d088cdbf, preserving base 5d03d13cac0c2cda9d9b9de7d4076dbcffc0a3bf. The scope now retains every representable named-component source and face transfer through newly appearing phases with bounded same-step donor relays and transactional rollback. Local evidence records 148 regular and four selected slow tests passing, zero failures/errors/skips. Its 5 km/12-cell replay advances from 35.25 s to 94.25 s with 34.0315 t calculated oil inventory and accepted component/mass/energy audits through the last completed interval. The next interval fails closed because equilibrium relaxation plus outlet transport requests 0.3100 kg more n-heptane gas than cell 11 contains; a nearby 0.125 s replay remains unqualified and rejects a -37,561 m/s liquid trial at 35.625 s. This is a material #4675 physical-transfer/time-refinement blocker, not a completed blowdown, low-point-pooling, refill or evaporation qualification. Eight auxiliary workflow groups and all 19 core jobs pass on the new exact head.

The remaining autonomous implementation heads are unchanged and now terminal green on exact-head hosted CI:

  • #4664 7005b40941b53926e4d950cb6716a43365df0cfa: six auxiliary groups and 19/19 core jobs pass; draft, mergeable, pending independent scientific/provenance review.

  • #4672 39e4a8ef414c97e004198360e037de16cc794a65: eight auxiliary groups and 19/19 core jobs pass; draft and mergeable.
  • #4673 1915532fe4b9ee186a163e24a3d808de4e4894db: eight auxiliary groups and 19/19 core jobs pass; draft and mergeable.
  • #4676 23492e69277f897652f0e50406a8f6e8c7b9988d: nine auxiliary groups and 19/19 core jobs pass; draft and mergeable.
  • #4677 d055ee36d9c048481b9659583517939b87bcfa62: nine auxiliary groups and 19/19 core jobs pass; draft and mergeable.

Excluded test/documentation-only #4669, #4670 and #4680 are also fully green: each has five auxiliary groups and 19/19 core jobs passing. All ten open PRs are mergeable and have no submitted review or unresolved inline thread.

Every active implementation PR changes generated engineering coverage. #4673 and #4679 directly overlap in TwoFluidPipe; #4667 and #4676 overlap in documentation/agent-skill indexes. Generated-catalog and direct source overlap remain owner-sequenced.

  • #4687 2f185d4b7de65f8d9979b6b6294271f973cb6854 → ea29a95abfbad4a68fd135059f2d8e30b4bdb168; its nine exact-head workflow records completed failure without creating core jobs, so no exact-head hosted pass is claimed.
  • #4688 b9940f7180c2ee4f2ca2bf86e223594c1dcf15dc → 3f39b124f9890dd79e0c21a353e6422fcc954055; all ten exact-head groups pass.
  • #4689 5fb4dbfa13a80f12f41d098c4685927beee1f3b8 → 225b13e3dfc3744e3329b705d52d0d45a9a6394b; all nine exact-head groups pass.
  • #4690 e80a9afc0d9ec7ef06bcc7052f03e5152933706c → 565102844f78af2de857ca134e8fd8bdfe730e9b; its ten exact-head workflow records completed failure without creating core jobs, so no exact-head hosted pass is claimed.
  • documentation/skills-only #4692 04dec7033b64fda9509a6afe36310f0d51b0dbc1 → current master; all six exact-head groups pass and it is excluded from implementation capacity.

The four exact implementation occupants are:

  • draft, mergeable #4685 advanced externally from failed head b1a6c9bd3c66187c698d8a1b3feb61c7c07915c3 to preserved repair head dfea04a59471002fa642ad39c57f73a09a96dac9. The prior Ubuntu and Windows Java 21 lanes reproduced two hydraulic-direction fixture failures. The append-only repair initializes a zero-duration transient flow baseline and adds a baseline-flow/mass-balance regression without changing production code. Local evidence records 273 valve/dynamics tests plus formatting, documentation search, coverage and both hook stages passing. Five of ten new workflow groups pass; five are active. Core is 3 passed/2 active/11 queued with no completed failure. It remains validation pending CI.
  • non-draft, mergeable #4691 at 3e1170aeea2cd3d07b71433a6758301bd4151ad7: eight auxiliary groups pass; core is 13 passed/3 active with no completed failure. Local evidence records 23 focused tests; full local suite was not run.
  • non-draft, mergeable #4693 advanced externally from failed head effd341ade1eb10c1cc2f85049f975f8e63e8931 to preserved repair head 9066b0c9b65f69ce5033d6bb8fcbf943189c10ab. The prior two documentation failures were reproduced. The append-only repair adds the missing imports and an executable methane process, removes the brittle fixed logger-call count, and anchors watchdog setup to the existing Java regression; no production code changes. Local evidence records 541 documentation and 21 Java tests plus Java 8 example compilation, formatting, documentation search and both hook stages passing. Five of eleven new workflow groups pass; six are active. Core is 2 passed/3 active so far with no completed failure. It remains validation pending CI.
  • non-draft, mergeable #4694 at de32d6dfda80ff6ac3f19a6d97347f10e8dd990a: eight auxiliary groups pass; core is 15 passed/2 active with no completed failure. Local evidence records 63 focused tests; full local suite was not run.

Draft, mergeable #4684 at adde3aa8f98cc84558f3cb6a1e86b31adb624267 changes only a risk guide and its executable documentation test, so it is excluded from implementation capacity. Four auxiliary groups pass, one is active, and core is 7 passed/9 active with no completed failure.

All five open PRs have no submitted review, inline review thread or conversation comment. The four implementation occupants share the generated engineering-coverage snapshot but no changed production file; generated-catalog publication remains owner-sequenced.

Issue #3153 still has 176 comments and no D196 acceptance. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Six available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule, generated-catalog coordination or safe draft publication. No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, branch, head, base, workflow, retry, draft/readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart, rebase or abandonment state.

0/10bh — 2026-10-28

At 15:58 CET, protected master advanced from b335a0b1f8a483925200cd922149304b523146f0 to 83e90757cf48e835b4f470d83c2332036e1bd98e. Global autonomous implementation occupancy is now 0/10, with ten both target and absolute ceiling; all older lower or higher generic portfolio wording remains superseded.

Six implementation capabilities merged externally from preserved exact heads, each with terminal-green exact-head CI:

  • #4685 dfea04a59471002fa642ad39c57f73a09a96dac9 → dcade8a6d1ef64fb7c4c7ca8d21c585a1b6d9172; ten workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.
  • #4691 3e1170aeea2cd3d07b71433a6758301bd4151ad7 → 8ae79147dd9cddf036cfe8d4d750a2bc7048cdc5; nine groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.
  • #4693 9066b0c9b65f69ce5033d6bb8fcbf943189c10ab → 42390b7dd5366df35264adcd87162ad6452814d6; eleven groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.
  • #4694 de32d6dfda80ff6ac3f19a6d97347f10e8dd990a → 0fd0d44a63b1a3c9539af92bce2b6a2295b0f0f6; nine groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.
  • #4695 a4dd20d361506e09bed1b67cbd8bbd15aa5bc71d → 2ea063a550e106f1b9bda9781fc526c6600ab56a; nine groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.
  • #4696 de1cdd5c1fb2c371f462a32040a87b1d6f1abd2b → b8b32246d9c87df722ba43b48cb0e77e222f7479; nine groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.

Two excluded non-implementation increments also merged:

  • documentation/test-only #4684 adde3aa8f98cc84558f3cb6a1e86b31adb624267 → 5707ed6952ce15bf7c95f041f09e712bed5b22a4; all six groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.
  • Python/devtools/workflow-only #4698 83e90757cf48e835b4f470d83c2332036e1bd98e fast-forwarded as current master; all six groups pass. Its path-filtered core has two applicable jobs passing and eight Java lanes skipped, while the dedicated Devtools Python group passes.

The sole open pull request is draft, mergeable #4697 at exact head 8953a2760ee900d372e6d630d89a8f055ea5a120. It changes one thermodynamics guide, two Java assessment/benchmark tests, and eight test-resource provenance/result files. It explicitly changes no production source, database, default model, tolerance or parameter selector, so it is excluded from autonomous implementation capacity. Five workflow groups pass; core is 15 passed/2 active Java 21 platform jobs with no completed failure. It has no submitted review, inline review thread or conversation comment. Its staged PR-HV nitrogen/water evidence remains diagnostic research, not physical model acceptance.

Issue #3153 still has 176 comments and no D196 acceptance. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Ten available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule or safe draft publication. No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none; merged and open capabilities retain their own recorded assessments. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, branch, head, base, workflow, retry, draft/readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart, rebase or abandonment state.

3/10bi — 2026-10-28

The live portfolio now contains three positively identified autonomous implementation capabilities, below the ten-capability target and absolute ceiling:

  • #4700 — fixed-speed compressor operating-point classification at exact head edd96344f6ec859f6d4c14c49bf2c29107c2241c. Ten auxiliary workflow groups pass. Core CI has 12 jobs passing and four active, with no completed failure. The pull request is mergeable and non-draft; that externally selected readiness state is preserved.
  • #4701 — conservative hydrocarbon-component relaxation at exact head ce2bc5ffb93f9f56d365308acb46451a3970c4d7. Eight auxiliary groups pass. Core CI has 15 jobs passing and the Java 21 Ubuntu/Windows jobs active, with no completed failure. The pull request remains mergeable and draft.
  • #4702 — sampled vessel-level control chain at exact head f1c41f47ad68b2223b5876a659065a39b494b3bd. Eight auxiliary groups pass. Core CI has 15 jobs passing and the Java 21 Ubuntu/Windows jobs active, with no completed failure. The pull request remains mergeable and draft.

All three implementation branches touch the generated engineering-coverage inventory and therefore remain owner-sequenced for publication. Their production paths are otherwise distinct: compressor control, two-fluid pipeline transport, and sampled level-control instrumentation.

Documentation/test-only #4703 is excluded from implementation capacity at exact head 17d81ee7e7280bb752495ad11d1dd38584a8894f. Spotless, pre-commit, and engineering-coverage groups pass; CodeQL and core remain active, with two core jobs passing and three active. Documentation Search Coverage fails in its documentation-contract-test step. The campaign did not retry or modify it.

Since checkpoint 0/10bh, two pull requests merged externally from preserved heads with terminal-green exact-head CI:

  • excluded documentation/test-only #4697 8953a2760ee900d372e6d630d89a8f055ea5a120 → 7197827e8e9fd88a47f26305db8963c9c4e7328e; all six groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • implementation #4699 16e2ec8ebb472debc3cdce2ea5444b40e2ee7eb2 → current protected master a160d27fb5db6ecb8f5035e39597aa4c9ea4c339; all nine groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.

All four open pull requests are mergeable and have no submitted review, inline review thread, or conversation comment.

Issue #3153 still has 176 comments and no D196 acceptance. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Seven available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule, or safe draft publication. No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none; merged and open capabilities retain their own recorded assessments. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, branch, head, base, workflow, retry, draft/readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart, rebase, or abandonment state.

5/10bj — 2026-10-29

The live portfolio now contains five positively identified autonomous implementation capabilities, below the ten-capability target and absolute ceiling:

  • #4700 — fixed-speed compressor operating-point classification at externally repaired exact head 336a7e9da97f50695eba58332c7ea5ef3aacd75e. The pull request remains mergeable and non-draft. All 11 exact-head workflow groups conclude action_required before creating jobs, so the current head has no hosted job evidence. Its sole conversation comment records a remaining mixed-scope blocker: unrelated report-design/process-study changes must be isolated or explicitly justified before approval. No campaign approval, retry, or branch modification was performed.
  • #4702 — sampled vessel-level control chain at externally repaired exact head f01ac50ce419dd02585d95e211900425173857b5. Eight auxiliary groups pass; core CI has 15 jobs passing and the Java 21 Ubuntu/Windows jobs active, with no completed failure. It remains mergeable and draft.
  • #4705 — signed outlet thermodynamics in the two-fluid pipe network at exact head 8916136c568c72c46dbec40ce47f485b99aa5336. Eight auxiliary groups pass; core CI has 18/19 jobs passing with Java 8 Windows active and no failure. It remains mergeable and draft.
  • #4706 — invocation-local Huron–Vidal column pure-term reuse at exact head f58ea9cfcb905d014d831a7c9e15c574f1c40b38. Eight auxiliary groups pass; core CI has eight jobs passing and eight active, with no completed failure. It remains mergeable and draft.
  • #4708 — Safety Shutdown acoustic timing and valve-boundary correction at exact head 3207b6b2e5f209368a9f428b648141e32e31d728. Eight auxiliary groups pass; core CI has 15 jobs passing and the Java 21 Ubuntu/Windows jobs active, with no completed failure. It remains mergeable and draft.

All five implementation branches touch the generated engineering-coverage inventory and therefore remain owner-sequenced for publication. Their production scopes are otherwise distinct: compressor fixed-speed control, sampled level instrumentation, two-fluid network boundary routing, Huron–Vidal evaluation performance, and water-hammer/Safety Shutdown physics. None has a submitted review or inline review thread.

Since checkpoint 3/10bi, three pull requests merged externally from preserved exact heads with terminal-green exact-head CI:

  • implementation #4701 ce2bc5ffb93f9f56d365308acb46451a3970c4d7 → 81eb25e50089e9302b614627388c305aa47d3f37; all nine groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • excluded documentation/test-only #4703 a4d0684141ce30351b1f364d2aacb81178bf8569 → 21e0e5d6a5d7375f5aeb8f4c43508b4380f434e3; all six groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • implementation #4704 15111b044493e080d47f7526a1120e4955bcc42a → current protected master e7d0fcab6c9805b5267cfce12268ec5e07c5c930; all ten groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.

Issue #3153 still has 176 comments and no D196 acceptance. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Five available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule, or safe draft publication. No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none; merged and open capabilities retain their own recorded assessments. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, branch, head, base, workflow, approval, retry, draft/readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart, rebase, or abandonment state.

1/10bk — 2026-10-29

Autonomous implementation occupancy is now one of ten.

The sole active implementation is draft, mergeable #4708 at externally advanced exact head bf2d902a5da4aa7a7236349c23cdf0fde5bb4c23. It corrects Safety Shutdown acoustic timing, valve-boundary behavior and reinitialization ownership. Eight auxiliary workflow groups pass. Core CI has 17/19 jobs passing, with the Java 8 Ubuntu and Windows lanes active and no completed failure. It has no submitted review, inline review thread or conversation comment. Its exact head, base and draft state were preserved.

Since checkpoint 5/10bj, four prior implementation occupants merged externally:

  • #4700 336a7e9da97f50695eba58332c7ea5ef3aacd75e → a78f87670b57ce2cf0d73bed1ecbb18cfe941cfd. All 11 exact-head workflow groups concluded failure before creating jobs, so the final head has no hosted job evidence. The previously recorded mixed-scope report-design/process-study blocker was not cleared by this campaign; the merge occurred externally.
  • #4702 f01ac50ce419dd02585d95e211900425173857b5 → 4574ac8d7681b8f3ea6d27ae4d1a24526e326e34; all nine groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.
  • #4705 8916136c568c72c46dbec40ce47f485b99aa5336 → 0d8111d056aa8f30f74eab0aa326cbea35c38f2d; all nine groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.
  • #4706 f58ea9cfcb905d014d831a7c9e15c574f1c40b38 → f5c7aedc4a3da907184de5a231420a8e2371a922; all nine groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.

Excluded documentation/test-only #4709 also merged from 356b54064bc8d56f71951ce6696b7d2cae0b0758 as current protected master 3c6c74130c8f08becdbaf9e3caae0406a5dacbfa. All five workflow groups pass; its path-filtered core has two applicable jobs passing and eight Java lanes skipped.

Issue #3153 still has 176 comments and no D196 acceptance. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Nine available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule, or safe draft publication.

1/10bl — 2026-10-29

Autonomous implementation occupancy remains one of ten, with the active capability changing since checkpoint 1/10bk.

The sole positively identified autonomous implementation is draft, mergeable #4711 at exact head 0be87239e7a1ff94cbea19dface41b632f62e1e2. It adds an explicit default-off coupled gas/oil film solve and fail-closed transport validation as a numerical prerequisite for #4675, not a complete transient pool-evaporation model. Eight auxiliary workflow groups pass. Core CI has 16 jobs passing and Java 21 Windows active, with no completed failure. It has no submitted review, inline review thread or conversation comment.

Three open pull requests are excluded from autonomous implementation capacity:

  • non-draft dependency/tooling #4710 at exact head 00e624e5bd91ad6f3328d6ae472e8709113a6ab1; six auxiliary groups pass and core CI has 16 jobs passing with Java 21 Ubuntu active;
  • test/evidence-only #4712 at exact head eeeac89dd2fa43597ec95629d0cc5a98fd5ecd22; five auxiliary groups pass and core CI has 16 jobs passing with Java 21 Windows active;
  • documentation/test-only #4713 at exact head b3d4cf367aaa4734ca0f83929d475a113bad209e; Spotless and its path-filtered core pass, with two applicable core jobs passing and eight Java lanes skipped. Pre-commit fails while CodeQL and documentation-search groups remain active.

All four open pull requests are mergeable and have no submitted review, inline review thread or conversation comment. #4710, #4711 and #4712 directly overlap in CompressorFixedSpeedControlTest.java, so publication remains owner-sequenced even though only #4711 counts toward autonomous implementation capacity.

Prior occupant #4708 merged externally from preserved head bf2d902a5da4aa7a7236349c23cdf0fde5bb4c23 as current protected master 8b89915c2465b1b27cd8e4fd2ffd0a2bc620860f. All nine exact-head workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.

3/10bm — 2026-10-29

Autonomous implementation occupancy is three of ten, below the absolute global ceiling but still bounded by campaign ownership and acceptance gates.

The positively identified implementation capabilities are:

  • draft, mergeable #4714 at exact head 05f71913e1be3a1d5525b5ba8b3fcbef5fa147f2; it adds an experimental prescribed Safety Shutdown valve-travel boundary. Nine auxiliary workflow groups and all 19 core jobs pass. Its own quantitative evidence retains a physical conservation FAIL for sub-Courant knot-localized steps, so it is explicitly not READY TO MERGE and does not qualify coupled Safety Shutdown dynamics;
  • non-draft, mergeable #4715 at exact head 310babbe5b39730cb04620d91063c0a82348a2af; it adds analyser sample-system screening, TEG absorber phase diagnostics and a Bukacek dew-point fallback. Nine auxiliary groups pass; core CI has 18 jobs passing with Java 8 Windows active and no completed failure;
  • draft, mergeable #4716 at exact head 89169c79acc049a6b010d27e5feb5ee13d46da6c; it qualifies combined-relief operating-envelope slices. Nine auxiliary groups pass; core CI has 17 jobs passing with both Java 8 lanes active and no completed failure.

Two open pull requests are excluded from autonomous implementation capacity:

  • documentation/test-only draft, mergeable #4713 at repaired exact head 6fab1ad7dea5763298c8da94294ea5bcb900dd7a; all six auxiliary groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • Python devtools/plugin-only non-draft, mergeable #4717 at exact head dbb7dec1949e77aa73aaadcc54f90593965d540e; all six auxiliary groups pass and its path-filtered core has two applicable jobs passing with eight Java lanes skipped.

All five open pull requests have no submitted review, inline review thread or conversation comment. #4713, #4714, #4715 and #4716 share the formatter-only CompressorFixedSpeedControlTest.java repair; #4714, #4715 and #4716 also share the generated engineering-coverage inventory. #4714 and #4715 additionally touch the water-hammer qualification area. Publication therefore remains owner-sequenced despite separate capability ownership.

Since checkpoint 1/10bl:

  • prior implementation occupant #4711 merged externally from preserved head 0be87239e7a1ff94cbea19dface41b632f62e1e2 as 769508ead7cbb064ee390fa7409cfb9d8648dabb; all nine workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • excluded test/evidence-only #4712 merged externally from preserved head eeeac89dd2fa43597ec95629d0cc5a98fd5ecd22 as 3ee3ac00afd517ebd663740b4171557de8707ce8; all six workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • excluded dependency/tooling #4710 merged externally from preserved head 00e624e5bd91ad6f3328d6ae472e8709113a6ab1 as current protected master 491cabffbca977e283ad26e8b4255bd3f99c5b4f; all seven workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.

Issue #3153 still has 176 comments and no D196 acceptance. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Seven available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, the one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule, or safe draft publication. No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none; each open or merged capability retains its own assessment. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, branch, head, base, workflow, approval, retry, draft/readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart, rebase or abandonment state.

3/10bn — 2026-10-29

Autonomous implementation occupancy remains three of ten, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling. The occupants changed completely since checkpoint 3/10bm.

The positively identified implementation capabilities are:

  • draft, mergeable #4720 at exact head 39a754e588d42b49d0eee9674fb0b7a6146b536c; it fixes exact prescribed Safety Shutdown valve-travel knots without epsilon or capacity clipping. Eight auxiliary workflow groups and all 19 core jobs pass. The separate nodal MOC conservation discrepancy remains explicitly unresolved, so full Safety Shutdown dynamics are not qualified and this campaign does not classify the PR READY TO MERGE;
  • draft, mergeable #4721 at exact head 3f9a4f75d3043032c573e062112a9f092fe6505a; it makes compressor chart calculations honor the selected polytropic method and updates the executed autosizing example. Seven auxiliary groups pass, while the production-optimization documentation workflow fails because COMPRESSOR_OPTIMIZATION_GUIDE.md Python block 2 reports “Two-stage search did not find a feasible candidate.” Core CI has 12 jobs passing and four active with no completed core failure. A separate user-directed #4721 repair is already active, so #3153 made no competing branch write;
  • non-draft, mergeable #4722 at exact head e41036c7df5c91aff2e0e1f1c6cca7dfe748243b; it adds a default-neutral TwoFluidPipe liquid-holdup calibration multiplier. Eight auxiliary groups pass and core CI has 15 jobs passing with both Java 21 fast suites active and no completed failure. Independent domain review remains pending and the multiplier is a calibration factor rather than a new physical closure.

Documentation/test-only draft, mergeable #4719 is excluded from capacity at exact head 33ca5efd0cae72bbdd3eb939f854e90a0a8097c5. Its five auxiliary groups pass; core CI has 17 jobs passing with both Java 8 lanes active and no completed failure.

All four open pull requests have no submitted review, inline review thread or conversation comment. #4720, #4721 and #4722 share the generated engineering-coverage inventory, requiring owner-sequenced publication, but their production scopes remain distinct.

Since checkpoint 3/10bm, all five former open pull requests merged externally from their preserved heads:

  • excluded documentation/test-only #4713, 6fab1ad7dea5763298c8da94294ea5bcb900dd7a → 502daacade62da6ca326e67f33dbf5172a318631; all seven workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • prior implementation #4714, 05f71913e1be3a1d5525b5ba8b3fcbef5fa147f2 → 634e3d3c14ed50e9f3a2f23d0f8e7caff05ba42a; all ten workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass. Its recorded physical conservation FAIL was not cleared by the merge, so merged default-branch evidence still does not qualify complete coupled Safety Shutdown dynamics;
  • prior implementation #4715, 310babbe5b39730cb04620d91063c0a82348a2af → 6a22c8ee2baba02bf2b6bb5d80f49320e97e7353; all ten workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • prior implementation #4716, 89169c79acc049a6b010d27e5feb5ee13d46da6c → d1170494275c8c89688f55e713d6ef42780f0c6a; all ten workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • excluded Python devtools/plugin-only #4717, dbb7dec1949e77aa73aaadcc54f90593965d540e → current protected master c02e7cf52cf7ac4d77f688f82be2d455afa088aa; all seven workflow groups pass and its path-filtered core has two applicable jobs passing with eight Java lanes skipped.

2/10bo — 2026-10-29

Autonomous implementation occupancy is two of ten, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling.

The positively identified implementation capabilities are:

  • draft, mergeable #4721 at exact repaired head bbb6b5372f537c0f9b3801ad51a98cd250925a6d; the production-optimization documentation workflow now passes, but the Java 21 Windows core lane fails after 18,847 tests with three errors: TurboExpanderCompressorTest.testRun3, ProcessOptimizationExampleTest.testDetailedBottleneckAnalysis, and ProcessOptimizationExampleTest.testManualFlowOptimization. The first reports a nonconverged compressor chart head-pressure solve; the other two fail the second-stage compressor. Eight auxiliary groups pass; core has 15 jobs passing, one active and one failed at the checkpoint. A separate user-directed repair remains active, so #3153 made no competing branch write;
  • draft, mergeable #4725 at exact head 032308935e807bf30868b7c60567d264c5d305f2; it repairs liquid-diffusion pair invariants with the documented Wesselingh–Krishna generalized Vignes approximation. Seven auxiliary groups pass and core has 15 jobs passing with both Java 21 fast suites active and no completed failure. This qualifies numerical transport properties, not complete pool evaporation or root recovery.

Draft, mergeable test/documentation-only #4726 is excluded from capacity at exact head 417d57882eee8c8ee36d897554290dcd02723cbb. It adds separator pressure-control inventory qualification without production source or default changes. Seven auxiliary groups pass and core has 15 jobs passing with both Java 21 fast suites active and no completed failure.

All three open pull requests have no submitted review or inline review thread. #4721 and #4725 contain owner evidence comments; #4726 has no conversation comment. Their changed files do not directly overlap, although campaign and generated-evidence ownership still require coordinated publication.

Since checkpoint 3/10bn:

  • excluded documentation/test-only #4719 merged externally from preserved head 33ca5efd0cae72bbdd3eb939f854e90a0a8097c5 as cc35f058e6076ce634fa7321fdc12bfb55501a28; all six workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • prior implementation #4720 merged externally from preserved head 39a754e588d42b49d0eee9674fb0b7a6146b536c as 75ce05c410f4ec705a1109a399625c28cf0f4985; all nine workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • prior implementation #4722 advanced externally to exact head 91dbad855a61a937ae155fe7d0f477eeeebc59a4 before merging as 1fda170b0ea0bc734d944c3a4941be726c61da5e; all ten workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • excluded proposal/documentation-only #4723 merged externally from c6cf56fb1af4eb59b820c919dab8d4bea70bf4de as 7b31cbc4057d4d88d1b49cc3f1710ef0791f640e; all five workflow groups pass and its path-filtered core has two applicable jobs passing with eight Java lanes skipped;
  • implementation #4724 merged externally from 23a94e08fc5ae0cff1901a2132c95858486f4552 as current protected master 5078e1e1a0ff6aa979913de166212d496496370a. Eight auxiliary groups pass and core has 18 jobs passing with Java 8 Windows active and no completed failure at the checkpoint.

#4724 replaces the previous nodal acoustic update with cell-integrated characteristics and shared physical face fluxes. Its public synthetic linear-acoustic evidence closes the former approximately 25 mL storage defect to about 2e-17–4e-17 m³ and reports momentum residual no larger than 2.66e-10 kg·m/s. The merge therefore clears the bounded numerical conservation defect recorded at 3/10bn. It does not qualify full EOS mass/energy behavior or integrated Safety Shutdown dynamics: physicalConservation and safetyShutdownQualification remain NOT_EVALUATED, and proposal NRC-4707 remains only PROPOSED rather than independently accepted. The merge itself is not treated as that missing acceptance.

Issue #3153 still has 176 comments and no D196 acceptance. Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Eight available numerical slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, the one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule, or safe draft publication.

2/10bp — 2026-10-29

Autonomous implementation occupancy remains two of ten, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling.

The positively identified implementation capabilities are:

  • draft, mergeable #4731 at exact repaired head d49328a78453c3e72686b8511a1c7851d1673222, based on protected master 1929a43a8f431f81161732b2c9a1deb5f753ac42. It qualifies detached CPA liquid-water, ice and hydrate boundaries, corrects coupled water-solid and hydrate-flash behavior, and exposes the bounded route through MCP/agent contracts. A one-file TEG-routing repair now passes the previously failing Skills and Agents Lint workflow. All eight auxiliary workflow groups pass; core has 15 jobs passing with both Java 21 fast suites active and no completed core failure. Its body records 91 focused Java tests, 75 Python tests plus 11 subtests for the combined tree, and 262 routing/plugin tests for the exact repair. It remains validation-pending and lacks CODEOWNERS/domain review;
  • draft, mergeable #4732 at exact head 8f6d974fbe0f1ec770778c19945eeefcb30acc46, also based on 1929a43a8f431f81161732b2c9a1deb5f753ac42. It repairs steady-to-transient pressure handoff, local phase enthalpies and conservative three-phase component relaxation without claiming liquid-rich transient qualification. All eight auxiliary workflow groups pass. Core has 12 jobs passing, two Java 21 fast suites active, and three failed jobs: slow shard 8 fails TwoFluidRichGasDragQualificationTest.levelOutletAdvancesAcrossSignedFallbackWithExplicitThermodynamicDonor after advancing only 0.1041667 of 0.25 s; slow shard 1 fails TwoFluidPipeNetworkTest.reverseOutletFlowUsesFrozenDownstreamStorageState; the aggregate slow-test job fails because those shards failed. Its body records 422 focused tests passing locally, but the complete suite and domain review remain pending. A separate user-directed #4732 repair is active, so #3153 made no competing branch write.

The two open PRs share only src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json; their production sources are otherwise disjoint. They have no submitted review, inline review thread or conversation comment. Generated-evidence publication remains owner-sequenced.

Since checkpoint 2/10bo:

  • #4721 advanced externally from preserved head bbb6b5372f537c0f9b3801ad51a98cd250925a6d to final source head 0b1348da48291f3604df93fbe60cb4a2d2997a4b and merged as ba6499ee2c7e9ac33588207461ee8c93c64ca2ac. Eight auxiliary workflow groups pass, but exact-head core is 17/19: both Java 8 full-suite lanes fail the same CompressorChartPolytropicMethodTest.smallWetGasPowerRetainsFinitePressureRise assertion (0.663991527050103 expected versus 0.6638522259891033 actual). The external merge is recorded without treating that validation defect as cleared;
  • #4725 merged externally from preserved head 032308935e807bf30868b7c60567d264c5d305f2 as 1715ae9c49219069f08a7e14865f82518d56cf98; all eight workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • excluded test/documentation-only #4726 merged externally from preserved head 417d57882eee8c8ee36d897554290dcd02723cbb as 3a12224a453cf084523ecf5515426a71a84f2267; all eight workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • excluded documentation/test-only #4727 merged externally from preserved head 493ce4ab6dc1aec994a7fa8f86ea0adf0ab3c361 as ed35e0a938ce326abdaee1d9bbeb4ba66cc5c8de; all five workflow groups pass and its path-filtered core has two applicable jobs passing with eight Java lanes skipped;
  • #4728 merged externally from preserved head 379edd175989dd61116222b971cb35114cfee7b3 as f9b2e7569bb6d8521cde0eb987cafe1791a457e7; all eight workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass;
  • #4729 merged externally from preserved head 8ff3a4ed72a5f9455b6059f5360c4c3c382d09aa as current protected master 1929a43a8f431f81161732b2c9a1deb5f753ac42; all ten workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs pass.

No #3153 implementation PR was opened.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none; each active or merged capability retains its own assessment. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, branch, head, base, workflow, approval, retry, draft/readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart, rebase or abandonment state.

3/10bq — 2026-10-30

Autonomous implementation occupancy is three of ten, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling.

The positively identified implementation capabilities are:

  • draft, mergeable #4731 at preserved exact head d49328a78453c3e72686b8511a1c7851d1673222, based on protected master 1929a43a8f431f81161732b2c9a1deb5f753ac42. Its CPA liquid-water, ice and hydrate boundary scope and one-file TEG-routing repair remain unchanged. All eight auxiliary workflow groups pass. Exact-head core is 17/19: both Java 8 full-suite lanes fail the inherited CompressorChartPolytropicMethodTest.smallWetGasPowerRetainsFinitePressureRise assertion (0.663991527050103 expected versus 0.6638522259891033 actual), while both Java 21 suites, all eight slow shards and the aggregate gate pass. The PR remains NOT READY TO MERGE pending an independently justified predecessor correction;
  • draft, mergeable #4732 advanced externally from 8f6d974fbe0f1ec770778c19945eeefcb30acc46 to exact repaired head 39370538f6cb41fe272ca3b28c25fc888dd63f3b, still based on 1929a43a8f431f81161732b2c9a1deb5f753ac42. The pressure/momentum repair clears the former rich-gas donor and frozen-downstream-storage failures; its body records 723 broad affected tests and independent comments record 97 additional exact-head tests passing. All eight auxiliary groups pass. Core is 15/19: both Java 8 lanes fail only the same inherited compressor assertion; slow shard 3 fails SevereSluggingExperimentalBenchmarkTest.reproducesTheLiquidCycleAndTheRiserPressureSwing because the 16-section, 0.1 s, 180 s case detects no repeated cycle, and the aggregate slow-test gate therefore fails. Exact master passes that severe-slugging class, so this is a branch-attributable validation blocker. No tolerance, duration, rollback or competing repair was attempted by #3153;
  • draft, mergeable #4734 at exact head debe3ce0219e74d087454f0b7b4881d35a1204f5, based on 1929a43a8f431f81161732b2c9a1deb5f753ac42. It adds a bounded forward single-liquid pump-curve acoustic boundary for Safety Shutdown, with analytical roots, conservation, refinement, rejection durability and an executed public example. Eight auxiliary groups pass; core has 17 jobs passing with both Java 8 suites active and no completed failure. It retains public counterevidence: abrupt nonsmooth start misses the smooth-wave refinement gate, and a faster speed reduction loses its forward root and is rejected. It does not qualify a complete pump trip, reverse/stopped operation, check-valve slam or integrated Safety Shutdown.

Draft, mergeable documentation/test-only #4733 is excluded from capacity at exact head c08da8177fd323aaf9a56f10db46597e8ba2e7b8. It executes the existing diffusivity guide example without changing production source, models or parameters. Five auxiliary groups pass; core has 17 jobs passing with both Java 8 suites active and no completed failure.

The three implementation PRs share generated engineering coverage; their production source is otherwise disjoint. #4732 has owner-evidence conversation comments; no open PR has a submitted review or inline review thread. Publication remains owner-sequenced.

The externally maintained #4731 body contained obsolete 4/20 target, 4/24 ceiling portfolio metadata. After exact-head and open-portfolio revalidation, the draft body alone was corrected to authoritative 3/10 occupancy, ten target and absolute global ceiling. Its branch, head, scope, CI and readiness were unchanged.

Protected master remains 1929a43a8f431f81161732b2c9a1deb5f753ac42.

Documentation impact for #3153 remains none; each active capability retains its own assessment. Apart from the #4731 capacity-metadata correction and these six ledger mirrors, the campaign changed no source, branch, head, base, workflow, approval, retry, draft/readiness, merge, closure, replacement, restart, rebase or abandonment state.

1/10br — 2026-10-30

Capacity and acceptance

  • Authoritative autonomous implementation occupancy is 1/10; ten remains both the target and the absolute global ceiling. Documentation/test-only work is not counted.
  • The sole open implementation is draft #4732 at exact head 3286a433a9902db3ca0432b35801c1acfb1ce410, based on protected master 9975919e7908fe4ef34bbfeca37055d8883116fa.
  • Although nine portfolio slots are numerically free, the one-active-PR rule for #3153 is binding. No additional #3153 increment is started.
  • D196 remains unaccepted in issue #3153 (176 comments). The canonical-model acceptance gate is unchanged.

Active exact-head qualification

  • #4732 remains OPEN / DRAFT / mergeable on its preserved remote head; no rebase, replacement, closure, readiness transition, or source mutation was performed by this checkpoint.
  • The severe-slugging measurement repair is test-only and leaves the physical inputs, pressure/conservation assertions, experimental limits, production numerical repair, and disabled 600 s qualification unchanged.
  • Local exact-head evidence records 83 selected cases, 82 executed passes, zero failures/errors, and one pre-existing disabled case. All six detector controls pass; the recorded trace yields nine intervals with a 16.2 s mean period.
  • Core run 41012475765 is VALIDATION PENDING: 15/17 jobs are complete and successful. All eight slow shards and the aggregate slow-test gate pass. Only Java 21 fast suites on Ubuntu (job 123922014802) and Windows (job 123922014786) remain in progress.
  • Eight auxiliary workflow groups pass. Independent review remains absent: zero submitted reviews and zero inline review threads.
  • Documentation impact remains confined to the existing two-fluid validation guide; generated engineering coverage is byte-identical.

Merged increments and exact-head continuity

  • #4731 merged without source-head rewriting: d49328a78453c3e72686b8511a1c7851d1673222 → merge commit b7ae1f47f6e7f188f1b0bb76fd3af4079785c957. Its exact source-head core run 40959881120 finished 17/19 successful; both Java 8 lanes failed the inherited small-duty compressor assertion.
  • Docs/test-only #4733 merged: c08da8177fd323aaf9a56f10db46597e8ba2e7b8 → fc83790559adf4199284ae51b59e05a10ab5f932. It remains excluded from autonomous implementation occupancy. Its exact source-head core run 40983355127 likewise finished 17/19 successful with the same two Java 8 failures.
  • #4734 merged without source-head rewriting: debe3ce0219e74d087454f0b7b4881d35a1204f5 → ff0550c0d82b57392db9dff58fd553681adcf4a8. Its exact source-head core run 40985234179 finished 17/19 successful, again with both Java 8 lanes failing the shared compressor predecessor.
  • Merge status does not retroactively convert any failed source-head workflow into green evidence; each exact-head result remains recorded as observed.

Shared compressor dependency

  • Sole shared-fix owner #4735 merged from exact source head c0dd152f9fbaa97b59d5821b8de9109eddf86cbe to current master 9975919e7908fe4ef34bbfeca37055d8883116fa.
  • #4735 source-head core run 41004228963 completed with 15 successes, two Java 21 fast-suite failures, and both Java 8 lanes skipped.
  • Post-merge run 41004368157 still fails CompressorChartPolytropicMethodTest.smallWetGasPowerRetainsFinitePressureRise on both Java 21 platforms (jobs 123896433218 and 123896433170): expected 0.663991527050103 W, actual 0.6639166623353958 W. The merged repair is therefore incomplete as current-default-branch evidence.
  • This campaign does not open or duplicate a compressor repair. The existing separately directed owner remains authoritative; #4732 qualification must distinguish inherited default-branch failure from branch-local regressions if the active fast suites reproduce it.

Coordination and next gate

  • Open portfolio scan finds only #4732. No ownership overlap, new review request, or accepted dependency-ready D196 increment changes the one-active-PR decision.
  • Next action is exact-head follow-up of #4732's two active Java 21 fast jobs, then bounded diagnosis on the same branch only if a branch-local regression appears.
  • All active and merged source heads above are preserved exactly; no source branch, base, lifecycle state, or review state was changed.

4/10bs — 2026-10-30

Capacity, acceptance, and overlap

  • Authoritative autonomous implementation occupancy is 4/10; ten remains both the target and absolute global ceiling.
  • Counted implementations are:
    • draft #4732 at exact head b84efa4bdc39df3fbd971c88d92f341ff9f08b07;
    • draft #4738 at exact head b4be9c40196efd0c92ed306fdc6a0fc2753d0b00;
    • open #4741 at exact head f7251d6b8a6be535fdcc86ea7aa67e437ce6289c (its externally selected ready-for-review state is observed, not changed here);
    • draft #4742 at exact head 9ce1874892e2c53417b3b19c991d5acc7aac50e9.
  • Documentation/test-only #4737 and diagnostic/evidence-only #4744 are excluded from autonomous implementation occupancy.
  • All four implementation branches touch src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json; publication remains owner-sequenced.
  • D196 remains unaccepted in issue #3153 (176 comments). No unique accepted dependency-ready #3153 increment exists, so six free portfolio slots do not authorize a new campaign PR.

Exact-head validation snapshot

  • #4732 core run 41034191183: 16/17 successful, 1 active, zero completed failures. Only Java 21 Windows fast tests remain active; all eight auxiliary groups, Ubuntu Java 21 fast tests, all slow shards, and the aggregate slow gate pass. No submitted review or inline thread exists.
  • #4738 core run 41032781638: 16/17 successful, 1 active, zero completed failures. Only Java 21 Windows fast tests remain active; nine auxiliary groups pass.
  • #4741 core run 41032841175: 17/19 successful, 2 active, zero completed failures. Both Java 8 lanes remain active; nine auxiliary groups pass.
  • #4742 core run 41034259158: 15/17 successful, 2 active, zero completed failures. Both Java 21 fast suites remain active; nine auxiliary groups pass.
  • Excluded #4737 core run 41030910540: 17/19 successful with two Java 8 lanes active and zero completed failures.
  • Excluded #4744 core run 41041252450: 15/17 successful with two Java 21 fast suites active and zero completed failures.
  • None of the six open PRs has a submitted review or inline review thread.

#4732 continuity and shared predecessor resolution

  • #4732 advanced externally from the previous campaign snapshot and is now preserved at b84efa4bdc39df3fbd971c88d92f341ff9f08b07, mergeable and draft, based on 8a2438b99b9a2ac03e2d923406d3660cc98a59f8.
  • Its branch retains the production numerical repair, severe-slugging detector repair, and test-only component/time-step boundary ledger. The latest merge commit incorporated the centrally owned compressor follow-up; this checkpoint performs no further default-branch sync.
  • The two stale #4732 metadata statements using 20-target/24-ceiling language were corrected in place to historical occupancies under the authoritative ten-target/ten-ceiling contract. Head, base, draft state, title, and source tree were unchanged by that metadata correction.
  • Shared compressor owner #4739 merged from exact source head 88fd44a2b65f3e882ad527edcaab605a01a99cdb to 8a2438b99b9a2ac03e2d923406d3660cc98a59f8; its exact source-head core run 41020401048 is terminal green 19/19. The former inherited small-duty wet-gas blocker is therefore resolved by the designated owner rather than duplicated in #4732.

Default branch and next gate

  • Protected master is cf07aa403d737fca1153f6e9276e791c5c79c9d0, adding merged devtools/plugin-only #4743 after the compressor fix. Active bases remain exactly 8a2438b99b9a2ac03e2d923406d3660cc98a59f8; no rebase or capacity-driven sync was performed.
  • Next action is exact-head follow-up of the remaining active CI jobs and owner-sequenced publication. A new #3153 implementation remains blocked until D196 acceptance and dependency readiness are explicit.
  • No source commit, branch, workflow retry, review request, readiness transition, rebase, merge, closure, replacement, restart, or abandonment action was performed by this checkpoint.

2/10bt — 2026-10-30

Capacity, acceptance, and ownership

  • Authoritative autonomous implementation occupancy is 2/10; ten remains both target and absolute global ceiling.
  • Counted implementations are draft #4746 at exact head e3ccb25eb4d938b0ec1dee83f338277480f1e10b and draft #4747 at exact head 44793ea366013ccfc3937fe1b9a2b40eb6acc3b9.
  • Documentation/test-only #4745 at a6fd504f9545cc45c7dc58c5ee8e801d7aa38d6a is excluded from occupancy.
  • #4746 and #4747 overlap in generated engineering coverage and the reference-manual index; publication remains owner-sequenced.
  • D196 remains unaccepted in issue #3153 (176 comments). No accepted dependency-ready #3153 increment exists, so eight free slots do not authorize a new campaign PR.

Active exact-head validation

  • #4746 (Safety Shutdown ideal translating lift/check-valve acoustics) core run 41068875971: 15/17 successful, 2 active, zero completed failures. Ten auxiliary workflow groups pass.
  • #4746 remains NOT READY TO MERGE independent of hosted CI: its declared sharp-front slam evidence gate fails mesh convergence. Impact loss changes materially through 26/51/101/201/401/801-face refinement, and the finest mesh resolves reopening/second contact missed by coarse meshes. Full pump-trip, reverse/stopped pump behavior, cavitation/column separation, asset loads and integrated Safety Shutdown qualification remain outside the accepted boundary.
  • #4747 advances issue #4740's original/tuned PVT-to-history handoff. Core run 41069803553: 15/17 successful, 2 active, zero completed failures. Eight auxiliary groups pass. Local evidence records 91 focused/related tests with zero failures/errors/skips, but automatic path-dependent generalized PVT generation and independent public laboratory/field qualification remain open.
  • Excluded #4745 core run 41060071738: 17/19 successful, 2 active, zero completed failures. Its frozen two-file documentation/test scope remains draft.
  • None of the three open PRs has a submitted review or inline review thread.

Merged exact-head continuity

  • Every listed merged source head has terminal-green 19/19 core CI. Merge status is recorded without rewriting or retroactively changing exact-head evidence.

Metadata correction and next gate

  • #4745's stale paragraph naming merged #4744 as the sole implementation and reporting 1/10 was corrected to current 2/10 occupancy under the ten-target/ten-ceiling contract. Head, base, two-file scope, title, and draft state were unchanged.
  • Next actions are exact-head follow-up of active CI, owner-sequenced publication, and scientific/numerical work within the existing owning campaigns. #4746 must satisfy its explicit slam-convergence gate before readiness; #4747 must complete hosted CI and independent domain review.
  • No source commit, branch, workflow retry, review request, readiness transition, rebase, merge, closure, replacement, restart, or abandonment action was performed by this checkpoint.

Exact-head portfolio and capacity

Protected master is d18b76fef3f208ff628c386268fcafbf1c8a8b1e. Five positively identified autonomous implementation capabilities are active, so occupancy is 5/10 under the ten-target and absolute ten-cap contract:

#4751 at 94ea3a63a1fc7c695cbb60f4fb7c7c90199c9d3b is an external-contributor emissions correction, not an autonomous implementation capability. It has an exact-head approval with no blocking finding, six auxiliary workflow groups green, and the core build still active. #4755 at a661448511e9ee67239e15c38edc83d1e77ad10d is the #2499 D236 documentation/test-only increment and does not consume an implementation slot. The capacity contract therefore remains 5/10, not 7/10. None of the active implementation PRs has a review submission, conversation comment, or inline review thread; #4751 alone has the exact-head approval.

Engineering and scientific acceptance boundaries

  • #4748 remains a dependency/topology increment. The K10/K15 benchmark and retained NaCl/CaCl2/mixed-salt/Burgass controls still precede any component activation or qualification.
  • #4750 locally reports 125 passing tests and 3,060 independent reference rows, but stably retained transient pools and predictive evaporation remain not qualified. The equivalent-level 12/24-cell profile difference is 12.0204%, failing the unchanged 10% refinement gate, and peak levels differ 33.8259%; the approximate 30 s relaxation is not a physical hydrocarbon rate law.
  • #4752 reports four focused passing tests: 3.5 s healthy response passes, 5.5 s slow response fails, and unavailable final-element response fails safe-state attainment. This is synthetic software evidence, not vendor or site qualification.
  • #4753 reports 102 focused/adjacent passing tests and recovery of 1,017.3 m3 within 0.001 m3. Independent public laboratory/field validation and the remaining #4740 deliveries remain open.
  • #4754 reports 24 digitized source observations, fit AARD 0.88–1.63%, leave-one-out AARD 1.45–2.76%, maximum error 5.19%, and 10 passing devtools tests. Its result remains accepted_for_COMP: false; component Kihara/Langmuir fitting and COMP insertion are blocked by the missing consistent structure-H host/helper reference basis and fluid-phase fugacity inputs. Java hydrate models and COMP defaults are unchanged.

Merge and validation continuity

#4745, #4746, and #4747 merged from their preserved source heads without campaign-driven replacement, rebase, or restart:

  • #4745 a6fd504f9545cc45c7dc58c5ee8e801d7aa38d6a → dd5e650ed6107234084517cd0147297dae825d65
  • #4746 e3ccb25eb4d938b0ec1dee83f338277480f1e10b → eb4092f009ced36c167d9dcd206d746e45d524f1
  • #4747 44793ea366013ccfc3937fe1b9a2b40eb6acc3b9 → 337c61b94964ce6ebe6c5641e270092ef7f457f7

Each exact source head reached terminal green 19/19 core jobs. That hosted success does not erase #4746's documented sharp-front valve-slam mesh-convergence failure; the physical gate remains failed and no broader Safety Shutdown qualification is inferred from merge.

#4755 advanced on its existing branch from a8a8ad3cc1809c259bec60a7317e9bee90a30bfd to a661448511e9ee67239e15c38edc83d1e77ad10d; Spotless is now green. Its exact-head documentation-search workflow still fails two branch-attributable legacy contract assertions because the Python documentation contract expects the HP/LP addSeparatorStage literals inside PvtSimulationDocumentationTest.java, while D236 moved executable setup ownership to the marked guide source. This remains #2499 owner work on the same branch; #3153 did not patch or retry it.

Overlap and publication order

The implementation set has explicit shared-file edges: #4748/#4750/#4752/#4753 share generated engineering coverage; #4753/#4754 share docs/REFERENCE_MANUAL_INDEX.md; and #4748/#4754 share docs/thermo/component_database_guide.md. Publication therefore remains owner-sequenced with fresh exact-head and post-merge validation; capacity is not a reason to rebase, replace, close, restart, or abandon any PR.

Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted and unstarted. Five available slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, the one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule, or safe draft publication, so no new #3153 increment was opened. No source commit, branch update, workflow retry, review request, readiness transition, rebase, merge, closure, replacement, restart, or abandonment action was performed by this checkpoint.

Exact-head portfolio and capacity

Protected master is f57ea4fbe0a49b81d3a4fd28096d83561e7b3fb2. Three positively identified autonomous implementation capabilities are active, so authoritative occupancy is 3/10 under the ten-target and absolute ten-cap contract:

External-contributor #4751 remains open at exact head d73f71fcea2a4359a77f147746eeba2ae3b69a5d and is excluded from autonomous occupancy. Its prior approval was explicitly anchored to superseded head 94ea3a63a1fc7c695cbb60f4fb7c7c90199c9d3b; the current two-file head adds the requested public-API emissions regressions and has no exact-head approval. Documentation/test-only #4755 remains open at exact head 97daa28423eb171ca8c031d2dec555c2bdbacb0d and is also excluded. #4755's former Spotless, Java syntax, and documentation-contract defects are repaired: Spotless, pre-commit, documentation search, coverage, CodeQL, local 7-test Java validation, and local 553-test documentation validation pass.

No current autonomous implementation PR has a review submission, conversation comment, or inline review thread. None was marked ready, merged, closed, rebased, replaced, or restarted by this campaign.

Shared inherited CI failure

Every current open head has one failing core platform lane, and all five failures are outside the changed-file scopes:

  • #4751: Java 21 Windows
  • #4752: Java 8 Ubuntu
  • #4754: Java 8 Windows
  • #4755: Java 21 Windows
  • #4756: Java 21 Ubuntu

Each reports exactly one CalibratedPvtModelTest JSON-equality failure with zero errors after approximately 19,061–19,065 tests; four fail completeCceCvdAndDleHoldoutsRetainOriginalAndTunedResiduals, while #4755 fails the adjacent immutableCheckpointsRetainBothModelsAndProvenance. These branches do not change the calibrated-PVT implementation or test. The failure is the wall-clock portableFluidJson.generatedAt instability inherited from their older base; merged #4753 already excludes only that nondeterministic timestamp while retaining comparisons of EOS, composition, model, and provenance fields.

Therefore the failures are not attributed to #4751/#4752/#4754/#4755/#4756 and do not justify five duplicate branch fixes. Fresh owner-controlled validation against the current default-branch fix remains required before readiness. This campaign performed no retry, source edit, merge-from-master, rebase, or lifecycle transition.

Engineering and scientific boundaries

  • #4752 retains its declared synthetic qualification only: 3.5 s healthy isolation passes, 5.5 s slow response fails, and unavailable actuation fails safe-state attainment. It supplies no vendor/site evidence and claims no SIL/IPL credit.
  • #4754 remains accepted_for_COMP: false. Its 24 digitized source observations, 0.88–1.63% fit AARD, 1.45–2.76% leave-one-out AARD, 5.19% maximum error, and 10 focused tests do not identify component Kihara/Langmuir parameters. COMP insertion remains blocked by the missing consistent structure-H host/helper reference basis and fluid-phase fugacity inputs; Java hydrate models and defaults remain unchanged.
  • #4756 locally reports 13 focused default/Java-8 tests, one complete 58-point living workflow, and exact restoration checks. It qualifies a sampled 3×3 pressure × common-speed slice only—no interpolation, generalized 3-D envelope, compressor-map physics, or network-physics claim. Driver-limit evidence remains fail-closed.
  • #4751's current regression pins 715.4 t/y fugitive CO2e for 1 MSm3/d in quick and lifecycle screening, but exact-head approval and clean CI are still absent.
  • #4755 remains documentation/test infrastructure only.

Merge continuity and overlap

Three prior autonomous implementation heads merged with their exact source continuity and terminal-green hosted workflows:

  • #4748 17bce78271d9299fa193834b62a80e10546441a0 → 1569aeb1b50df50a0c70c0de98d94018e4c43fd8
  • #4750 17a0a6a14af5ee587a9103210807e50d00acdc29 → 1da640285abbaf25cc67a6c3c4d7b6957134f43a
  • #4753 1d02b7c4160329aa412ae0855d60ddcd4d409f64 → 700c3a79bbf3325cf883261e902f6888fc34ba52

#4748 remains topology-only without component activation. #4750's read-only hydrostatic geometry does not qualify stably retained transient pools or predictive evaporation: its 12/24-cell profile difference remains 12.0204% against the 10% gate and peak levels differ 33.8259%. #4753 remains a bounded #4740 history-replay/fit increment; independent public laboratory/field qualification and remaining #4740 work stay open.

Devtools PR #4757 also merged from exact head 9a4a199f90f95b2aac3026a6e60eafa71b62c1fa as f57ea4fbe0a49b81d3a4fd28096d83561e7b3fb2 with all applicable workflow groups green; it is not an active capability.

The only exact changed-file overlap among the three active autonomous implementations is generated src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json between #4752 and #4756. Publication remains owner-sequenced with post-merge validation. #4754's changed files are disjoint from those two active branches.

Package 3/D196 remains unaccepted and unstarted in issue #3153, whose comment count remains 176. Seven available slots do not override engineering acceptance, unique ownership, dependency readiness, the capability contract, the one-active-PR-for-#3153 rule, or safe draft publication. No new #3153 increment was opened.

No source commit, branch update, workflow retry, review request, readiness transition, rebase, merge, closure, replacement, restart, or abandonment action was performed by this checkpoint.

4/10bw — 2026-10-31

  • Capacity authority: four positively identified autonomous implementation capabilities are active against the authoritative 10 target / 10 absolute global ceiling: #4752, #4754, #4756, and #4758. Six slots remain available. This 4/10 statement supersedes every older three-capability, five-capability, 20-target, 24-ceiling, or other generic portfolio limit. External #4751 and documentation/test-only #4755 remain outside autonomous implementation occupancy.
  • New dependency-ready capability: draft #4758 at exact head 06d5fd4669e44a57629d47cfd5438bc2143f0fc9 adds the distinct #3298 closed-wall mechanical-pressure compatibility increment. Affine gas/oil wall acceleration falls from 0.053955 to at most 7.16e-15 m/s² over 12–192 cells, with all-cell residual at most 1.43e-14 against the unchanged 1e-10 acceptance; water, one-cell, both slope signs, flat controls, donor isolation, zero mass/enthalpy transport, mixed total force, and transactional restoration are covered. Curved-terrain interior acceleration remains 0.0865071 / 0.000580045 m/s² at 12/192 cells, so stable two-phase pools, predictive evaporation, and performance improvement remain explicitly unqualified.
  • #4758 validation: Engineering Coverage, Spotless, PaperLab, Skills/Agents, Pre-commit, CodeQL, and Documentation Search pass. Core exact-head validation is still in progress after initial checks, Javadocs, model specifications, benchmark, and several slow shards passed. The Examples workflow's example job passed; its notebook job failed before notebook execution because Maven Central returned HTTP 403 while resolving maven-dependency-plugin. This is an infrastructure dependency-resolution failure, not branch-attributable numerical evidence. No retry or source change was made.
  • Overlap coordination: #4752, #4756, and #4758 share only the generated src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json path and therefore require owner-sequenced publication. #4754 is disjoint from those implementation paths.
  • Capacity metadata repair: #4752 was corrected in place from stale 4/20 target, 4/24 ceiling wording to authoritative 4/10, preserving exact head 5d9fd4633f3bc04e8d6a918d7f2864bdf9ada8a1, draft state, title, base, and all source.
  • Existing exact-head status: #4752 5d9fd4633f3bc04e8d6a918d7f2864bdf9ada8a1, #4754 410b1fb9e31803a538c457d9368532d73ca8d662, and #4756 c1b7a9db7d7ebef344778fea03728cfd3d6300ed remain draft and preserve their exact remote heads. Each has green auxiliary workflows and only the already-classified timestamp-sensitive CalibratedPvtModelTest failure inherited from its older merge snapshot; the owning fix is merged in #4753 and was not duplicated or rebased into these branches.
  • Non-occupancy observations: documentation/test-only #4755 remains at 97daa28423eb171ca8c031d2dec555c2bdbacb0d; its original guide-source defects are fixed, its targeted exact-head rerun has passed both Java 21 matrices, Javadocs, model specifications, benchmark, and all slow shards, while Java 8 Ubuntu/Windows remain in progress. External #4751 is now at c540666c6ab4b3c6b463e93de0a2cc477e9fd84e on current master with fresh CI in progress; the earlier approval is anchored to obsolete head 94ea3a63a1fc7c695cbb60f4fb7c7c90199c9d3b and is not current-head approval.
  • Roadmap gate: protected master remains f57ea4fbe0a49b81d3a4fd28096d83561e7b3fb2. Decision D196 remains unaccepted and #3153 remains at 176 comments, so no new #3153 implementation PR was started despite six available capacity slots.
  • Continuity: no implementation source, branch head, base, draft/ready state, review state, merge state, or issue lifecycle was changed; no active PR was closed, replaced, restarted, rebased, abandoned, or retried for capacity.

0/10bx — 2026-10-31

  • Capacity authority: GitHub reports no open pull requests in equinor/neqsim, so autonomous implementation occupancy is 0/10, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling. All ten slots are free. This supersedes every older three-capability, five-capability, 20-target, 24-ceiling, or other generic portfolio statement.
  • Previous implementation turnover: #4752 merged from final source head 12b19adddcdd952e791dba292fd31bf8a7732a47 as 5763b759ab9ed92b8515eadd1565e9bc2ee9fb35; #4754 from b9741d7c0d9ea302d30cffba85a723c2a64bd91a as 7cc1cca821a03233159b0b61ecbf97c3ec3dda82; #4756 from cdaab759c4973530063bfa3b3be71f1d31713e76 as 692f4f446c6db1cf7fb61c11fdcc0812e8fd7fa5; and #4758 from preserved source head 06d5fd4669e44a57629d47cfd5438bc2143f0fc9 as cf90b00fda7c405e1ff40d5ef08530811e56096d.
  • Final validation: every workflow group on the final heads of #4752, #4754, #4756, and #4758 is terminal green, including 19/19 core jobs on each head. #4758's earlier Maven Central HTTP 403 notebook failure was rerun externally and now passes; the campaign made no retry or source change.
  • External continuity change: after checkpoint 4/10bw, #4752, #4754, #4755, and #4756 each advanced externally by one identical commit over the previously preserved head. The only changed path in each comparison is src/test/java/neqsim/pvtsimulation/util/CalibratedPvtModelTest.java (+18/−6), applying the shared timestamp-comparison repair before terminal-green validation and merge. These head changes and merges were not performed, reverted, rebased, or recreated by this campaign; the final source and merge heads above are now the durable record.
  • Excluded turnover: external-contributor #4751 merged from c540666c6ab4b3c6b463e93de0a2cc477e9fd84e as 17cce93ee5eb11053569eaafae2df2984e241712, and documentation/test-only #4755 merged from 1cf4dcbba6473a33ee31f94be91c922097a35a7f as 1082cd99507b3d5a006bb0199bea986ef6504b92. Their final workflow groups and 19/19 core jobs are terminal green; neither consumed an autonomous implementation slot.
  • Current default branch: protected master is 3c1c5dda4a58cbab78330612889e377b57f7793c, the merge commit for reservoir #4759. Its source-head auxiliary groups pass; its core matrix is 17/19 green with only Java 8 Ubuntu and Windows still active and no completed failure at checkpoint time. #4760, #4761, and #4763 also merged externally; none remains open.
  • Review evidence: no submitted review, conversation comment, or inline review thread is recorded on #4752, #4754, #4756, #4758, or #4759. The terminal CI evidence is therefore not an independent domain-review claim.
  • Roadmap gate: #3153 remains open at 176 comments with no new D196 acceptance. Despite 0/10 occupancy and ten free slots, no new #3153 implementation PR was started because the engineering-acceptance gate remains binding.
  • Continuity: this campaign changed no implementation source, branch head, base, workflow, review, readiness, merge, closure, issue lifecycle, or default branch. It did not close, replace, restart, rebase, abandon, force-push, or recreate any PR for capacity.

1/10by — 2026-10-31

  • Capacity authority: autonomous implementation occupancy is 1/10, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling. The sole positively identified implementation is draft #4768. Nine slots remain available. This statement supersedes every older three-capability, five-capability, 20-target, 24-ceiling, or other generic portfolio limit.
  • #4768 exact capability: preserve exact head 9da5068e90b891570e1e798eb7f8c9c0c1103277 and recorded base aec17276c6af57c0b0be56e8c302893bc623fb5f. The five-commit, 36-file #2907/#3298 batch reconstructs interior hydrostatic face pressure and matching signed pressure work in the existing two-fluid finite-volume owner; it introduces no new solver, topology, transaction owner, tolerance, EOS/Jacobian guard, donor composition, or runtime default.
  • Engineering evidence and limits: 720 unequal-density hydrostatic controls plus 48 signed-work controls report maximum phase-acceleration error 2.3198e-11 m/s², mixture-force residual 1.4297e-10 N/m, exact-zero stationary mass/energy and absent-phase momentum rates, and maximum signed-work error 2.5924e-8 W against the declared gates. The branch reports 122 selected JUnit methods passing, including all five historical rich-gas methods. This does not qualify a retained two-density terrain pool, resolved liquid level, gas flow over pools, physical refill/hold, or predictive evaporation.
  • #4768 exact-head state: draft and currently non-mergeable. The current head contains the five-line test-fixture initialization repair for its preceding fast-suite pressure-rejection error; production source is unchanged by that repair. At checkpoint time the current head exposes five checks: dependency submission and Python/actions analyses pass, Java CodeQL analysis is active, and the aggregate CodeQL check is neutral. The normal full PR workflow matrix is not yet present on this head, so no full exact-head CI pass is claimed. No review, conversation comment, or inline thread is recorded.
  • Overlap/ownership block: current protected master is ba95ea577526b92859cd62710a51734bac96706b; #4768 is five commits ahead and five behind it. Merged #4769 overlaps #4768 in TwoFluidConservationEquations.java and generated engineering coverage, which explains the integration-sensitive, non-mergeable state. A separate user-directed #4768 repair is active. This campaign made no competing write, rebase, restart, replacement, or conflict resolution; owner sequencing remains mandatory.
  • Excluded validation draft: #4772 is draft and mergeable at cf5c10756cc1602715f7c213e26a5bfbef654523, but changes only tests, an auditor, reference/evidence resources, and documentation—no production Java, database, alpha equation, interaction tuple, default, or tolerance. It is therefore excluded from autonomous implementation occupancy. Its six auxiliary workflow groups pass; the current core matrix has eight successful and eight active jobs with no completed failure. No review or inline thread is recorded.
  • External turnover since 0/10bx: #4764, #4765, #4766, #4767, #4769, and #4771 merged externally. #4769's final source head is terminal green across all workflow groups. #4766's source-head core matrix is 17/19 green with both Java 8 jobs active; #4771's is 18/19 green with Java 8 Windows active. These merges and workflow states were observed only; the campaign performed no lifecycle or retry action.
  • Roadmap gate: #3153 remains open at 176 comments with no D196 acceptance. No #3153 implementation PR was started despite nine free capacity slots because the engineering-acceptance gate remains binding.
  • Continuity: this campaign changed no implementation source, branch head, base, workflow, review, readiness, merge, closure, issue lifecycle, or default branch. Active heads were preserved exactly.

3/10bz — 2026-10-31

At 16:01 CET, protected master is b018bc708b64927890a7ba072ba806d370a86b26. Autonomous implementation occupancy is 3/10, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling.

  • Merged turnover: #4768 preserved repaired/integrated head bb5824779761f275d44520d8c4060b224146f242 and merged externally at 13:50 UTC as current master b018bc708b64927890a7ba072ba806d370a86b26. Its hydrostatic-pressure implementation, qualification, five-line fixture repair and master-conflict resolution remained on the published head. Documentation PR #4774 preserved head 901b8f428ee20be5d6c7eede7fbcad9d64af96ca and merged one minute earlier as 507f2609585993467d71546e280aa8b3796fb961. These lifecycle changes were external; the campaign performed no merge, readiness, rebase, retry or head mutation.
  • Counted repair — #4775: draft, mergeable #4775 is preserved at e26f8cf61d81752fe28e1a11d6f512c5d118894c. One commit changes four compressor source/test/documentation/coverage paths (114 additions, 7 deletions) so chart-derived duty remains run-local and a later chart-free efficiency solve is responsive. Its local record includes 556 focused cases after the corrected reference fixture, full compilation, Java 8 API compilation, formatting/hooks/Javadocs and documentation checks. Exact-head CI has 30 successful checks, two active Java 21 fast suites and one intentional skip, with no completed failure; no review or discussion thread is recorded. Relative to current master, the head is one commit ahead and two behind.
  • Counted PVT increment — #4776: draft, mergeable #4776 is preserved at 8fb9d604bcc1add4a66788a3d30c1214caa97684, one commit ahead and zero behind current master. Its opt-in gas-density consistency gate freezes source/bounds evidence without retuning either EOS checkpoint or changing ordinary simulation behavior. Sixteen paths change (1,073 additions, 2 deletions); the record includes 96 focused Java tests across the stated selections, independent Decimal replay, schema/example qualification, Java 8 API compilation, formatting/hooks/Javadocs/checkstyle and documentation evidence. Exact-head CI has 30 successes, two active Java 21 fast suites and one intentional skip, with no completed failure; no review or discussion thread is recorded.
  • Counted pipeline increment — #4778: draft, mergeable #4778 is preserved at 2561eb8df00baab7f7b33f55ca0c6b27c629f8ac, one commit ahead and zero behind current master. It adds the explicit signed stratified cross-sectional pressure-moment query and independent quadrature/force qualification, but no solver call site, phase-force/energy coupling, boundary transfer or dynamic retention claim. Seventeen paths change (4,319 additions, 1 deletion); 16 focused and 83 broader selected tests, Java 8 API compilation, numerical refinements, timing observation and repository gates are recorded. Exact-head CI has 30 successes, two active Java 21 fast suites and one intentional skip, with no completed failure; no review or discussion thread is recorded.
  • Excluded validation draft: #4772 advanced externally to preserved head f3c0693bfdee814c296dcf822bfa44a9411a95eb for the auditor's non-finite-residual repair. It remains tests, tooling, evidence resources and documentation only, with no production Java, model equation, database tuple, default or tolerance, so it is excluded from implementation occupancy. It is two commits ahead and five behind current master; 29 exact-head checks pass and the Java 8 Ubuntu/Windows jobs are active, with no failure, review or discussion thread.
  • External non-campaign work and overlap: non-draft #4777 is a separate hackathon/plugin and well-planning contribution with no linked issue or autonomous draft capability contract, so it is excluded from autonomous occupancy. It is three commits ahead of current master. #4775, #4776, #4777 and #4778 all touch the generated engineering-coverage snapshot; #4776 and #4777 also touch the reference-manual index. Owner sequencing is therefore mandatory before any integration-sensitive action.
  • Roadmap gate: issue #3153 remains open with 176 comments and no new Package 3/D196 acceptance. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Seven free numeric slots do not override engineering acceptance, dependency readiness, the capability contract, one-active-PR-for-#3153, ownership coordination or safe draft publication, so no #3153 implementation PR was opened.
  • Continuity: active PR heads were preserved exactly. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, this campaign changed no source, branch head, base, workflow, review, readiness, merge/closure state, issue lifecycle, replacement, restart, abandonment or peer-owned work.

1/10ca — 2026-10-31

At 19:57 CET, protected master is dec452829dd44cb62c4bdf592c93e3538e593d3a. Autonomous implementation occupancy is 1/10, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling.

  • Merged turnover: #4775 preserved compressor-repair head e26f8cf61d81752fe28e1a11d6f512c5d118894c and merged externally at 18:22 CET as c1f9806059534aad0d8a1bbf3702031d73829527. #4776 preserved PVT evidence-gate head 8fb9d604bcc1add4a66788a3d30c1214caa97684 and merged externally at 18:23 CET as current master dec452829dd44cb62c4bdf592c93e3538e593d3a. Each exact source head is terminal green with 34 successful checks and one intentional skip. These lifecycle changes were external; this campaign performed no merge, readiness transition, retry, rebase or head mutation.
  • Sole counted implementation — #4778: draft, mergeable #4778 advanced externally to preserved head ad660101dc40f7cfb5046a3afd6929a77a7a5630. The implementation remains the signed stratified cross-sectional pressure-moment query from parent 2561eb8df00baab7f7b33f55ca0c6b27c629f8ac; the second commit adds an independent 80-digit series auditor and evidence only, with no production/API/solver change. The recorded 222 controls across six diameters and traces to h/D=1e-16 report maximum normalized moment error 7.413e-17 D³, minority moment/area relative errors 4.850e-16 / 6.418e-16, and 100→160-term refinement change no larger than 1.469e-38 D³. The complete PR has two commits, 23 changed paths, 5,169 additions and one deletion. Exact-head CI has 32 successes, two active Java 8 suites and one intentional skip, with no completed failure; no review or discussion thread is recorded. Relative to current master, it is two commits ahead and two behind. No dynamic-pool, transfer or predictive-evaporation qualification is inferred.
  • Excluded validation draft — #4772: draft, mergeable #4772 advanced externally to preserved head f9d1b8c4db66613142ad3cb25598067e78e67fad. The third commit explicitly runs the pure-CO₂ auditor's 384 valid rows and 30 corruption controls in both hosted Python jobs and adds workflow source-data triggers. The complete scope remains 11 test/tooling/workflow/evidence/documentation paths, with no production Java, database, model equation, parameter, default or tolerance, so it remains excluded from implementation occupancy. Exact-head CI has 29 successes and two active Java 8 suites, with no failure, review or discussion thread; the head is three commits ahead and seven behind current master. Its stale twenty-target/twenty-four-ceiling sentence was corrected to 1/10 with ten as target and absolute ceiling without changing its head, base, source, draft state or lifecycle.
  • Excluded documentation draft — #4779: new draft, mergeable #4779 is preserved at 91c37c3aa4bab4e4e9c1f57e34f69929931cb1a5, based exactly on current master. It adds an executable compressor chart-to-efficiency quick start and literal documentation regression in two documentation/test paths only, with no production implementation, so it consumes no implementation slot. Validation is pending: four checks pass, twelve are active and one is queued, with no completed failure or discussion thread. Its initial classification of #4772 as a second implementation capability was corrected to the authoritative 1/10 without changing the head, base, source, draft state or lifecycle.
  • External non-campaign work and overlap: non-draft #4777 advanced externally to cdd1aa774e556f83b10cf82bc3bd17e8de3e464d. It remains a separate hackathon/plugin and well-planning contribution without a linked issue or autonomous draft capability contract, and is excluded from autonomous occupancy. Its current CI has 36 successes, two active Java 8 suites and one intentional skip; no completed failure or discussion thread is recorded. It is four commits ahead and two behind current master. #4777 and #4778 both touch the generated engineering-coverage snapshot, so owner sequencing remains mandatory.
  • Roadmap gate: issue #3153 remains open with 176 comments and no new Package 3/D196 acceptance. D196 remains unaccepted, overlap-blocked and unstarted. Nine free numeric slots do not override engineering acceptance, dependency readiness, the capability contract, one-active-PR-for-#3153, ownership coordination or safe draft publication, so no #3153 implementation PR was opened.
  • Continuity: every active source head was preserved exactly. Apart from the two capacity-only PR-description corrections and these six ledger mirrors, this campaign changed no source, branch head, base, workflow, review, readiness, merge/closure state, issue lifecycle, replacement, restart, abandonment or peer-owned work.

0/10cb — 2026-11-01

At 00:00 CET, protected master is ab66ca997b22cf965ee7d6d9f63a8fc7b8559d92. Autonomous implementation occupancy is 0/10, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling.

  • Implementation turnover: #4778, the preceding sole implementation capability, preserved final head ad660101dc40f7cfb5046a3afd6929a77a7a5630 and merged externally at 23:23 CET as 3e4fc029a562d7a193658d11fe3b2dee77a3171e. Its complete 23-path signed stratified pressure-moment batch and independent 80-digit analytical-series evidence remain intact. The exact source head is terminal green with 34 successful checks and one intentional skip, including the complete Java 8/21 fast/slow, Javadoc, model-specification and repository-gate matrix. Independent review remained unrecorded at merge; no dynamic-pool, boundary-transfer or predictive-evaporation qualification is inferred.
  • Excluded validation turnover: #4772 preserved validation-only head f9d1b8c4db66613142ad3cb25598067e78e67fad and merged externally at 23:23 CET as ea7a5d494d87d5c379af44fa5b20a1e8b20613bf. All 31 exact-head checks pass. Its three commits remain confined to eleven workflow/test/tooling/evidence/documentation paths and change no production Java, database, model equation, parameter, default or tolerance. No review or discussion thread is recorded.
  • External turnover: non-campaign #4777 preserved head cdd1aa774e556f83b10cf82bc3bd17e8de3e464d and merged externally at 23:23 CET as 42344525009342d1b730b6bd6363bc3ae1631048; its final matrix has 38 successes and one intentional skip. Test/documentation-only #4780 preserved head 493de4b37a65936473e9e2c88465446777b9f7ce and merged externally at 23:24 CET as current master ab66ca997b22cf965ee7d6d9f63a8fc7b8559d92; all 31 exact-head checks pass. Neither consumes current autonomous implementation capacity.
  • Remaining open documentation draft: #4779 is the repository's only open PR and is preserved as draft, mergeable head 4e0456d6c040fa9806559e4d4183af6ff64584a8. Its four commits modify only the compressor guide and its executable documentation test. The latest narrow repair wraps the marked Java fence in Jekyll raw tags without changing the extracted Java source, production code, solver behavior, API, numerical model, tolerance or test contract. Exact-head CI has 24 successes and four active jobs—two Java 21 fast suites and two slow shards—with no completed failure, submitted review or discussion thread. It remains excluded from implementation occupancy.
  • Capacity metadata: a newly appended stale twenty-target/twenty-four-ceiling statement in merged #4772 and both stale 1/20/1/24 statements in #4779 were corrected to 0/10 with ten as target and absolute global ceiling. These were PR-description-only corrections; source, heads, bases, checks and lifecycle states were unchanged.
  • Roadmap gate: issue #3153 remains open with 176 comments and no new Package 3/D196 acceptance. D196 remains unaccepted and unstarted. Ten free numeric slots do not override engineering acceptance, dependency readiness, the capability contract, one-active-PR-for-#3153, ownership coordination or safe draft publication, so no #3153 implementation PR was opened.
  • Documentation impact: none for #3153; this checkpoint records external merges, exact-head validation, capacity classification and metadata corrections only.
  • Continuity: all source heads were preserved exactly. Apart from the three capacity-only description replacements and these six ledger mirrors, this campaign changed no source, branch head, base, workflow, review, readiness, merge/closure state, issue lifecycle, replacement, restart, abandonment or peer-owned work.

1/10cc — 2026-11-01

  • Timestamp: 2026-11-01 03:59 CET.
  • Protected base: master is d24fa0f81538257027c1dce4cad5a98c37e4a268, the verified merge commit for documentation/test-only #4779. #4779 preserved source head 4e0456d6c040fa9806559e4d4183af6ff64584a8 and finished with 31/31 exact-head checks passing.
  • Autonomous implementation occupancy: 1/10. Draft #4781 is the sole positively identified autonomous implementation capability and remains preserved, mergeable, at exact head 8e0263d9bf6ba855def4d5c2031063b07bce207c. Its two production Java changes implement native DLE/CVD depletion-state handoff with tests, retained independent evidence, documentation and capability registration. Exact-head CI has 30 successes, one intentional skip and two active Java 21 fast suites.
  • Engineering gate on #4781: the independent DLE reference passes at maximum relative volume error 1.066e-13; the full independent CVD reference remains outside its frozen 1e-6 bounds at 6.530e-6 relative volume and 5.620e-6 mol inventory error. The conditional scan-pressure reference passes, isolating saturation-reference initialization without qualifying independently predicted dew pressure. #4781 remains draft and not ready to merge; coordination with #2937 is still required before any shared saturation-boundary repair.
  • Excluded evidence capabilities: draft #4782 at 7c1e1864d72b50e18f1c2eeac576cf4154f24a0c changes only the pressure-moment evidence auditor, retained repair evidence, tests and Python CI; all 29 checks pass. Draft #4783 at c5244c58b68cb70bf02d6d1ba7ad389decc61a00 changes only HV cost diagnostics/tests/evidence, its guide and Python CI. It had 25 successes and two active fast suites; slow shard 1 failed before test execution because Maven Central transiently reported surefire-junit-platform:3.6.1 absent, and the aggregate slow gate consequently failed. A safe failed-jobs rerun was attempted, but GitHub refused it while the workflow remained in progress; no retry, source or head change occurred. Both remain excluded from implementation occupancy.
  • Overlap coordination: #4782 and #4783 both modify .github/workflows/ai-devtools-python-tests.yml; publication remains owner-sequenced. #4781 is one commit behind current master only because #4779 changed compressor documentation/test paths and remains mergeable; no synchronization or rebase was performed.
  • Capacity metadata: #4781's newly appended twenty-target/twenty-four-ceiling portfolio sentence was corrected to 1/10 with ten as target and absolute global ceiling. This was description-only; its source, exact head, base, draft state, checks and engineering gate were unchanged.
  • Roadmap gate: issue #3153 remains open with 176 comments and no new Package 3/D196 acceptance. D196 remains unaccepted and unstarted. Nine free numeric slots do not override engineering acceptance, dependency readiness, the capability contract, one-active-PR-for-#3153, ownership coordination or safe draft publication, so no #3153 implementation PR was opened.
  • Documentation impact: none for #3153; this checkpoint records exact-head portfolio classification, external documentation turnover, a capacity-description correction and an infrastructure-only CI rerun.
  • Continuity: all source heads were preserved exactly. Apart from the one capacity-only PR-description replacement, the safe failed-jobs rerun and these six ledger mirrors, this campaign changed no source, branch head, base, review, readiness, merge/closure state, issue lifecycle, replacement, restart, abandonment or peer-owned work.

2/10cd — 2026-11-01

  • Timestamp: 2026-11-01 07:58 CET.
  • Protected base: master is a049b0c147a7dc27999f4182fe8f7c5041614daa. Since the prior checkpoint, implementation #4781 preserved head 8e0263d9bf6ba855def4d5c2031063b07bce207c and merged as c37ca8ecee6109dac1bd4c5cc13c5ee75b1fb047 with 34 successes and one intentional skip; evidence repair #4782 preserved head 7c1e1864d72b50e18f1c2eeac576cf4154f24a0c and merged as d24403ccdf41fd6d9003b84537784f2953bc256f with 29/29 checks passing. External documentation #4787 then merged as current master with ten successes and eight intentional skips.
  • Autonomous implementation occupancy: 2/10. #4784 is preserved, mergeable, at exact head facd96d5c61a79a9414809787ae1f051572a6000; it changes the constant-duty pressure-flash implementation, regression contract and generated capability coverage. Exact-head CI has 27 successes, one intentional skip and two active Java 21 fast suites. #4786 is preserved as a mergeable draft at exact head 39b2a1c5b70f4da977eec1866644caf93b4d218f; it corrects differentiable-flash sensitivities and batch property gradients with tests, retained benchmarks, documentation and capability coverage. Exact-head CI has 28 successes, one intentional skip and two active Java 21 fast suites.
  • Readiness and ownership: neither implementation is classified READY TO MERGE while exact-head fast suites and independent thermodynamic review remain outstanding. #4784 is currently non-draft although its description says “Draft only”; that externally established lifecycle state was preserved. Both reference #2937 ownership and modify src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json, so generated-coverage publication remains owner-sequenced even though their production classes are distinct.
  • Excluded validation capability: #4783 remains a draft test/evidence/workflow capability, excluded from implementation occupancy, at preserved exact head 323f6f57ec000ee6d0285cb8454e6cb0ca323dc9. Its bounded repair recognizes Surefire provider-resolution MojoExecutionException as infrastructure-retry evidence and adds regression coverage without changing production thermodynamics. The prior Maven-resolution failure is cleared on this head: 27 checks pass and only the Ubuntu/Windows Java 21 fast suites remain active.
  • Scientific boundary retained after #4781 merge: its independent DLE reference passes at maximum relative volume error 1.066e-13, while the full independent CVD reference remains outside the frozen 1e-6 bounds at 6.530e-6 relative volume and 5.620e-6 mol inventory error. Merge status does not convert that disclosed saturation-reference limitation into qualification; #2937 coordination remains required.
  • Capacity metadata: no open PR contains lower generic portfolio wording requiring correction. Eight numeric slots remain, subject to ownership, overlap, engineering acceptance, capability contracts and safe publication.
  • Roadmap gate: issue #3153 remains open with 176 comments and no new Package 3/D196 acceptance. D196 remains unaccepted and unstarted. Capacity alone does not authorize a #3153 implementation, so no new #3153 PR was opened.
  • Documentation impact: none for #3153; this checkpoint records verified external merges, exact-head portfolio classification, validation boundaries and overlap ownership only.
  • Continuity: all active and historical source heads were preserved exactly. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, this campaign changed no PR description, source, branch head, base, workflow, review, readiness, merge/closure state, issue lifecycle, replacement, restart, rebase, abandonment or peer-owned work.

4/10ce — 2026-11-01

  • Timestamp: 2026-11-01 11:55 CET.
  • Protected base: master is 0ed75c2f10d9030ec8d9270c51e4ade28f5603f8. Since the prior checkpoint, implementation #4790 preserved head 0597bed7a5450316c9a1b8701ab3febe23c2c524 and merged as 20b4dbb3409c2101c0b8f14e4eabeb912b7b1a83 with 13 successes and eight intentional skips. Documentation #4788 preserved head 04a7c557d55849d2a67c533a3835f50887344ce5 and then merged as current master with 11 successes and eight intentional skips.
  • Autonomous implementation occupancy: 4/10. #4784 is preserved, mergeable and non-draft at facd96d5c61a79a9414809787ae1f051572a6000; its exact-head matrix is terminal green with 31 successes and one intentional skip. #4786 is preserved as a mergeable draft at 39b2a1c5b70f4da977eec1866644caf93b4d218f; 32 checks succeed and one is intentionally skipped. #4791 is preserved as a mergeable draft at 8e88e8755a3422474ca1a50402bff5935858887d; 34 checks succeed, one is intentionally skipped and both Java 8 suites remain active. #4792 is preserved as a mergeable draft at ba857a5487dfeb018e7179d407d425d45da09ae5; 32 checks succeed and one is intentionally skipped.
  • Engineering readiness: no implementation is classified READY TO MERGE by this campaign. #4784's externally established non-draft lifecycle is preserved even though its description still says “Draft only”; independent thermodynamic review remains outstanding. #4786 likewise awaits independent thermodynamic review. #4791 remains explicitly blocked for transient qualification: enabled pressure moments accept only the 0.25 s historical ramp interval, while requested 0.5/0.375 s intervals violate the unchanged face-volume bound; no blowdown, pool-retention or evaporation result is claimed. #4792 independently qualifies the closed-mass CCE handoff but awaits independent review and does not resolve the separate CVD saturation-reference gate or complete #4740.
  • Excluded validation capabilities: #4783, preserved draft head 323f6f57ec000ee6d0285cb8454e6cb0ca323dc9, changes tests/evidence/workflows only and is terminal green at 31/31 checks after its Maven-resolution retry repair. #4789, preserved draft head dd4fa68296d4e407391af4def2a64358fdd9aba2, persists optimizer migration evidence in acceptance-workflow/devtools paths without adding process physics; all 33 checks pass. Both remain excluded from autonomous implementation occupancy.
  • Overlap coordination: all four implementation branches modify src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json. #4786 and #4792 also overlap in docs/REFERENCE_MANUAL_INDEX.md; #4784/#4786 share #2937 ownership, while #4784/#4792 intersect #4740 scope. Publication therefore remains owner-sequenced despite distinct primary production classes. No branch was synchronized or rebased.
  • Capacity metadata: no open PR contains lower generic portfolio wording requiring correction. Six numeric slots remain, subject to campaign ownership, one-active-PR rules, overlap, engineering acceptance, capability contracts and safe publication.
  • Roadmap gate: issue #3153 remains open with 176 comments and no new Package 3/D196 acceptance. D196 remains unaccepted and unstarted. Capacity alone does not authorize a #3153 implementation, so no new #3153 PR was opened.
  • Documentation impact: none for #3153; this checkpoint records verified turnover, exact-head validation, scientific boundaries, capacity classification and overlap ownership only.

Since checkpoint 4/10ce, #4784 preserved head facd96d5c61a79a9414809787ae1f051572a6000 and merged as e5ae8cb70cb09d490140e1eef62f0ab25763545f; #4786 preserved head 39b2a1c5b70f4da977eec1866644caf93b4d218f and merged as 22736c48b4a2ed104410d5967c51c33a861b6d04; #4791 advanced externally to final head 9edb9987bfd9c6ae206719d0725da38ff2970070 and merged as f0c9d00286cc2146b4bea3e2efb41bf0dc633ca3; #4792 preserved head ba857a5487dfeb018e7179d407d425d45da09ae5 and merged as 1c3af65994f809f4bbea3e2efb41bf0dc633ca3. Every final exact-head workflow group is terminal green. The externally advanced #4791 head was recorded, not recreated, replaced, rebased or overwritten.
  • Autonomous implementation occupancy: 3/10, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling. Draft #4797 is preserved, mergeable, at a58e738c0f9984b47e1afd5e6e6c3ba267ad6f68; 25 checks succeed and only the two Java 8 platform jobs remain active. Draft #4798 is preserved, mergeable, at 9b9c784a77f9ed76b42f8640423e7e1756a0c347; 24 checks succeed and the two Java 21 fast suites remain active. Draft #4800 is preserved, mergeable, at d954815fd6ea93e8c8e4614e21b6fe9b8188761b; 23 checks succeed, two Java 21 fast suites remain active, and Skills/Agents lint has one reproduced base-owned #4799 packaging failure.
  • Engineering readiness: none is classified READY TO MERGE. #4797 reduces the independent native-CVD retained-volume error from 6.5302e-6 to 4.7298e-11 and inventory/withdrawal error to 4.0698e-11 mol, but independent review and complete hosted CI remain pending and the batch does not complete #4740. #4798 qualifies only the static cross-sectional gravitational-energy budget; it does not qualify dynamic pool position, drainage, refill or evaporation, and complete exact-head CI plus independent domain review remain pending. #4800 qualifies the opt-in sampled temperature-transmitter/control chain, but whole-cooler adaptive rollback remains unsupported and its inherited packaging failure is not branch-attributable.
  • Overlap coordination: all three implementation branches modify src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json. #4797 retains #4740/#2937 ownership, #4798 retains #3298/#2907 ownership, and #4800 retains #2911 ownership. Their primary production files are distinct, but generated-coverage publication remains owner-sequenced. No branch was synchronized or rebased.
  • Capacity metadata: #4797's stale “2/20 target and 2/24 ceiling” sentence was replaced with the authoritative 3/10, with ten as target and absolute ceiling. This was PR-description-only; its exact head, base, draft state, source and checks were unchanged. No other open PR contains lower generic portfolio wording.
  • Roadmap gate: issue #3153 remains open with 176 comments and no new Package 3/D196 acceptance. D196 remains unaccepted and unstarted. Seven free numeric slots do not override engineering acceptance, dependency readiness, the capability contract, one-active-PR-for-#3153, ownership coordination or safe draft publication, so no #3153 implementation PR was opened.
  • Documentation impact: none for #3153; this checkpoint records verified turnover, exact-head validation, scientific boundaries, capacity classification, one metadata correction and overlap ownership only.
  • Continuity: all three active heads and all historical heads were preserved exactly. Apart from the #4797 capacity-only description replacement and these six ledger mirrors, this campaign changed no source, branch head, base, workflow, retry, review, readiness, merge/closure state, issue lifecycle, replacement, restart, rebase, abandonment or peer-owned work.

  • Timestamp: 2026-11-02 00:01 CET.
  • Protected base and turnover: master is 5d0edbdf6f9e75a89f8f7337b4769d8cb24b2694, the merge commit for #4804's toolkit-packaging repair. Since checkpoint 3/10cf, #4797 preserved final head a58e738c0f9984b47e1afd5e6e6c3ba267ad6f68 and merged as 8eb8b60895d24d56118556daffe27f72c7545790; every exact-head workflow group is terminal green. #4798 advanced externally to final head dcca42e4fb277e24aa0a35f59f2b2fed231f8fb5 and merged as f109b37006dc636f9132ea6bb4de5a21f98699c4; nine auxiliary groups and seventeen core jobs pass, while only the two Java 8 platform jobs remain active with no completed failure. The externally advanced #4798 head was recorded, not recreated, replaced, rebased or overwritten. #4804 preserved head 47cf7cef84d8d72d04469ef26c74d134ba5a1316 and merged with every workflow group green.
  • Autonomous implementation occupancy: 1/10, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling. Draft #4800 is the sole positively identified autonomous implementation capability and is preserved, mergeable, at current exact head 22aa495d99e361c7c9764a56ba64086108904d8f on current base. Its head advanced externally after 3/10cf; this campaign made no competing source, branch or base write. Eight auxiliary workflow groups pass, including Skills/Agents lint after #4804, and fifteen core jobs pass; only the Ubuntu and Windows Java 21 fast suites remain active, with no completed failure.
  • Engineering readiness: #4800 is not classified READY TO MERGE while its two exact-head fast suites and independent engineering review remain outstanding. It qualifies the opt-in sampled temperature-transmitter/control chain, but does not qualify whole-cooler adaptive rollback, vendor thermal design, SIL performance or an independent protection layer.
  • Excluded validation capability: draft #4805 is preserved, mergeable, at b130679b54e64a77befe1779b00f158751288c59. Its 28 changed paths are confined to validation workflow, tests, documentation and retained HV performance/research evidence; the production evaluator remains exactly master. Eighteen checks pass and four core jobs remain active, with no completed failure. It therefore does not consume autonomous implementation capacity.
  • Overlap coordination: #4800 remains owned by #2911. #4805 retains #4576/#4573/#2939 evidence ownership and changes no production or generated engineering-coverage file. Their changed-file sets do not overlap; no owner-sequencing intervention, synchronization or rebase was required.
  • Capacity metadata: neither open PR contains lower three-, five-, twenty- or twenty-four-capability generic portfolio wording requiring correction. Nine numeric slots remain, subject to campaign ownership, one-active-PR rules, overlap, engineering acceptance, capability contracts and safe publication.
  • Documentation impact: none for #3153; this checkpoint records verified turnover, exact-head validation, scientific boundaries, capacity classification and ownership only.
  • Continuity: both active heads and all historical heads were preserved exactly. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, this campaign changed no PR description, source, branch head, base, workflow, retry, review, readiness, merge/closure state, issue lifecycle, replacement, restart, rebase, abandonment or peer-owned work.

4/10ch — 2026-11-02

  • Timestamp: 2026-11-02 04:02 CET.
  • Protected base: master remains 5d0edbdf6f9e75a89f8f7337b4769d8cb24b2694.
  • Autonomous implementation occupancy: 4/10, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling. #4800 is preserved, mergeable and draft at 22aa495d99e361c7c9764a56ba64086108904d8f; all nine workflow groups and all nineteen Core jobs pass. #4806 is preserved, mergeable and draft at c3f6bd055cc0590c982faf85c5c983054e93063a; eight auxiliary groups and fifteen Core jobs pass, while the Ubuntu and Windows Java 21 fast suites remain active. #4807 is preserved, mergeable and draft at c95c1de658bf1712e248a1528b76f90bbe18b224; nine auxiliary groups and fifteen Core jobs pass, while the two Java 21 fast suites remain active. #4809 is preserved, mergeable and draft at c2b9eac5fe85120c89703fa90f9044d06d6d588e; eight auxiliary groups and fifteen Core jobs pass, while the two Java 21 fast suites remain active. No completed failure is present on any implementation head.
  • Engineering readiness: no implementation is classified READY TO MERGE. #4800 has complete exact-head CI but no submitted independent maintainer/domain review and retains its unsupported whole-cooler adaptive-rollback boundary. #4806 repairs native CVD fixed-volume withdrawal after liquid disappearance but leaves #4740's measured wet/critical, holdout, field-chain, aquifer/Bayesian, multi-tank and Tran2025 acceptance open. #4807 adds an explicit external heat boundary to release inventory but is not a predictive fire, wall-inertia, interfacial-transfer or qualified blowdown model; source frames remain unqualified. #4809 corrects optional Rusanov total-energy diffusion but does not enable a solver fallback or qualify coupled wet/dry phase-front transport, pooling, refill or evaporation.
  • Excluded capabilities: #4805 is preserved, mergeable and draft at 7f9dd0130212e19649eab712c1fc7b9763176e41; it changes validation workflow, tests, documentation and retained HV evidence while leaving the production evaluator unchanged. Twenty-two checks pass and only Java 21 Windows remains active. #4808 is preserved, mergeable and draft at a892d0cae90a6b5a57959a5e57f7d0615c34e04e; it changes only pump documentation and its executable documentation test. Twenty-two checks pass and the two Java 8 platform jobs remain active. Both are excluded from autonomous implementation occupancy. Dependabot #4810-#4813 are unrelated maintenance and excluded.
  • Overlap coordination: all four implementation branches modify src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json. #4800 retains #2911 ownership, #4806 retains #4740/#2937 ownership, #4807 retains #3860 ownership, and #4809 retains #3298/#2907 ownership. Their primary production files are distinct, but generated-coverage publication remains owner-sequenced. No branch was synchronized or rebased.
  • Capacity metadata: #4800's conflicting 5/20 target and 24-ceiling statement was replaced with the authoritative 4/10, ten target and absolute ceiling. #4805's stale one-implementation-PR statement and #4808's stale 3/10 occupancy sentence were corrected to the current four occupants. These were description-only changes; exact heads, bases, source, draft states and checks were unchanged. No open PR retains lower generic portfolio wording.
  • Roadmap gate: issue #3153 remains open with 176 comments and no new Package 3/D196 acceptance. D196 remains unaccepted and unstarted. Six free numeric slots do not override engineering acceptance, dependency readiness, the capability contract, one-active-PR-for-#3153, ownership coordination or safe draft publication, so no #3153 implementation PR was opened.
  • Documentation impact: none for #3153; this checkpoint records exact-head portfolio classification, validation boundaries, overlap ownership and capacity-description corrections only.
  • Continuity: all active and historical heads were preserved exactly. Apart from the three capacity-only PR-description replacements and these six ledger mirrors, this campaign changed no source, branch head, base, workflow, retry, review, readiness, merge/closure state, issue lifecycle, replacement, restart, rebase, abandonment or peer-owned work.

0/10ci — 2026-11-02

  • Timestamp: 2026-11-02 07:55 CET.
  • Protected base: master is cfe19920f508047341547a5af5eab92ad41fcb89, the merge commit for #4809.
  • Autonomous implementation occupancy: 0/10, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling. #4800 preserved final head 22aa495d99e361c7c9764a56ba64086108904d8f and merged as 98893a50a5fc88e04cb2940a6c529338752a8b10; all nine workflow groups and all nineteen Core jobs pass. #4806 preserved final head c3f6bd055cc0590c982faf85c5c983054e93063a and merged as 3e46e72d69ee59e0798213c10c4f9fc973b26ff1; every workflow group is terminal green. #4807 preserved final head c95c1de658bf1712e248a1528b76f90bbe18b224 and merged as 12a9b509469ad51b3241e7fd16516181ebe61b1b; every workflow group is terminal green. #4809 advanced externally to final head 64c19c1295959f1d190f2141582025b7c71aa23f and merged as current master; nine auxiliary groups and seventeen Core jobs pass, while only the two Java 8 platform jobs remain active with no completed failure. The externally advanced #4809 head was recorded, not recreated, replaced, rebased or overwritten.
  • Scientific boundaries retained after merge: #4800 does not qualify whole-cooler adaptive rollback, vendor thermal design, SIL performance or an independent protection layer. #4806 does not complete #4740's measured wet/critical, holdout, field-chain, aquifer/Bayesian, multi-tank or Tran2025 acceptance. #4807 is not a predictive fire, wall-inertia, interfacial-transfer or qualified blowdown model; source frames remain unqualified. #4809 does not enable a Rusanov solver fallback or qualify coupled wet/dry phase-front transport, pooling, refill or evaporation.
  • Excluded turnover: validation-only #4805 preserved head 7f9dd0130212e19649eab712c1fc7b9763176e41 and merged as 5f558ce59fd82b69dbbda416c597673b6446ae0f; all seven workflow groups pass. Documentation/test-only #4808 preserved head a892d0cae90a6b5a57959a5e57f7d0615c34e04e and merged as 3d875c28117e6fc5532bd8e3fa75be95e23e74a6; all six workflow groups pass. Neither consumed implementation capacity.
  • Remaining open work: unrelated Dependabot #4810 is the repository's sole open PR and remains excluded from autonomous campaign capacity. Its exact head and lifecycle were preserved; this campaign made no repair or metadata write to it.
  • Capacity metadata: no open campaign PR remains and no lower generic portfolio wording requires correction. All ten numeric slots are free, subject to campaign ownership, one-active-PR rules, overlap, engineering acceptance, capability contracts and safe publication.
  • Documentation impact: none for #3153; this checkpoint records verified external turnover, exact-head validation, scientific boundaries and capacity classification only.
  • Continuity: all final and historical heads were preserved exactly. Apart from these six ledger mirrors, this campaign changed no PR description, source, branch head, base, workflow, retry, review, readiness, merge/closure state, issue lifecycle, replacement, restart, rebase, abandonment or peer-owned work.

3/10cj — 2026-11-02

  • Timestamp: 2026-11-02 12:06 CET.
  • Protected base: master remains cfe19920f508047341547a5af5eab92ad41fcb89.
  • Autonomous implementation occupancy: 3/10, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling. Draft #4817 is preserved and mergeable at 464d17b2abc17f9a05a1b1dabea00ac14e4cb0bc; its seven auxiliary workflow groups pass and 17 Core jobs pass, while only the two Java 8 platform jobs remain active. Draft #4818 is preserved and mergeable at dc24cf8bc19eb8b378f45a085713ce8a3967a2b5; its nine auxiliary groups and 17 Core jobs pass, while only the two Java 8 platform jobs remain active. Draft #4819 is preserved and mergeable at 5782a82de7277dc1d4547a04efde93fe1fe7e78a; its eight auxiliary groups and 17 Core jobs pass, while only the two Java 8 platform jobs remain active. No completed failure is present on any implementation head.
  • Engineering readiness and boundaries: none is classified READY TO MERGE because complete exact-head CI and independent maintainer/domain review remain outstanding; no submitted review or inline thread is recorded on any active PR. #4817 links optimizer map/driver evidence to accepted lifecycle replay but remains advisory and does not qualify equipment or authorize relaxation of OEM maps, protection settings, driver ratings or plant limits. #4818 adds opt-in conservative bidirectional phase-face transport but explicitly excludes unsplit multidirectional complementarity, sustained severe slugging, shutdown/cooldown/restart, coupled hydraulic pigging, experimental validation and field qualification. #4819 adds bounded wet closed-mass CCE handoff but excludes wet CVD/DLE, critical/withdrawal protocols, measured-fluid accuracy, global stability proof, black-oil interpretation, reservoir matching and recoverable-reserves claims.
  • Excluded documentation capability: draft #4816 is preserved and mergeable at d72814482c2eb462b9afa03ba9ac97b55f5306c7. It changes only the field-development overview and its executable documentation test, so it does not consume autonomous implementation capacity. All seven workflow groups and all 19 Core jobs pass; independent review remains absent.
  • Overlap coordination: #4818 and #4819 both modify src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json and therefore remain owner-sequenced despite distinct primary production scopes (#2907/#3298 versus #4740). #4817's lifecycle/report paths and #4816's documentation/test paths do not overlap those branches. No branch was synchronized or rebased.
  • Capacity metadata: #4816 contained two conflicting 3/20-target and 24-ceiling statements. Both were replaced with the authoritative 3/10, ten target and absolute ceiling contract. This was PR-description-only; its exact head, base, draft state, source and checks were unchanged. No other open PR contains lower generic portfolio wording requiring correction.
  • Documentation impact: none for #3153; this checkpoint records fresh portfolio classification, exact-head CI, engineering boundaries, overlap ownership and one capacity-description correction only.
  • Continuity: all four active heads and all historical mirror heads were preserved exactly. Apart from the #4816 capacity-only description replacement and these six ledger mirrors, this campaign changed no source, branch head, base, workflow, retry, review, readiness, merge/closure state, issue lifecycle, replacement, restart, rebase, abandonment or peer-owned work.

4/10ck — 2026-11-02

  • Timestamp: 2026-11-02 16:04 CET.
  • Protected base and turnover: master is a95f205ebb4b1591bb6e57ba980e2aa1ec9f015f, after documentation-only #4816 preserved head d72814482c2eb462b9afa03ba9ac97b55f5306c7 merged as c4b57f8ef0056445b868f7c0321336c50cf87e0f, implementation #4818 preserved head dc24cf8bc19eb8b378f45a085713ce8a3967a2b5 merged as d219b08cff86aa1d348ce2502508f962fe3c2b31, and a subsequent separator-geometry commit. #4816 and #4818 each completed all workflow groups and all 19 Core jobs successfully before merge.
  • Autonomous implementation occupancy: 4/10, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling. Draft #4817 is preserved and mergeable at 464d17b2abc17f9a05a1b1dabea00ac14e4cb0bc; all eight workflow groups and all 19 Core jobs pass. Draft #4819 is preserved and mergeable at 5782a82de7277dc1d4547a04efde93fe1fe7e78a; all nine workflow groups and all 19 Core jobs pass. Draft #4820 advanced externally during this run from 8db6fa17205671e18d3bb71de60f41bb20a163bf to merge-resolution head ba723d679f7380b1c64d4ac880633ac0c5eca725 on current base; it is preserved, draft and mergeable, with two workflow groups successful and eight active, and the currently listed Core jobs at two successful and three active. Draft #4821 is preserved and mergeable at 8dc8f3e7b2bd005aed68827fb144af418c8c751d; all nine exact-head workflow events ended action_required with zero jobs because the generated-head actor/trigger did not schedule execution, so no exact-head pass is claimed.
  • Engineering readiness and boundaries: none is classified READY TO MERGE and no active PR has a submitted review or inline thread. #4817 and #4819 have complete exact-head CI but still require independent maintainer/domain review. #4820 requires complete current-head CI plus independent safety/engineering review; its finite-rate retained partition is prescribed-coefficient sensitivity evidence, not independent correlation, wall/fire, entrainment, reactive, phase-appearance or full-bore qualification. #4821 requires an actually scheduled exact-head JDK run and independent review; its gas-only pressure takeoff does not qualify the full 5 km blowdown, resolved pools, refill/hold, carryover, or predictive evaporation scope.
  • Excluded documentation capability: draft #4822 is preserved and mergeable at 372afa629ff8541ab949211e329b57b0d7a8f052. It changes only the flow-assurance overview and its executable documentation test, so it does not consume autonomous implementation capacity. Five auxiliary groups and 17 Core jobs pass; only the two Java 8 platform jobs remain active.
  • Overlap coordination: #4819, #4820 and #4821 all modify src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json and therefore remain owner-sequenced across #4740, #3860 and #4674/#2907/#3298. #4817's optimizer lifecycle/report paths and #4822's documentation/test paths do not overlap them. No branch was synchronized or rebased by this campaign.
  • Capacity metadata: fresh external updates appended obsolete 2/20 and 5/20 target statements with a 24 ceiling to #4817 and #4819. Both were replaced with the authoritative 4/10, ten target and absolute ceiling contract. These were description-only writes after exact-head checks; source, heads, bases, draft states and checks were unchanged.
  • Documentation impact: none for #3153; this checkpoint records verified turnover, current exact-head validation, engineering boundaries, overlap ownership and two capacity-description corrections only.
  • Continuity: the externally advanced #4820 head was detected and reassessed before any ledger write; no stale write was made. All current and historical heads were preserved exactly. Apart from the #4817/#4819 capacity-only description replacements and these six ledger mirrors, this campaign changed no source, branch head, base, workflow, retry, review, readiness, merge/closure state, issue lifecycle, replacement, restart, rebase, abandonment or peer-owned work.

4/10cl — 2026-11-02

  • Timestamp: 2026-11-02 19:59 CET.
  • Protected base and turnover: master is 49b4a283d0d9bf2b9c15bc32176faf95c49f007b. Since checkpoint 4/10ck, implementation #4817 preserved final head 464d17b2abc17f9a05a1b1dabea00ac14e4cb0bc and merged as 688aaf8d8873540de0ea2c03d7513111a4b07074; implementation #4819 preserved final head 5782a82de7277dc1d4547a04efde93fe1fe7e78a and merged as 67ac70182621d43be89f83a2ddef335606cfcfcc; documentation-only #4822 preserved final head 372afa629ff8541ab949211e329b57b0d7a8f052 and merged as current master. Every final exact-head workflow group and all 19 Core jobs passed on each merged PR.
  • Autonomous implementation occupancy: 4/10, with ten both the target and absolute global ceiling. Draft #4820 is preserved and mergeable at d926432553877c01e36bc9f6774450988429d0a2; nine auxiliary workflow groups pass and 17 Core jobs pass, while the two Java 8 platform jobs remain active. Draft #4821 is preserved and mergeable at 8dc8f3e7b2bd005aed68827fb144af418c8c751d; eight auxiliary groups and 18 Core jobs pass, while Java 8 Windows remains active. Draft #4824 is preserved and mergeable at 792cd84b15f91fb440a26a605dbd9bfa0158d04c; eight auxiliary groups and 16 currently materialized Core jobs pass, while Java 21 Windows remains active. Draft #4825 is preserved and mergeable at 36b6827e3cf5e823a649a9030554c615125d85f8; eight auxiliary groups and 15 currently materialized Core jobs pass, while the two Java 21 platform jobs remain active. No completed failure is present.
  • Engineering readiness and boundaries: none is classified READY TO MERGE and no open PR has a submitted review or inline thread. #4820 retains finite-rate phase inventory with activation still UNVERIFIED and source evidence UNQUALIFIED; it is not independent correlation, wall/fire, entrainment, reactive, phase-appearance or full-bore qualification. #4821's gas-only pressure outlet does not qualify the full 5 km blowdown, resolved low-point pools, refill/hold, carryover or predictive evaporation scope. #4824's wet DLE handoff remains synthetic model-consistency evidence and does not complete #4740's measured calibration/holdout, wet-CVD/critical, field-chain, aquifer/Bayesian, multi-tank or Tran2025 gates. #4825 qualifies only an opt-in sampled inlet-flow chain and does not establish vendor meter/valve dynamics, alarm/trip settings, detector coverage, IPL/SIL, voting, HAZOP or SRS approval.
  • Excluded evidence capability: draft #4823 is preserved and mergeable at 74d6385035cdcf0865009a161e89d51925bc867d. It changes workflow, audit tooling, documentation and quarantined CO2-MEG source receipts but no production Java, parameter tuple or runtime model path, so it does not consume autonomous implementation capacity. Five auxiliary groups and 17 Core jobs pass; only the two Java 8 platform jobs remain active.
  • Overlap coordination: #4820, #4821, #4824 and #4825 all modify src/main/resources/neqsim/mcp/engineering-coverage.json. #4820 and #4825 also overlap the dynamic capability contract, while #4821 and #4825 overlap dynamic-simulation routing. Publication therefore remains owner-sequenced across #3860, #4674/#2907/#3298, #4740 and #2911. #4823 is an isolated evidence batch. No branch was synchronized or rebased by this campaign.
  • Capacity metadata: #4820 received fresh obsolete 4/20 target and 24-ceiling wording after the prior checkpoint. It was replaced with the authoritative 4/10, ten target and absolute ceiling contract after an exact-head check. This was description-only; source, head, base, draft state and checks were unchanged.
  • Documentation impact: none for #3153; this checkpoint records verified turnover, exact-head validation, engineering boundaries, evidence classification, overlap ownership and one capacity-description correction only.
  • Continuity: all current and historical heads were preserved exactly. Apart from the #4820 capacity-only description replacement and these six ledger mirrors, this campaign changed no source, branch head, base, workflow, retry, review, readiness, merge/closure state, issue lifecycle, replacement, restart, rebase, abandonment or peer-owned work.

At 23:56 CET, master is 8830c7141f9561227e8f08a9c97cbc8c05d26eeb. #4820/#4821/#4824/#4825 merged from preserved terminal-green heads; evidence-only #4823 and docs/test-only #4826 also merged green and remain excluded. Implementation #4827 merged from preserved green head 3627f9a7e97e274f66860c8297b9f82be7c38ca9.

Occupancy is 1/10. Non-draft, mergeable #4829 is preserved at d0e195436d1d7093118d1efab7a2b65ceba3f783: seven auxiliary groups and 17/19 Core jobs pass; Java 8 Ubuntu/Windows remain active. No review/thread exists; field calibration and production qualification remain outside scope. Its 20/24 capacity metadata was corrected description-only to 1/10 after a head check.

#3153 still has 176 comments; D196 remains unaccepted/unstarted, so no #3153 PR opened. All heads preserved; no source/base/workflow/retry/review/readiness/lifecycle/rebase or peer-owned change.

At 03:56 CET, master remains 8830c7141…; occupancy is 1/10. #4829 is preserved at d0e195436d1d7093118d1efab7a2b65ceba3f783, mergeable and fully green across 8 groups/19 Core jobs, but not ready because independent reservoir/well-test review is absent. Its field-calibration and production limits remain.

Docs/test-only #4830 is excluded at 001100519f7b33e58d42c6f1161ef5c9dfae43c1; six auxiliary groups and 17/19 Core jobs pass, with two Java 8 jobs active. It has no path overlap with #4829.

#4829's restored 20/24 wording was corrected description-only to 1/10 after a head check. #3153 still has 176 comments; D196 remains unaccepted/unstarted, so no #3153 PR opened. All heads preserved.

3/10co — 2026-11-03

Master 3204f16e…; occupancy 3/10: #4831 1e197b74…, #4832 59fdbc0c…, #4834 0451da0f…. All are mergeable, failure-free so far and unreviewed; Core CI remains active. All overlap generated coverage. Docs/test-only #4835 advanced externally to formatter-repair head 5f902bb8…, remains excluded and has replacement CI active. #4831's stale 1/10 text was corrected to 3/10. D196 remains unaccepted; heads preserved.

Property-data coordination for #4334 is published as draft #4336. Your unchanged consumer test from head 40df2730f0e6d38142dc82e7607cc8971906810c was run on exact #4306 head e7ddb9e7dc14a62f93179ec61b350c9bd12fba1b with the candidate data and domain guards.

All 11 consumer cases encounter MEG trial temperatures of 261.8, 268.15 or 273.15 K, below the retrieved NPL MAT23 reference interval of 278.15–323.15 K. They therefore fail explicitly under the candidate; their temperatures, feeds and acceptance tolerances are unchanged. The previously passing numerical regression is not evidence that the new low-temperature dielectric input is experimentally qualified.

#4336 remains draft pending a traceable low-temperature MEG reference and requalification of the full solver temperature path. No extrapolation, replacement constant, hydrate offset or recipe-specific solver switch was introduced. This branch is unchanged. Preserve the #4332 → #4306 → #4277 dependency order, with property/model qualification resolved before integration.
